Awesome storage location! Lana was amazing and incredible helpful when I was first moving my items into storage. Her helpfulness and extra kindness made me 100% certain that I picked the right storage unit for my extras. The units are well taken care of and secure. Boxes, tape and moving essentials are available for purchase at the office.Update 6/12/20: they are not lenient when it comes to payment assistance during this covid crisis, payments must be make online. Can be a little hard to contact the property manager sometimes but I guess it happens.

Excellent Service, I went in on my lunch break because I am moving soon and have limited time because I work so much. I was in and out in no time. Very little paper work and I got to pack my stuff 5 minutes after talking to her! I got a special deal they were offering AND she even let me borrow a lock from them which is not officially offered.Choose this place as your storage solution if you dont want any struggle, cheap price, and great staff!

The property manager Yolanda was nice, professional and polite even though I told her I may not rent right away. Showed me different options available. I was impressed and rented it at the end of tour. She took care of the paperwork even though my rental starts a week later (as against public storage who wont do paperwork in advance) . She saved me a lot of time. Truly impressed. Its after all a storage unit, but employees like her make the difference :)

After shopping around I switched my storage unit from another company to Central Self Storage. The rates are unbeatable! I was in a rush, like usual, and Yolanda helped me get in my unit ASAP. Moving out went smooth. I was treated with old school hospitality. I took advantage of the special deal on my unit, you should too.

Amazing service and professionalism. If i could give more than 5 stars, i would in a heart beat. Yolanda goes above and beyond in helping her customers have a pleasant, smooth and easy experience. We were moving from Charlotte, NC to Bay Area, CA and as you can imagine a cross country move like ours could be very stressful with a lot of unknowns. I cant thank her enough for making this experience stress free for us. Thanks a million! Also, their prices are very reasonable.

Highly recommend!Pros: safe place to keep your stuff, decent access, fair pricing, and very personable manager.Cons: the office mgr is often not in the office during regular business hours, and the only phone number is to the call center. Minor thing, but can be frustrating if you need to talk to someone.Summary: really solid option if you need a storage unit. Even though it can be a bit tricky to get the mgr (I recommend leaving a VM to confirm shes there first), once you do she really does go above and beyond to make your experience positive and smooth. As for everything else, its all you need to keep your stuff somewhere safe and secure.

Very Knowledgeable Staff they take the time to explain all of your options and prices. I was in the middle of moving very stressful enough but needed a storage as I am going from a house to an apartment. Central Self Storage made my move even easier!

My code doest work most of the time,my home insurance cover my personal stuff but no one at central self storage know how to removed their insurance from my monthly rent and that insurance went up again, I wonder? Office hours is never right, every time I am there is closed.Could this just be me?

I am a new customer at Storage Pro in Milpitas. The property is well maintained, secure and the units are clean. The Manager, Joe is very professional, friendly to talk to and always willing to help when I need assistance. Joe always takes a moment to wave hello. He makes me feel like a valued customer. I gave this storage 5 star. I started storing my vehicle out in an open space while I am overseas 6 months out of a year since 2013. Of the 6 yeara been storing my vehicle I have never experience any problem with my vehicle. This is from my own experience and I cannot speak for others. However, I highly recommend this place in Milpitas.

Self Storage in Milpitas is an A-Number-1 storage facility with very nice units of all sizes that are clean and very secure. The staff are all friendly and treat you very well.I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone who needs a place to store a little or a lot. There rates a good and the move-in discounts are a plus

Allen is great: responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. Decent location. Appears secure. Reasonable rates.

Pricing CAN be fair on units, however, the current housing market has started bringing rent increases on all units. The Managers do reside on-site, and secure the facility by monitoring their cameras. Definitely better than Public Storage

The office is very pleasent and professional. The Assistant Manger Allen Vo helped me decide on a unit. Allen is very polite, very helpful and professional. Before they bought this place ..I never had any problems...Been storing my things here for 10yrs... That was until 2 weeks ago..

The place itself is not bad but the unit rental prices change a lot and keep going up in price. In the past year the rent has gone up twice from $188 to $208 and now to $225.

Friendly staff & pricing is about 10% lower then Public Storage. Will consider them for the future.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY IN THIS STORAGE UNIT!

Theyve always treated me well.
