Friendly staff, Kham, was very accommodating.Very clean storage spaces and moving truck that was free to use on the day I moved my things in. Space was easy to access and discount on first two months rent great. Also get a military retired discount when most places only discount active duty. It’s an easy address to get to also. I was satisfied with everything about north Milpitas storage. I usually don’t do reviews but this one was deserved.

Recently rented. Resident manager was super nice. Facilities are very clean rental process was fast and easy. Prices are not cheap but nothing is in the bay area. Would recommend.

WOW!!!!! Where do I start. I was welcomed there with open arms and it was such a great experience. My move in went so incredibly smooth and the manager was an absolute doll!! I live in Tampa Florida so, I’m there only a few times a year for my design business. I instantly felt very comfortable knowing that my inventory would be very well watched and taken care of while being here in Florida.The facility is absolutely impeccable, neat, clean and in a very safe area. One of the things that I love the most was that I receive a text message anytime my number is used when entering the gate so I am aware of anyone trying to go inside using my number without my permission. I love the multiple cameras that are located everywhere on the property. Again. It gives me peace of mind. The monthly rent was perfect for my budget and the move in special was fantastic!!!!!I would highly recommend this location for storage!!With no hesitation AT ALL!!!!👍👍👍👍👍👍😁

Friendly curtious staff. Very efficient. Made sure that my needs were taken care of. Even provided me a lock for the storage unit when the one i brought was too large to fit. Free of charge. Now that was above and beyond. Even remembered my name when i came back at a later date.

They made it very simple. I have a storage at another location which I’m relocating because of size. I must say this place is big. Their driveway is big enough for me to bring my truck with trailer through. I am a contractor so this place is perfect for myself. The hours are better than other places. I love my space it huge! Their customer service is really good. Very friendly and courteous

It was very easy to reserve and rent a storage unit online and the manager even called me to make sure that i was completely satisfied with everything. She even said that if I needed a truck to help us move that they would credit my account if we rented a truck from U-haul. Thank you very much for all your help.

Super nice people with an easy access to most storage units

The on site manager will smile in your face, then will do you one way or another. there is no on site bathroom to use because they dont want to clean the bathroom which is most likely in there job description . other than that its ok, oh wait they have tenants whom attack other storage renters, yet could care less if they along as there rent is paid.

Great experience here. The storage facility is always clean and safe. The management always takes care of me when I have questions and are good with communication. I can text the management whenever I need help or have an emergency and thats very valuable. Highly recommend.

The place is really nice. The staff is si great. Personable, friendly, knowledgeable about all the companies promotions. Having access to a moving truck is a very good promo. Interior and exterior units. Definitely chech it out if you need storage. They have electricity and controlled environment units too. Gate times are 6 am to 9 pm.

One of the best customer service! Kham who helped me was very welcoming. Great attitude that made the whole environment just perfect. I plan to move my other belongings from a different storage and move to this one for sure. I love the access hours. The move in special was a big discount. This place also offers truck rental. Self storage is the Best storage in the Milpitas area, I rented a storage on August 31 2019, the young lady that help me was some of the Zbest Customer service I received in a very long time, she was so helpful, I had a number of challenges yesterday from getting a copy of my car insurance, she Helped me by going online her self and getting into the progressive car insurance online system and printing out my car insurance, which for some reason the system wasn’t allowing me to do at the time for some reason, the last thing was I left my cell phone in there Rental Truck over night, and she returned it to me NO PROBLEM THE VERY NEXT DAY, with a huge 😁 on her Face, I didn’t get her name BUT THIS LADY *ROCKS* she is a super starrrrrrrrr, if we only had more people in the world today, THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH, YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!!
