Was a nice easy process, the Dr. was easy to talk to and happy to explain everything. The staff was great, from the receptionist to the friendly guys who helped with the frames.

My husband, 6 year old daughter and myself all went in for our annual eye check ups and the doctor and staff were all extremely nice and helpful. The doctor was fast and very knowledgeable about what she was doing. She was kind and patient with our daughter as well. We all picked out new glasses and they have a very wide variety of frames to choose from and pricing was ideal. We will definitely be returning and I highly recommend SVS Vision of Midland to anyone.

My Husband had a terrible time with them! They gave him the wrong prescription 2 times. He has been walking around a year with the wrong prescription! Terrible Customer Service

My new glasses were different from the ones I got from then last time.Smudged constantly, did not darken enough in sun, very light- weight plastic lenses,hard to focus with the new lenses, bought brand name glasses, was not informed of the changes until I called and asked. Wore them for 2 weeks-- then called with issues and returned them. Glad their policy allowed for returns

So, Ive been wearing glasses since 4th grade and contacts since I was 15. Ive been to A LOT of eye doctors. But today, I went to SVS Vision and I actually ENJOYED being there. The optometrist answered all my questions and then it took me an hour to choose the glasses I wanted and the staff was so awesome and chill. I loved the girl I worked with to get the right frames, she got me the best price with their promotions and we laughed and had a really great interaction. I dont have great human interactions often, so I really appreciated it. 10/10!!

The customer service is excellent. I had an eye exam which was very professional and efficient. The exam was all done by the Doctor in one room unlike other places I have gone where I was shuffled through different staff and rooms. I also picked out a pair of glasses and the manager was extremely helpful in my choice and working out the best price.

Will be finding a new eye doctor! Mask nazis! Can’t breath and the second your mask falls below your nose they are all over you! Can’t believe how fooled they are that these actually do anything- decades of science proves it!

My appointment was at six. I arrived at 550 to fill out paperwork. One of the technicians then helped me begin picking out glasses. The Dr himself called me back. He was very informative and made sure I understood. The tech then helped me pick out glasses even giving me her opinion on what looked best.Oh and they already had all my insurance info pulled before I got there.I will definitely go back.

All of the staff were friendly and really helpful. All those frames! I had to rely on them to decide what frame best suited me and my face shape. They were great. Cant wait for them to come in. The doctor was amazing as well. He was friendly, not snobbish or rude as some can be.

NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY BEWARE!!! Made appointment to buy reading glasses and advised I didnt need exam that Veterans administration had given me exam and script for reading glasses and just wanted to purchase a pair of designer reading glasses. upon arrival the lady behind counter seemed aggravated/bad mood. i said I would like to purchase glasses, she took script and said it was no good and would not sell me reading glasses. I advised i had driven 100 miles to get glasses that my insurance would pay FOR but her attitude was unbelievable and I left. I then emailed my Eye doctor at V.A. and said there was no error on script must be a company policy not to service veterans or it a cash grab to make you get eye exams you dont need!!!

I am still getting the hang of putting on my adult pants and making appointments for myself, and the folks here made it so easy. I walked in to see if they accepted my insurance and within 10 minutes I had my info in the system and an eye exam scheduled. They were pretty booked so they couldnt get me in for another 2-3 weeks. During the appointment, the doctor was super kind and explained everything thoroughly. The associates showed me which frames were covered in full by my insurance. When I expressed that the cost for the non glare lenses (which werent covered by my insurance but were highly recommended to me by friends) seemed a little too pricey for me, the associate did a little digging and found a different kind of non-glare that cut the price in half for me. I was surprised how quick and easy everything was.

Great customer service, the Dr. was great also very efficient. Very helpful when picking out glasses. I ordered my glasses on Monday night and picked them up on Friday morning.

Staff is friendly and I like I don’t ever have to wait for an appointment. Dr. Does a good job and helped me figure out what was going on with my contact. He was able to find a pair that fit well and didn’t bother me at all.

I have been to two other places to get contacts and /glasses and had a hard time because they could not get them right. Both telling me I should be able to see when I could not. I waited 5 years to try again for contacts, I went in to SVS because a friend just went there and liked it. The doctor that helped me April 20th was amazing, she found the contacts that worked for me. She was very professional and very friendly. I will tell everyone that this place is the best place to go. I love coming here. Doctors offices in general make me nervous. But everyone here is so lively and nice. They are honest and kind and answer any questions you might have. Everyone is very relatable and its just a great atmosphere here. :)

Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! They are rude and awful!! Speaking with the manager and she can’t make it work for me to come in just have them tightened. I have to wait an entire weekend after already waiting extremely long time to receive them!!!!! I will never deal with this company again!!!

We have been going here for three years, have never had an issue with booking an appointment to be seen. We also appreciate the staffs honest feedback and assistance when selecting frames. Many times we are mailed coupons and promotions which cant hurt! Very pleased with the turnaround time also - almost always have our glasses orders come in days earlier than expected.

The staff and doctor were very nice and helpful. I really liked the fact that they helo you pick out glasses and the eye doctor checks your blood pressure. Ive never had that done before.

I have been here a couple of times and so has my daughter. We spend ALOT of cash for eyeglasses. I called them a couple of weeks ago because I was receiving the reminder text and Kylie answered the phone. She was very rude and talked to me like I was 10 years old! I just wanted to make an appointment and she tells me she dont have anything available until the end of the month (no specific day at the end), just at the end of the month. So I ask if she has something for AROUND 10/22. She snaps at me saying I JUST TOLD YOU THE END OF THE MONTH! I told her Never mind, Ill call back later. At first I was pissed, but then thought, well maybe she was just having a bad day; then it occurred to me-when I was there last time, she was the one that yelled at me in front of customers (again, like I was 10 years old). Well, I had called her out on that occasion and asked her not to speak to me that way-she did apologize then; but, it seems like this is repetitive behavior with her; so I decided I will take my business elsewhere. I dont need to go to a so-called PROFESSIONAL corp. and be treated very UNPROFESSIONALLY.! SEE YA!

Wait times were a little long but it seemed to be a very hectic day that was somewhat out of the norm. Everything went smoothly from the exam to billing insurance and I received my contacts super quickly after ordering them.

During my exam, Id read off a line and look over to see the examineer on his cell phone texting a few times. Was not very impressed at all. Did not have any patience, his voice had a very impatient tone. Im large chested and had issues getting positioned properly because of said chest, Id get comfortable and where I needed to be and he would readjust the machine a couple inches up or down and make me readjust several times. Wasnt too friendly. For a first eye appointment, definitely was NOT very helpful or friendly, does not make me want to go back ever. Receptionists on the other hand were delightful and very sweet.

This place is horrible. I was 7 minutes late for my appointment because of traffic and they told me they couldnt see me because they were totally booked. 2 people were sitting in the waiting room who were together, lol. Will never go here or recommended this overpriced joke to anyone ever again.

Not worth the value. Transition coating was defective and they will only cover partial because it wasn’t within 45 days. If you want to buy disposable glasses at a premium price - go with SVS.

I took my prescription to Svs. I see a specialist for my eye exam. After 3 months of adjustments and sending them back I was told if you can’t see with these all we can do is have you see your eye doctor and check your eyes. So they sit in the case. Three hundred dollars wasted.
