Came in without an appointment because I had a flat. Chris set my expectations that he would do all that he could to take care of it today but since I was a walk in and he had scheduled appointments ahead of me he couldnt make any promises.I appreciated that he was up front and set my expectations.Now later that same day, he called me to let me know that the work was done and this was almost hour after they closed! And he was willing to wait for me to come and get the car that night!Chris went above and beyond. And while I have been a happy customer for a while, I wanted to recognize the exceptional service that Chris provided.

I have been getting my car serviced here since forever, it wasn’t always great but they definitely have upped their game. They have a friendly staff, and always great me and my car with respect! My car is always done when they say it will be done and really know what their doing!

Today I just stop by for oil change and talk to service guy his name Christian told me that wheel work not taking anymore walk in it kinda strange, because last fews time Im busy forget to call to schedule for the appointment and just walk-in for oil changes, this time I talk to the new employee his name is Christian not really good communication with the ways he talk and act Im so very disappointed with service, Im regular customer with 2 car always get oil changes for the last fews years.

Been a customer for years . Front brakes and rotors and rear brakes and rotors machined in the past . They discourage you from using the lifetime parts warranty by charging you crazy labor rates . A competitor a mile away can do the same job cheaper by paying full price for parts and labor . They also are rated higher by far . Not a good way to do business. I tried to talk to the store manager. They don’t have one . He’s on leave

Called a head to make sure they were open and what times they were open and if theyre open on the weekends they were. Made appointment to have my tires done the next day theymade me appointment, went in and I was out about 45 minutes to an hour very good service tires done wheels balanced, front end alignment done well.

I took my car in for two new tires but they were nice enough to do a brake inspection which was not part of my original order and they found that I needed brake replacement so they were very attentive to my needs and Im very grateful that everything went smoothly. The staff all of them were very nice and courteous. Very welcoming 😊

These guys are great! I got a flat tire on hwy 680 before 9 am on a Sunday morning. I called and scheduled AAA to drop off for a new tire change. I was back on the road in about an hour. I live in Monterey so what could have been a hassle was nothing but a thing. Thanks again. jh

They got tires at affordable price

The shop is clean and organized. The employees are professional and friendly. I was on a time crunch and they were able to accommodate my needs. Also I am not from this area and this shop is less expensive than the shops in Sacramento. All around satisfied and will continue doing business here.

The service was excellent.They checked my tire and said the nail was short so it didnt cause any damage .When I asked what the charge was Peter the service person said no charge, wow how often do you get any type of service without being charged. I would recommend this establishment to anybody seeking service to their truck or vehicle. We also have bought tires for our other vehicles here.

Many times we feel these corporate shops look at us as a dollar sign, but Peter and the crew here make me feel like they are my mechanics and they care. Prices are excellent, the deals are very very good, the person behind the counter was an expert, but he was not friendly. If he wore a smile and interested like a human being, I think more business come their way. Last time I was there the gentleman who helped me, was friendly and engaging. Great customer service! Had to stop because our tire indicator light went off. We were quickly checked in and expressed we couldn’t leave our vehicle due to needing to be somewhere. They took the car in, checked all tires and we were back on the road in no time! Highly recommend stopping here.

Had my BMW X6 here to replace all 4 tires and the works. All the works explained well with no surprises. The store did ask for me to buy their tire insurance but I turned out without being felt pressured.They finished the work in about 2 hours as promised. The sale / front desk guys are very professional and friendly.

I came here to fix a screwed tire (literally a screw though the tread). The person at the desk told me they couldnt fix it and that the only tire in stock would cost over $250. They were helpful and said the Wheel Works in San Jose had a cheaper tire in stock. I went to the other one and they quickly fixed up the tire for me with no fuss or muss. $20.

Came in with only 3 studs and 3 pig nuts left on my mustang. They has the paperwork filled fast and ordered my new studs and lugs from a local auto store asap. However car quest took 2hrs to deliver so long that they sent someone personally to pick up themselves which I thought was awesome. Very decent labor charge I Did not feel ripped off or felt I was taking a steal from them. I was traveling thru so I cant say Ill be a repeat customer but if ever in area again and in need I would see return.. great Sunday service.

Tire air sensor went on, mid commute. Stopped by to ask them if they would verify the PSI in one of my tires. They checked and adjusted all four. Excellent in action!

