I had recently switched my phone account from work to personal and after I switched and paid for it my phone was in 3g mode and it couldnt make calls very well. I brought my phone in and Eric from this store was able to help me with the issue and fix it. I had a great experience and maybe I will buy my next android here

I went to this location for the phone trade in. I usually have a good experience and I like the associates. They are knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Today Jackie helped with my trade in. She wasn’t very pleasant to work. She is not very knowledgeable of promotion and not able to explain the fine print detail in clear and simple way. Also she handed someone else paper work which made me confused even more. I still like this store. I would avoid working with her in the future.

We bought an unlimited sim and told the staff it was to share the hotspot to my laptop to give online classes. They took payment twice from my card and my cousins. Still waiting for a refund.We went back the next day to ask why we were not able to share the wifi, even though we had paid for the unlimited data for 3 months upfront(twice) and were told that we needed to buy another more expensive plan. We asked if we could swap with our existing one that we paid for the day before. They told us that the first month is non refundable and they could send us a cheque in the post, k owing that we are from abroad.Who sends cheques in the post these days???.... obviously veri-poor-zon do.So unhappy. We told the manager of our issue and perhaps he could raise it with Verizon Senior Management and he, nonchalantly replied, that they wont listen as we are not important enough.Enough said !...1 star only because I cannot give any no stars

Christian, James, and Zach provided amazing service. Christian helped me over the phone and was very patient. He helped answer all of my questions and got me in the store the same day. When I got to the store he was assisting another customer so James and Zach helped activate my new line. Not only were they knowledgeable and articulate but helped me through the whole set up process and getting my number transferred to Verizon.Highly recommend this store for the employees and excellent customer service.

I was using T-Mobile before and chose Verizon because of the better coverage. BAD CHOICE!!! The coverage can be better but the COSTUMER SUPPORT IS THE WORST! I went to this store with my husband and he got an new iPhone 11.. Calvin did the sale. But the problem is that when I got my first bill, I realized that Calvin selected the most expensive plan for us, and we didn’t want that! We wanted the intermediate one, and he also included the protection that I’m sure I didn’t ask him to included that! I called the costumer service and nobody helped me. The woman was rude. I ended up going to the store again, because nobody can help through the phone. And ALSO, he didn’t tell us that the credit we got from the treading phone is only supposed to be used after the 3rd bill. So many important information the salesman didn’t give to us. I was planning to save money changing the carrier but that is not going to happen. Worst experience ever! They just want to do the “sales” (that was what the Verizon employee told me in the phone). Awful!

This is a great location. The staff is very friendly. They are generally willing to help customers out with everything. Parking lot is always empty so the is plenty of room to park.When you enter the location, do make sure that you check in with one of the staff members. Once checked in you could browse around the store and find whatever you are looking for.

Worst experience ever. Sales only want to up sell phone cases. Did nothing actually prot in my number. New phone came in without number in record, can’t activate the phone at all. Made multiple calls and still have to go to store again. 0 star.

Verizon no longer transfers your data into your new phone. You purchase phone for big bucks and they send you out with a paper to do the work yourself. Hum

Great service, they helped me figure out the problem with my phone within 5 min of me walking in the door. I never felt pressured into purchasing anything or upgrading my current phone/plan, Their focus was on getting me fixed and back to work. I highly recommend this store. FYI, always get insurance.

I visited the store to pay my bill the moment I opened the door I saw three customer service persons standing at the desk and talking each other no one paid attention to me until I walked towards them, One customer service person ANDREW Attended me to pay my bill and since the conversation started he behaved very rude, arrogant, discriminating I’m so surprised with his behavior thinking what I’m i done wrong !!! Later I asked him few questions regarding my bill and he answered with no interest and when I couldn’t understand and asked him again then he became so impatient towards me to find out more of his behavior towards me I asked him For the customer restroom and he replied back me saying “This is not a restaurant” is this the diplomatic way to speak with a customer??? Doesn’t a educated customer know wheather he walked in to a mobile store or a restaurant???After all the company is number one in USA I couldn’t be such huge without customers blessings but this type of customer service persons really damage the reputation of the company by humiliating the customer . I hope this should be considered under primary customer assistance support and proper action to be taken for not humiliate other Asian customers.

Had to visit the store as my girlfriends phone got lost and she wanted a replacement. Staff were polite and very helpful and we were on our way in 30 minutes (2 people were ahead of us). If you have a longer wait, there are several food and drink options right next door.

Saturday afternoon, walk in and have to wait for a free associate to help me. Only needed to pay my wireless bill. Couldnt use the kiosk as I dont recall my 4 digit code. But the associate was still happy to help with paying my bill.

Came in to see deals for switching from AT&T and I was surprised how helpful they were based on their low reviews. Asim was a new manager that helped me so much. I normally dont leave reviews but he was that good. I had a problem with setting up my phone and they took the time to set all my contacts and even apps after I had already paid. Definitely will be coming back

Was looking for a mount for my car. After checking in, I asked about my options and shown the only option in the store. I dont even know who the associate was, because I never saw him again. Just tried to buy a samsung S2 tablet from this store. The sales person tried to tell me that all tablets are the same and was trying to push me towards the ASUS for $149.00. When i called him on it he got nasty and told me to buy it from best buy. Claimed he could not match bestbuys price so i called another store on el camino and he was eager to price match the tablet for me. 12-3-2016I used to love this place but apparently Verizon cannot keep the store staffed with the same people. Apparently there is nothing but lazy arrogant waste of space sales people that work here now. I advise you to stay away from this store.

I was having trouble with the speaker on my phone & the screen on my husbands phone (purchased less than 30 days before) had become cloudy. The cust. rep was very friendly online, but said wed get faster replacements@ a verizon store. We waited about 25 minutes, were dis(missed)ed very impatiently with Oh, those are low-end phones. in a very snotty voice. And then they turned to help the next customers. So make sure youve got a top of the line Droid or blackberry-or youre wasting your time time!
