This is a great place for storage. Very clean and new. The rent is not expensive either. The on-site assistant manager Bilal was very helpful and detail oriented. Highly recommended.

Extra Space Storage with the Humidity control storage option worked out great for our family. Jerry was very professional and easy to work with. He was patient while walking us through different units between humidity control vs. none, to different sizes units available, to ensure the storage we picked meet our needs. The storage units themselves where clean and the facility had a lot of up to date security features (elevator key entry, sensor lights, etc.). It was an exceptional experience and I would not think twice of using Extra Space Storage again or refer my friends and family over.

This is a rather new building, so everything is shiny and clean. What makes them different is customer service. Jerry, the manager, is awesome. Hes super friendly, and greets you every time he sees you. Office hours are 9:00am to 6:00pm, I still see Jerry showing new renters their unit at 5:55pm. My friend, this is call good customer service.

I dont typically write reviews, but Jerry is one of the big reasons that I rate this facility 10/10. He is friendly, attentive, and courteous. I also thank and compliment the management for trying to accommodate my situation regards to PODS container schedule. I will definitely use this location again if I need to use storage in the Bay area.

This is the best Extra Space Storage location! Spotlessly clean, seems brand new. Best prices in the Bay Area for what we needed, a large climate-controlled space for our inventory. Jerry on the phone was super nice and helpful, and Anthony in person was a gem. We are so happy.

I had great time renting out with this facility. Jerry and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful, courteous, and very responsive. This was the first time that Im renting, and I appreciate the time that Jerry took out to show me the different units and the explain features of each. The unit was clean, safe, temperature-controlled, and I never had to worry about my stuff. The elevator access and the carts they have available make the moving process so much easier. This facility has extended access hours and both my move-in and move-out were a breeze. Id highly recommend renting with them!

We always pass by the new extra storage space near our house. So we decided that it was a good idea to rent a space out for our extra stuff in our room. Had an amazing tour with Jerry, showed us different sizes of the storage. We decided to get a 10x9. A good size for our stuff. We know it’s in a good secure place. Nothing to worry about. Loved being on the second floor, very cool and not hot. I love that I get to organized my own space. It’s very clean and quite. I would recommend this place to anyone that need that extra space.

Advertised a 10 x 20 unit. Was actually 2 x 10 by 10 units. (our 12 foot item wont fit).They offered a smaller unit for more money and made it sound like theyre doing us a favor. Avoid!

I needed a storage facility when I was moving out of bay area last year ( 2020). After looking at many many storage facilities, my roommate and I went for Extra Space at Milipitas.Before getting there, I was not fully convinced and thus had tons of questions for the onsite staff. They were extremely patient and helpful with 10s of my different questions and really won me over.I ended up using the facility for around one year. Even when I was not in California, It was no issue that all as the staff would share all the relevant updates with me at all times.I had no issues moving out after an year, even when I was not physically present. A friend went and got all my stuff out with me coordinating remotely.I can recommend Extra space strongly for anyone looking for storate space. They are cheap and extremely good. The facility was new and spanking clean.I am going to need another storage space here in Chicago and would definitely be going back to Extra space. They might just be the best in the business.

I appreciated the effort he put into making the tour as effective, efficient, and safe as possible. Masks and disinfectant wipe down of equipment (nearly touchless; hand-over of driver license and signing of agreement). Market rate will increase after the initial 5 months - will see how that goes.

I am a very happy customer. I have been planning our move for a few weeks now and Jerry has been soo accommodating to our specific needs. He took time to call me to remind me of our day to start our contract and was on top of it with everything that we needed to get done. Our 20x10 unit turned out to be 2 10x10 units. I got to know after I had booked the place and was in contract with them, just a day before moving into the storage.Then they offered us smaller places in 30% more the price. So we were locked in without any option and the whatever didnt fit, had to be thrown away. Please stay away from this storage.
