This is the firts review i writte in my life this place has bad customer service. The lady in the front has no ethics to work in customer service. If you work to serve people be nice to every ONE.
Great for “last-minute” pkg’s that HAVE TO “OFFICIALLY go out” that SAME DAY though If’s STILL to get there @ least half hour (6pm) B4 they close…out of respect so to speak (I.e. showing up @ 6:29pm is a “Richard Move” when U “switch places” & “put yourself in their 👟.”
So sorry you have to deal with customers, rude staff, over priced. Find another carrier.
I still dont understand how FedEx is still operating. They have the worst customer service. They are always losing our packages and cannot provide a local phone number. I would highly NOT recommend their services. I would leave zero stars if possible.
Im having to drive 55 miles to pick up my package.
Driver didn’t even attempt to deliver my package, stated that nobody was home over age. Package didn’t even need signature and I was on my porch when they claim they tried to come by. No door tag was left. Customer service sucks. Definitely won’t be using them again
I went to pick up boxes around 1500 and asked the clerk what time will they close today. I was told specifically that they close at 1830. I went to my hotel room and packed my boxes. I made it back to the site at 1818 and it was closed. I called and no one answered. Had I known that the store would be closed, I wouldn’t have called an Uber to take me. So, I lost money going and coming. This is not good for business. Especially, having to be at work by 1845. Poor customer service.
Absolutely terrible. I will go out of my way just to avoid using FedEx because of my experience at this location. The lady behind the counter was rude, unprofessional and offered zero help assisting me with my shipping needs. I ended leaving frustrated and took my business to UPS If I could give a zero star rating I would.
The FedEx driver did not even wait one minute for me to open the door she just left the door tag and left. Went to the sorting facility to get the package from there and they told me that I had to wait until Monday to be re-delivered again. They are quick to charge but last for customer satisfactory.
Fed Ex said package was delivered at a certain time and dropped off at the door. Checked my door camera and no fed ex or any other person ever showed up at that time. Calling them to ask what happened is a waste of time. No help there
I ship product through here often for work & the customer service is “ Ehhh” at times, I guess it just depends on which person checks you out but they get the job done
Nobody at FedUpex cares. Customer service is a joke. Driver drove 60 miles from midland to monahans twice, both times taking the package back with him. I called customer service after first time and told them tell him to leave the package that the address is correct. He did it again. Customer service doesnt care. They lie to get you off the phone. If anybody in fedex corporate reads this. I will never use fedex again. I will never buy from any body that ships through fedex. I know you dont care. Im only one person. But with service like this, it wont take long for people to join in.
I have never, in my life, been given the run around this much because a package needs a signature.1.) i call the number on the door tag and get that i can not get the location of where my package is being held because of restrictions by the sender.2.) I call the sender they tell me exactly where the package is, and have no idea why Im getting the run around.3.) I show up at the facility to grab my package except I cant its still on the truck. thats fine I understand, but then I ask for them to hold the package because the phone number on the door tag will give me the run around again.4.) after asking for the package to be held for pickup at the facility that Im currently standing in. they say to call the number on the door tag.if youre bored during this covid stuff and want some entertainment then go to fedex because apparently its a circus now instead of a package shipping company. I will use UPS from now on.
FedEx is a joke! They need to hire drivers who can actually do their job right! They often misplace my packages, I never have had issues with UPS, ever! Get it together FedEx!

Delivery driver’s drops packages off any place. Had an honest neighbor from three streets over bring it to me and said it was sitting at his door.

