I took my car to Big O Tires for a slow leak on one tire. They quickly checked in my car and gave me the estimate. They were friendly and answered my service related questions. I am happy with Big O tires and will use them very soon for services on my other car.

We were traveling through on a road trip when we began to hear some noise from the drivers side tire. Turned out to be a failing wheel assembly and hub due to cross threading from another tire place. The team in the Milpitas location was quick to offer help and find the problem. Not only did they find the problem, they got it taken care of same day so we could get back on our trip with minimal delay. We are very grateful for the great service!

Albert did a great job of tire recommendations and then explained to me the pros and cons of the tires I was interested in purchasing for my wifes Honda Civic. Once I chose the tires, Albert had his tech Norm install the tires. They then performed alignment on the car. I was very pleased with the whole experience! Definitely recommend these guys for your vehicles tire needs!

I had my alignments done there as I always want to do. I found out the previous shop was taken over by Big O 1.5 years ago. Albert is so so helpful and so trustworthy. He also provides education on how alignment should be done. They are willing to find out the leaking in my tire. The service was prompt and professional. Courteous and knowledgeable staff. Didnt have to wait for hours (like you have to at Costco). However, Im taking 2 stars off because the sales associate committed to give a $30 discount on tire alignment, but they ended up charging me the full expense. Part of it is on me because I should have reminded them at the check-out.

Good overall experience . Knowledgeable staff to understand my needs and recommendations received. It took a bit of time for service to be done (2.5 hours for changing one of the tires) probably because it was Friday afternoon. calling ahead and having something scheduled might cut it down significantly like I have done it in the past.

Super bad customer service, one guy called me delusional, partially fixed my alignment. Same old guy tested the car and did not notice the car still drifting, plus he didn’t park properly between the parking lines of his own shop. The manager did not do anything helpful to take a second look on the repair.Do not pay until you test your car. I paid and took the car for a test and returned back. As soon I got back they were like nothin we can do about it. Then, the old guy came and said let’s test your car to see. I apparently made a mistake for letting him drive my car and waste my time.Never will be back again, worst repair shop in my life,

Price is very competitive, if you want to save this is the place to go but the staff are not too accommodating. Customers comes in and they don’t even look at you or greet you even though they are not with other customers. Me and my wife Standing in front of them for about 5mins before one of them attended to me. Same situation happened with the next customers. Wait time is about 1.5hrs (weekday) and their waiting room is so boring and dead quiet, No radio and TV is OFF (maybe not working at all) can easily fall asleep. My suggestion is to check price on other shop online. If only a few bucks difference then go to other shops who can make up your day

Jason was a really cool guy and came out to me right away. I dropped off my car and they did a full synthetic oil change. They do good work and good service. Highly recommend.

The price they quoted me over the phone was the amount I paid, out the door. They also fixed something by tightening it. So my car doesn’t shake anymore. I had flat tire, and I wanted to have it towed by road side assistance . I called in and checked if they would fix it. The person who picked the call was courteous and confirmed they would fix the Chevy bolt tire.Once I had dropped off, I got a call back that the tire was no good and new tire was required, they gave me quote for cheap and Michelin grade tire. There was no upsell pitch and the person assured me the cheaper version of tire was good enough for the time left on the lease period of my car.Overall, I’m pleasantly surprised with the level of service and professional conduct.This was my first time experience with Big O, I’d just googled for tire service and gotten here.

Bad experience with big o tires. It was my first time there at the Milpitas location. I was quoted 2-2.5 hours MAX! It took them that long just to bring the car in to work on it. It actually took them 5 hours. Not only that but they checked off my check list as if everything was good and nothing needed replacement. They did my alignment without noticing my strut was leaking fluid from it. Now I have to replace my strut and I paid for an alignment for nothing. They obviously didntinspect everything like they said they do.

I love big o. Im a women and have had many experiences at auto shops where Im treated like Im ignorant or attempted to be taken advantage of. This has never happened at big o. If I dont understand something it is explained to me. I appreciate this kind of great service

What can I say about Big O.... Ive been buying tires and suspension work plus parts from them for many years. Ive really never had a bad experience in any of the locations Ive been to. Because they are a big company, with lots of locations throughout northern California and the pacific northwest, they offer up big discounts on name brand tires. But the markets they serve tend to be small cities, their people really reflect those small town values. I guess I like to be treated like Im going to be back in that store again some time in the future wanting to spend some more money. Pay it forward. The guys are knowledgeable, professional, and they just get the job done for me quickly. I cant believe how many places dont get that concept. Old school values. Id rather do business with an organization that provides value, not just cheap prices. Value is added with service and price and standing behind your work and your people.Bottom line, do business with Big O. You wont be disappointed.