I rented a car and thought that my roadside service would assist me. When I discovered I had a flat, my insurance company left me stranded for hours, charged me for a service that I never received and accused of something that didnt even occur. I was hours from home and very upset. Pete at Wheel Works changed the tire and assisted me immediately. He even checked the car and assured me that I would be able to get home safely. He went above and beyond while showing kindness and compassion. I am extremely grateful. I highly recommend Wheel Works.

Ive been a customer with this store for more than 12 years, although sometimes they did this or that thing not so great, but over all they did fine job with my car.But this time these guys did something really over the edge.I went into the store told them I need to replace my rear tires. The guy, Michael, who went to look at my car came back to me insisted I need to change all 4 tires. I told him the front tires actually only 2 years old, and I did not drive too much in the past 9 months b/c I had a car accident, so I think those two tires are good enough for a while. But he kept telling me that I need to buy 4 new tires even I also talked to they store manager.After I went back from coffee, I found they changed my front tires which were good ones, but left the almost dead tires(rear ones I told them to replace) still on the car. And they told me its misunderstanding.I asked the store manager to check when I had the front tires changed last time, he said 2014, and those tires millage are about 30K now. And he said the reason they changed my front tires b/c of a safety issue, they were doing that b/c of considering my safety. (Excuse me, you guys left the dead tires on the car b/c you are considering my safety.....) Then I said, if the front tires are need to be replaced, they should be covered under warranty? Then he said: oh, these tires have problem b/c of alignment. I told him when I replace the tires last time, I also had alignment done at same time. Then he said: 30K millage in two years is unreasonable. Im speechless now......

Ive shopped at Wheel Works since the mid 1990s. Theyre honest and do good work. The employees are friendly and helpful. WW is a chain, so you can get tune-ups, alignments, and balancing, and repairs almost anywhere.

When I pick up my car, the manager at the shop in Milpitas told me that the mechanic lost my cars wheel lug nut and i had waited almost 30 minutes for them looking for it. They couldnt find it. They said they will order the new one to replace it but they never did and never contacted me. Im very disapointed about their services because they wasted my time and lost my cars wheel lug nut. I will never going back to this place in the future. Think twice and hard before taking your car to this place for services because you will be disapointed.

Appointment for an oil change in advance. They took my car in as soon as I got there. I was able to plug my laptop into a plug in the lobby and do work for the hour it took to complete the oil change.

APOCALYPTIC: IF ALL THE AUTO SHOPS CLOSE IN CALIFORNIA AND THIS IS THE ONLY AUTO SHOP LEFT THAN STILL I WILL NOT GO THERE. Nothing is as bad as waking on Sunday morning ready for a beach day and find yourself with a flat tire. And it gets worst if you go to a Wheel Works Con shop (in Milpitas, CA) where they try to rip you after 6 hours of wait to fix a flat tire by trying to upsale you with a new tire. I reached there 9:15 A.M. for the first ever visit and unfortunately did not bothered to check there reviews as it was simple flat tire job. First I had to wait 40 minutes which the front desk guy took to service just two people ahead of me. After that as soon as he saw my tire which is just a year old and not even looking at the nail said Oh this looks really bad and u may need to replace the tire. When I said seriously Whats wrong with it has just one nail then he said I will have to send it to shop to see I how bad it is. I filled up the paperwork and he said I will call you in next 2 hours if we need to replace else it should be ready by 2PM and we will call you to pick it up. I waited till 2:30P.M. and no call. I called them and he said Ok let me chec wth the shop on whats the status and will call back to you in 10 minutes. It was after 3P.M. and no call. I called again and asked what is the status, he put me on hold for 5 minutes and said the tire is bad and it need to be replaced. I said why it took you over 6 hours on a Sunday afternoon when many shops close early and only after 2 calls for me. No answer and just said I can still replace the tire. I went and picked up the tire drove to Kings tire and wheels (Santa Clara, CA) which closes at 4 P.M. and the excellent guys there fixed it literally in less than 5 minutes. Please spare yourself from this miserable shop.

Very frustrated. Took wifes car to get screw removed and tire plugged. The employee said he would try to finish in 1.5 hrs but max 2 hours. We took uber to walmart and came back 2hrs 15mins later and had to wait another 45mins. Dont say 2 hours n finish in 3.

Though fire -stone tires were rather costly, theyre sturdy.(My family member who replaced tires there, is busy & lazy.Thats why I myself wrote this)