My credit card was hacked so the company sent a replacement priority overnight thru fedex. June 12 was delivery date but we missed it and they left a door tag note. Monday today June 15 they left it in my door without signature and guess what? The envelope was open, the letter inside with my card was open. The card was still there but now my info got compromised already. Im not sure who opened it, either driver or outsiders but why leave the envelope on the second delivery where in the first place you didnt even left it without signature in the first delivery? It doesnt make sense. I like fedex than ups but i guess theyre all the same. Crooked, corrupt and thieves.
I had a package that I needed to sign for, and I wasn’t at my house for delivery. Email directly from FedEx said to go to this location AFTER 7pm to pick up. I show up and they’re closed at 6:30pm!? There was a lady inside that wouldn’t even come to the door, and told me they closed already. I held up the email and said this is strait from FedEx and says 7pm. She rudely shook her head no and said to come back tomorrow.I called FedEx 800 number and they called the location, and were told by the lady that they don’t have anyone there to get my package. Great customer service, FedEx.
Very good! I go to work before you open and can’t make it there when I get off, I came by at 6:45 today witch you guys are closed. I seen a girl out front taking packages out of the drop box and asked her to help me get my package even though they were closed explaining my situation, she took me inside and got my package when she didn’t have to! I didn’t catch her name but she deserves a raise for going above and beyond!
Apparently my package has been stuck here for 7 days. I called but its an automated answering machine. When I did get a hold of a real person they said they would investigate and call me the next day. I never got a call.
Slow one employee she tried but took me an hr to get in and out
5/24/18. Package marked as signed/delivered but I never received it. I placed a call to the 800 number and went through the motions. Everyone was really easy to talk to and they were all helpful. My package was traced, retrieved and returned to me within a hour. Sometimes mistakes happen. Cooler heads prevail. Driver made a little mistake and he corrected it. For that, they get a great review from me. Otherwise, I have never had a problem with FedEx.
Totally upset with FedEx. According to the driver my package was delivered at my front door of my apartment. Which it never was, that morning I even had seen the FedEx vehicle driving around like he or she was lost. Even though they had my exact address. I had even checked in with the apartment office, and no luck. Everyone else has delivered here, but FedEx has failed to do so. So whoever they did give my package to, hope their happy. Because the package I ordered were items for my kids
This location is very unorganized. The driver leaves a note on my door at 2pm stating that my package now has to be picked up in Midland. No problem. I called midland FedEx to verify that my package would be ready at 6pm as stated and I verify that they would be open until 6:30pm. I am here at exactly 6pm and I am told the driver doesn’t return until 6:45pm. Mind you they close at 6:30pm. She then says I can wait in the car until then and they would come out and let me know when it is ready. Wow!
How can i give negative star? I paid to have envelop delivered over night. Fedex cant even locate it!!! Do they use computers or pony express system? Then to top it off they will look into it i qualify for a refund. GO TO UPS. FORGET THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.
I ordered a package on a Friday for 2 day shipping. They had it Monday but did not put it on the truck. On Tuesday they put it on the truck at 8:06 am and then took it back to the facility at 8:00 pm. I called the 1-800 they instructed me that the driver did not even attempt to deliver it but it would be delivered on Wednesday. On Wednesday at 7:00 am they put it on the truck and at 7:06 pm they had it back at the facility. Now the update shows it will be delivered Friday because Thursday is Thanksgiving. I once again call the 1-800 they instructed me that the driver once again did not make an attempt to deliver but they would make a report on the driver. This is ridiculous and not great customer service.

I didnt catch her name, but the lady who helped me was very polite and helpful. Made sure I had a receipt to ensure I had the tracking number and drop off location/time.Small office, but its attached to one of their large warehouses. Plenty of parking.Only difficulty is having to back track from i-80 to go back West, because there isnt a close intersection really to the frontage road. Unless I missed it. Either way, not really a big deal.
HORRIBLE!!!!! Beware customer service is horrible, drivers wont do their job and this center thinks its alright to hold packages because you want them to do their job. I will NEVER do business with this company again and I would advice others to research before doing business with FEDEX to ensure they too will not experience the same horrible service. The drivers will not deliver packages if you live in an apartment, to your apartment, but will only drop them off in the office and not inform anyone of the delivery and if you ask them to deliver it to your apartment the driver will put your package on hold until you call the distribution center and get a manager involved. If you have any other packages that are to be delivered the same week, forget about it, you wont receive them until the next week. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ANY COMPANY THAT DOES BUSINESS WITH THEM.
I have had nothing but amazing service from this location. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. I have yet to have any issue with a delivery. In this area, considering the fact that 90% of any staff at any business is new (thank you Lord for the Oil Boom), I was shocked to get such awesome assistance from this location from a very new employee and from someone who had been there a while.
I am VERY upset with fedex... I usually don’t have a problem with them.. But this time around I had a package delivered overnight... I did order it Friday I understand they may not work Saturday or Sunday and Monday was a Holiday. I did expect to receive my package on Tuesday. Wellllllll....... I didn’t receive my package Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday or Friday! And now they are saying I won’t receive until Monday! I’ve been calling fed ex 1800 # all week and they keep telling me to call back the next day if I don’t receive it. They told me the reason why it hasn’t been delivered is because of weather issues that On the tracking it said it was snowing in midland 😒. We had not had one drop of snow. They tried calling the actual store today before 6:30 and no one answered.