They were clearly busy but were able to install a new tire for me and get me back on the road WITHIN THE HOUR!

Went to this place due to flat tire. The staff said my tire is run flat tire so it’s not fixable, then he tried to sell me new tires but I refused. The fact is, my tire is not run flat tire, so either he lied or he was incompetent. He didn’t even try to figure out what caused the leak.It turned out to be a nail in the tire and got it fixed for free at another shop.

This place is not honest. I left my car there to repair a rear tire. Then they phoned me later that the front tires are so worn out and need to be replaced. When I picked up my car, I realized that my car mileage is only 15k. I believed the tires could last another couple years. I felt like I was cheated.

The techs did a good job rotating and aligning my tires. The wait is way too long! Very few people when I got there at 1:45. By 3:00 so many people and nowhere to sit. Car ready at 3:45. I will look for a new place to take care of my tire needs next time.

We had a flat tire when I inadvertently went over a curb. AAA towed us to the closest place which was Big O Tires in Milpitas. They let us choose the replacement tire and had us out in less than an hour.

I am happy with the service, took my car for an oil change, tire rotation and wheel alignment. This is not my first time here, previously, I took my daughter’s car before and the service is good, definitely will back again!

It take too long the service.I went there yesterday to change my tire,I have appointment at 11:00 am.to change my 4 tires they finished it around 2:30 pm. And No bathroom inside.That mechanic they are concerned the customer.I’m sorry I will not Recomended that place.

My experience with the MILPITAS store was excellent. From the time I walked in the until my truck was finished ALL the EMPLOYEES were very attentive and extremely helpful as well as super friendly. I explained what I was looking for and they were able to accommodate.I feel I was given a good price on my purchase .I will return to this store im the future whenever I need tires for any of my vehicles.

On route to a getaway weekend trip realized one of my tires was cracked. I stopped an hour before closing and I got a new tire and continued safely to my destination. Quick. Painless.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. These people cannot be trusted. I went in with issue of low tire pressure they fraudulently tricked me to replace my tires giving me an incorrect reason. Next even after replacing the tires i saw the same issues; after taking my car back there was just no one wiling take responsibility, the manager there was very rude. After 30mins of talk they looked and found out the issue was with the rim. I had no option but to get the rim fixed by them since i had already paid them money for tires and labour charge for install, alignment.I would never want anyone to go through this horrible experience. Even if you end up going there please get a second opinion from other mechanics before falling into their trap of replacing tires. They don’t seem to care about finding out the issue but just want to earn money by tricking customers.----------------------google does not allow you to reply back to the owner hence updating review with the reply:I have already spend ~ 700 $ i am not sure what can be done to make this right. The rim which was to be repaired was not completely repaired, there were multiple areas I was told would be repaired, but I dont see them done. I had to explicitly ask your team to verify air leaks when the tire was mounted on the repaired rim, which i believe should be a basic check to verify if the problem is resolved.

This show room /dealership is too good to be believed. Receptionist and workers are so nice and considerate. I had a tyre flat on my car Michelin tyre and it was almost their closing time. This tire shop used to be Pacific Tire Outlet in Milpitas California, and Big-O tire bought it a year ago from Phil (PTO owner) now retired.Anyways, I brought my Fleet company car to fix one tire (nailed) but too baldy to repair. They changed all 4 tires with Michelin tires and I was back on the road after an hour. It was excellent, the shop follow Codiv-19 protocols…Seems like Phil is still calling the shot there 😄***Some shops don’t deal with fleet cars.

Took 2+ hours for a simple oil change. The shop wasn’t busy as 2 customers ahead of me. Arrived 7:26am and left 9:47. Not going to use their service any more.

Some guys are great. Some guys.. Not so much. 7am in the morning and you can already tell they dont want to be there. Over charge for installing a new tpms too! $79.95 for one.... you can buy 5 for $50

First, Id like to say the young lady named Kayla at reception has very exceptional customer service skills. They dont push the recommended services on you unless its really serious. But in order for you to drive your cars pass the 200k mile barrier like me and feel like you just drove it off the lot, regular maintenance is a must.

I hope you like rap music. It’s a very unprofessional bunch. You can tell they don’t take covid precautions seriously. The person selling me tires did a great job helping me out. The mechanics take a long time and rarely use there masks aka chin guards.

Customer service terrible. They both need to improve their attitude and one should be on desk all time which none was there for almost 25 minutes which I waited.

I was shopping for my car Tires and comparing prices and see if theese places beat the next shops and BIG O had the best prices and Service.So I returned back to BIG O and had them order the tires and it took over night for them to get the tires.So I went at 1:00 pm.and they put the tires on plus I told them to change the oil to.They also checked the alignment and it was just a little off in the front so they adjusted it so its all good now.And they didnt charge me for it The manager said he not charging for it.I would recommend for others to go there The Service was Great.

My friend told me we can get cheap used tires here and alot of customers drive around the area just cause of the price of tired but it was closed sunday.

These guys are great and I just like to support my local shops. I bring them tires to mount and they mount them without question. I like to do my own work, but this shop is always there to pick up my slack when I need it. Loveem!

The people there was honestly tell me what I needed to change my tires or not. Other shop will go ahead and sell the tires for me instead of explaining to me my tires still good or bad shape! Price & service from Big O tires it was fantastic, their mobile unit arrived to my place, they replace all the 6 tires, fantastic job.

Howard was very efficient and got my tires ordered, delivered and installed the next day.

They called me just before closing and told me to pick up my car. But when I got there, they were still talking and arguing with a pair of customers over billing. So, I and other customer had to wait for another half and hour to get helped.

Very bad experience to have you guys to fix my car alignment. I paid $130 and my wheels still have the problems. I will ask my credit card company to get my money back.

Well, my experience was great at first. Now a month later, my car is telling me it needs an oil change after less than 2000 miles. I just hit 15k miles. There’s nothing wrong with my car. So, please explain why after getting a synthetic oil change and driving less than 2000 miles, my car needs an oil change?! No leaks. The oil is there. I guess it’s just dirty?

The salesperson who helped me had a very bad customer service (i guess pacific tires spoiled us with a great customer service):1. I was asking the salesperson to install the 2 tires im buying to install them at the front but he refused saying i have to buy 4 tires to do that2. I was asking him to check the right front tires cause i have to inflate it twice a week, he refused again saying it’s worn out already, the problem is he did not even try if it’s fixable3. I spent $720 for 2 tires and alignment, feeling unsatisfied with the salesperson, for not being flexible and not showing he cares

I had never been to this establishment before, but I am impressed by their service! I came for an oil change and left with not just that, but they also filled my windshield wiper fluid and rotated my tires for free. Will definitely be coming back here for my future services.

This location used to be inhabited by a tire retailer with whom our family enjoyed twenty+ years and multiple vehicles for tire care and service with great integrity. At the newest iteration which is now Big O, I was quoted a price for the house LT265/75R16/E by Ho**** that was amazingly affordable, however when I brought my truck the following day, Ja*** advised me that price was incorrect. I feared a bait and switch but the store posed a solution that was ultimately acceptable. After being flabbergasted at the price of the front end alignment, I was given a “Pacific Tire” price. I would suggest that with a ready made clientele Big O can benefit from a Pacific Tire attitude and keep this abundance of steady income. Also Ja*** might benefit from training on how to interact with customers. He seems like a nice young man but perhaps overwhelmed, that I felt I was an inconvenience to Big O as a customer. The bottom line is we received a reasonable deal for good quality tires, though getting there shouldn’t have been so painful. I hope Big O at this location can persevere and flourish as a well-regarded retailer in this area.

Nice service but when I went in for a tire repair they said they were simply low and needed air. But by the time I get home I am already getting more tire pressure warnings.After taking my car to another shop the next day the other shop was able to patch the tire no problem.

I came here a few days ago because my front right tire was deflating. I was assisted by Jay who took down my info and checked my car. He automatically knew what was wrong and gave me a full breakdown on what needed to happen. Turns out I needed to change all four tires and including an alignment. They were able to finish my car in just under 3 hours. They provided a diagram of my wheel alignment (before and after) photos. I specifically bought The Michelin Pilot Sport; All Season tires which costed me $800. Sure it was expensive but this needed to get done and fast. They did an excellent job with my Audi. I will definitely recommend this shop to the people around the area.