HORRIBLE!! Absolutely the worst people working in this place. They are very rude and will lie. I had a live animal shipped to me and they did not get it to me the day it was suppose to be delivered or the next and then tried to wait another 3 days even tho they deliver on Saturdays so then they were told to hold it there because I was going to pick it up from their location and when I got there the guy behind the counter said, well no one told me . Then he proceeded to say it was on the truck that was out driving around. Over the 3 day span of the worst service ive ever had in my life the multiple phone calls to the customer service was absolutely useless they lied to me multiple times about several things. I will absolutely not use them again.
Our package has been on their trucks for delivery for 4 days and we still have not received it. We paid extra for 2 day delivery and will have to go pick up our own package. Very disappointing service.
Was supposed to receive my package by 8:00 pm today, was on the fedex delivery truck at 9:30 this morning. They did not deliver it, and now I will be phoneless for Thanksgiving because they could not do their job lol. Dont even deserve a star but had to click one to post this.
Lived at the same address for over 40 years, had a package shipped 2 day express and got an email that my physical address was not a good address. Tried to contact the office and of course it was closed! Tried their website, absolutely worthless, but was told that I could pick it up for a fee! So I have to pay them twice to do their job, get real Fed Ex and start doing your job! Save your money folk and go UPS or USPS, they can at least get the job done.
I hate FedEx. My packages are always late. I have a package that is supposed to be overnight delivery; they just dropped off my husbands 3 packages (which were not overnight), and not one of them were mine. Do they not sort by address? That doesnt make since to me, it would cost them more money to have it on separate vehicles. Ive tried multiple times online to set up a time to have it delivered or a time to pick it up; but it keeps telling me to register, even though I already received an email confirmation stating Im registered. Then I finally get passed part of that, and then it asks me for a credit card. They want to CHARGE me money for something that should just be a part of good customer service, so no I wont give them my credit card info. Theyve already been paid for shipping, Im not paying more. After they had dropped off my husbands packages, i call them on the phone to find out why mine werent delivered as well, and she tells me that it looks like my package is on a truck and that they tried once yesterday. So basically, she told me what I already knew from when I tracked my package online (and through email alerts). And this whole time I can barely understand her, because she has such a heavy accent; so none of my questions really got answered properly. Ive wasted so much of my time dealing with them. If there is an option to have my items shipped another way, I will always choose another company.

Well my dog is going to have to be hospitalized under extreme care or put to sleep because of FedEx! I ordered medication and paid for 2-3 day shipping so it would arrive well on time before we left to go out of town. It was supposed to arrive at our apartment on Wednesday... never made it, Thursday called out front office at the apartment and they haven’t received anything either. Today (Friday) we call Fedex to figure out what is going on, they told us the package wasn’t dropped off due to the driver “discretion”... the driver was obviously too lazy to either leave it at the door, put it in our mailbox, or drop it off in our front office. A total of 3 places to drop off in the middle of the afternoon... No email, no slip explaining why this happened. Called FedEx this morning to inform them it is a dire situation and we need it today. After talking for 30 minutes we were told it would be held at one of the offices in town. I had asked when it should be there at because we are going out of town, she said it was there right now and never left. So after a few hours of waiting we went to go pick up the package. And told it wasn’t there! We asked if we could meet the driver somewhere and he said he doesn’t know where the driver is at.... when asked to find out we were told no because it’s too difficult. You know what’s too difficult? Grieving over a dog who is suffering without his medication and will get put to sleep because of this. Thank you Fedex for taking my best friend away! I hope you can feel the same pain I feel everyday.
Paid for 3 overnight deliveries was returned to sender 3 times without any delivery attempt to a business with prominent business hours posted. Management was not available for customer complaint resolution and never returned my call after visiting the facility. Every company we purchase from will be explicitly told not to use fedex in the future because of ineffectual management and staff.
The worker was quick and was ready to help me as soon as i walked in.Great price for international shipping. (Much faster than USPS and offer free tracking and it costed slightly more than USPS)
I have a doorbell camera. You can clearly see the driver not knock or ring our doorbell, leave a slip and leave. Called the number on the skip. Representative gives me the run-around for an hour. Forced me to call the shipper for them to give permission for me to pickup. After another hour and a very confused shipper.... I was told I can pickup at 7pm at the county road located by two different fedex reps. (Because the first one hungup before confirming). Arrived at 7 to find out this location closes at 6:30. This was a 2 day shipping product that took 4 days ago yesterday and I might get it today.
Not a happy customer! Was not delivered to me as promised. Paid extra to have it shipped in 1-2 days. Was on the truck to be delivered on 2nd day. Now today the 3rd day Im picking it up because they promise to get it to me again by 8 pm. Canceled a personal appt and waited all day. I can not wait until 8 pm & reschedule appt again. This was NOT handled correctly. They should of delivered first thing this morning.
As many others have stated, if I could give a negative rating, I would. Every package that has been shipped through FedEx has been delivered to the wrong address and then returned because the drivers cannot distinguish between East and West I-20. Overnight shipping with them is a joke as nothing ever gets out of their office or into their office for delivery overnight. You are very lucky if you can even find the package using tracking. Numerous times packages have been locked in a truck and the driver has gone home when the package was sent overnight with Saturday delivery, only to be delivered to the wrong address on the following Tuesday. If you have the option to use ANY shipping service other than FedEx out of Midland, you will save time and money doing so. They must be modeling their business after the Federal Government because no one is responsible, nothing gets done and no one is accountable for not delivering packages.
Absolutely terrible. I went to ship a package and the man who took the package was extremely rude and kept saying he would fine me if the package did have permission to ship. It did. I paid $55 dollars to ship it and I had FULL permission to ship. I would be happy to drive several hours to another shipping center to avoid this one.
Had 2 day shipping from Verizon. Package arrived on time to Midland. My package has been on the truck for four days now out for delivery. I had to call fedex and they tell me my package has not even been attempted be delivered. So now it shows it won’t be delivered till December 24. I know now that’s bull. So now I have to take time off work loose money and drive down there to pick up my package this is pure laziness on fedex behalf
Ordered an item from AT&T on a Sunday, order was shipped priority overnight with FedEx express, they received it at the final shipping facility in Midland Tx. On I think Monday or Tuesday. And everyday since then I have received an email guaranteeing it would be delivered that very day by 4:30 p.m. even today (Saturday) I received one after I left to go out of town for a few days. And what do you think happened? I called and told them I would be gone and not to deliver it until Monday. Well all of a sudden it gets delivered and is probably sitting in the dirt and weather until I return there to get it. They sure are curtious there at FedEx express in midland tx.
Had a package sent 2day shipping. It was out for delivery on the 14th (2nd day) but the driver never got there. I called and was told it would be delivered ASAP on the 15th. No delivery. No attempts. Had to go pick it up from this place and the guy tells me my package wasnt priority. Wow. Liars. Done with FedEx.
If I could rate with less than 1 star I would. I hate FedEx now. I don’t know what’s going on but I’m currently awaiting my third package IN A ROW that’s been delivered late. The tracking has said it’s in a truck out for delivery for days. It’s Saturday, and they don’t deliver on the weekends, so now my tracking says I won’t get my stuff till Monday when I paid for 2 day shipping. If they don’t want to deliver to your house they won’t. Ridiculous.

Delivery was delayed for over 24 hrs on an express TIME SENSITIVE package because the driver didnt want to find my house, she drove to my house turned around without stopping and left with my package, claiming that my package was undeliverable. I am very disappointed with FedEx services.

The tracking said my package had been delivered yet I was home and never heard anything or saw anything on my cameras other than the truck completely passing my house. I had called around 3 PM and the lady said they would talk to the driver but I never heard anything back.
I will not ever have anything delivered from FedEx again. I have had a package returned to the facility twice after giving specific notes for the carrier to contact me. I never received a call from anyone regarding my package. From now on I will only use UPS.
They want me to drive a hour and a half to go pick up my packages that I paid to OVER NIGHT them all because they didnt call me to conform my address. The address was correct to begin with.
Don’t waste your time on next day air shipping with them. Either drivers are lazy or really just don’t care about their damn job. It never fails with Fedex that the driver claims they “attempted” to deliver the package (when no one ever shows up), marked the address as incorrect or delivers to the wrong address. We always have to plan ahead to have someone be home to receive a package from them because they’re not reliable. AND at the end of the day we always find ourselves picking the package up ourselves. I would recommend UPS for any next day air shipping. UPS makes sure the next day package gets delivered. Do not choose fedex because this is the facility that will “attempt” to deliver your package here in Midland, Tx. And frankly, they give two flying flies about how much you paid for your next day air shipping fees. We have given Fedex a chance over and over because not all drivers are lazy...but trust me when I say...If the driver doesn’t feel like stoping by your home...he/she won’t. And you will eventually have to pick it up yourself. And let’s be honest here..Midland TX is an oilfield town...and hardly any people have time to be doing someone else’s job by taking their time to pick up something they paid for to be delivered. Nobody got time for that poop. So save your tears and frustrations friends and read the other negative reviews on here before you go on and make business with this company or recommend this horrible company who doesn’t care about you or how important your package is to you.

They told me to come get it due to an incorrect address (They are 35 minutes away from me)3. They handed me a messed up box to which my items fell out. I was somewhat embarrassed because the items I ordered were undergarments & we were not the only two people in the store at the time.4. He had me carry out a big heavy box & did not even offer to carry it out for me nor open the door to let me get through.5. Will NEVER do this again. First time using their service & its a shame it will be the last.

Thanks, Steven! 😊👍🤗Heres what happened (aka th long version) ...My Standard Overnight package (due to me on a Friday) wz delayed following a massive storm at th Memphis hub, so, fearing that I wouldnt receive it until Monday -- (unacceptable!) -- I called their 800 number on Friday night and wz told that I should be able to pick it up myself on Saturday (today).Initially, th gentleman at th counter said that my package had been containerized and wouldnt be available (or accessible) until Monday, but after briefly explaining th urgency of th contents, he seemed very willing to go try to locate my package, and wz even able to grab a coworker to assist him in th search.A few short minutes later, he emerged from th back with my package in hand, (and I breathed a sigh of relief!)I am very grateful to Steven for making th extra effort, and I appreciate him for doing so without any real hesitation or push back. This FedEx location offers shipping services. This is not a print and copy center. I use this location primarily for work and have never had an issue.
Such a joke! Never on time and package is always just tossed around like a rag. No pride in there job.
Package overnight ground was affordable and it got there hours before schedule.
I now hate FedEx. My package is late, again. FedEx has done this before with another package, saying they tried to deliver when I know for sure that they didnt! Ive had to call three times just to see if theyre gonna deliver it only to get a hopefully we can get it there tomorrow. I dont recomend fedex at all. I will be sticking with UPS from now on. It looks like THEY CAN handle delivering a package!
FedEx is usually on point..not sure what happened to this location tho?? I shipped a package on Tuesday 11/06 and set this up for overnight priority and today is 11/12 the customer still has not seen it come through.The FedEx tracking online shows it was on the truck and out for delivery for the pass 5 days?? If I could give a minus rating I would. EVERY time I have a packaged shipped to me overnite, it never gets to me overnite, yet they still charge me overnite prices. In addition, as big as the company is, I live in TX and I cant believe that if a package gets sent to Austin, TX I have to wait another day to get it to Midland, TX because they only have one plane a day that goes from Austin, TX to Midland TX....REALLY....FED EX HAS THE WORST SERVICE EVER

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My package is a week late and I STILL don’t have any idea when I will get it. The driver rescheduled my delivery EVERY DAY due to the fact that he/she keeps “running out of time”. At what point does my package become the priority?!? I hope I NEVER have to deal with them ever again.
I always have the worst luck with the FedEx facility in Midland!! My packages always move along the way they are supposed to until it reaches Midland. Once in Midland they make every package of mine i am supposed to receive a week to two weeks late every single time. Worst experience with mail/packages Ive ever had!

DELIVERIES NEVER COMPLETE ON SATURDAYS!!!!!!I always get an email that says customer was not available.Did you knock???????????????The door was wide OPEN.Never leave my packages and I always have to wait the weekend and now a holiday weekend!
Placed my order on the third and scheduled to have it delivered on the Saturday. Not only did they not deliver it on time, but they never updated the tracking information after it got to my home town Fedex center to say that it would be delayed or even the expected delivery date. So not only did I not get my package until the 4 days later no one could tell me what had happened to it until then. Even after having placed a request to be notified about my package, no one ever called me or anything. Seriously the worst delivery experience Ive ever had.
Called to tell them to hold my package for pick up, they told me it was there and to come pick it out. I drive all the way iverthere and they tell me it’s been sent out. Wasted my time and fuel for nothing.

Really hard to get to, even with gps it was so hard to find. The lady did her job and I cannot complain about that.
The last thing this company wants to do is have a human being talking to you. They are trash and have no will to help out on ANYTHING.

I wouldnt recommend their service at all. I had a package that was suppose to be delivered overnight. It was shipped out on Tuesday and didnt receive my package until the next following Tuesday. There is a communication barrier as well employees dont communicate well with others. Horrible service.
I have been waiting for my package since the day that I arrived and they only spend it updating the delivery date of my package, they have 3 days that have changed the delivery date, Im honestly starting to bother me, since it was a two day shipment and not of 4 or more days, I wait for a solution

Horrible Customer Service at the Center and never had my package delivered to my house. Would rather use UPS or USPS.
Said they attempted to delivery but I was home all day and never saw them....so much for overnight shipping!! Sales Rep Ashley was rude when I asked if there was a way for me to contact the facility. Apparently its an internal number that they cant give out.
