By FAR, I just experienced the best storage move-in experience in my 20 years of using storage. Nikki and Darci at the front desk were AMAZING! First, I was impressed that everything was finally digital at long last. But, that was just the beginning. There was zero wait time to get set up, and immediately after e-signing they took me to the unit. After realizing the unit had the wrong size door, they took me to another unit immediately. The next unit proved to be much smaller than expected, so they immediately found another unit that was bigger. And, they gave me the same rate as the smaller unit for the trouble. They were so nice and helpful that none of it even seems like trouble or a hassle at all and instead just superior customer service. They let me get going with unloading and just asked that I stop by the desk before leaving to e-sign the transfer unit paperwork. It was 5:15pm by then, and I still needed to grab a few more things with another load to finish my move-in. But, the the gate closed at 6pm. They offered to let me back in so long as I got back by 6:30pm -- wow! They called me at 6:10pm to check by status. I was back exactly at 6:30pm, and sure enough they let me in even though the place was technically closed by now. It took me about an hour to get everything off the truck and into the unit. At 7:30pm, I tried my gate code to exit, but it didnt work -- YIKES! I realized there was an after-hours number to assist with existing. The first phone rep was able about to help, and said Id need to leave the truck behind and walk out using the pedestrian exist. I thought something was certainly wrong -- why would they have let me in past closing time if my truck would effectively be stuff?? So, I decided to call back in and try another phone rep -- hoping maybe someone else knew more how to help in this scenario. Sure enough, the next rep was sure he could get me out. We tried 5 or 6 different access codes, and finally one of them worked to open the gate and let me drive out. I mean, if this wasnt the best Public Storage move-in experience in the history of the world, it has to be really close at the top. 5 STARS GALORE!! Thanks Nikki and Darci for being simple amazing!

I have only nice things to say abt the service I received today. When my brother and I visited this location, we had to work out some things that were stressful for us, thankfully Stephanie was super helpful and literally solved all our issues while being friendly and understanding.

Nathanial has been great to work with over our 10 years at this facility. Answers our questions and knows the business. His customer service is excellent and the move out for our unit was so easy. This location has always been easily accessible for us in Milpitas. I definitely recommend.

I rent 4 spaces from this public storage location. I had to get some stuff fixed at my units, and Dara and Mackey helped me so much. Nathaniel was a huge help in figuring space size. Just cleared my items out and it was an easy check out process as well.

I did reservation by phone and received the confirmation by text on October 11. I used the link in text to finish procedure. The web page said E-renting is not available this time... Then I called the office number, nobody pic up the phone, I went to the location, nobody is at duty in the office. I left several messages since October 12. No any response. I have to call headquarter 1-833 number today. They said this unit is no longer available. I asked them, could you please explain what is called “reservation”? And what does “confirmation” mean?The customer service staff could not answer.

After two years with no issues with my storage unit, I recently encountered one that required me to move units. Every staff member I spoke to regarding this was really helpful. Nathaniel was even able to get my monthly rent reduced after switching to a new unit. I really appreciated the great customer service!

My family had rented at this location for years and never had any issues the staff Jennifer and Nicole has always been so helpful and sweet. While its just storage, the service I get here has been pretty great. If you ever see Nathan, hes going to be a great help,as hes very patient and understanding. My only downside is leaving the area when you need to go West instead of East, as depending on the time, you might have trouble getting in that left-most lane, but thats not something I can count against them as it is something that cant be practically fixed.

Tanya is a nice lady who works in the office. I came to office with paperwork for transferring my items from the other Public Storage, and I am stuck due to already paying the other Public Storage. If I move them now, I will have to pay both of them by regulation. She gave me a suggestion to move up the date reservation forward to the end of the month then move in, professionally, saving me 1 month of pay. I am grateful for customer service. I prefer her way. I would like to say first of all, Amy is awesome!!! I came into office a few days ago looking into getting a storage unit for my personal items. I wasnt sure on the exact size i needed but Amy was able to help me decide on the best one that fits my needs. She took the time to ask me a few questions that helped her figured out size unit that would be suitable for me. After she narrowed it down she then searched not only her facility but two others that was close. She told me what was available and the prices of each one.After looking at the storage units available i decided to go with a 5x10 with option to upgrade if i decided later that i needed more space. Amy made the transaction so comfortable and easy, with the no pressure attitude. She took her time to explain policy and accessories i may need to help me with the move into the units. I had an awesome experience there thanks to Amy and will be telling all my friends or any one i run across who may need to rent a storage unit.

Cathy was very knowledgeable and very kind! I had a very fussy 1 year old and despite her screaming, Cathy tried her best to soothe my baby while informing me of my contract. She was also so kind enough to show me 2 units as I was unsure on sizing and didnt mind the cart drive despite a fussy baby and horrible heat yesterday! She was having a rough week, but still put on a smile and still did a fantastic job - great definition of excellent customer service!! You rock Cathy. Would definitely recommend this location as they offer the $1 first month rental for new customers and the comfortability of dropping off or picking up items.

The manager, Nate, is really friendly and gave fast service. I wanted the 5 by 5, but after seeing it and telling him what I was storing it, he said a 5 by 10 would be best. I viewed one and it does meet my needs better.

I rented for only a short period(1 month) but Jesse was such a great help throughout the process. He was formative and made the entire process/time very simple. He was great to advise their best recommended locks. I mean why wouldnt you use the best they can offer? You already took the time to store your important belongings. Adding better security would only give you a better piece of mind knowing your things are safe. Cancelling my storage was just as simple as signing up for one. Great work Jesse! Keep it up!

My experience thus far has been excellent. Jesse has been very responsive to requests and was very clear with instructions on access, size of storage required, payment schedule, etc. I like the open access to the outside which makes loading and unloading very easy (no corridors to walk down to access storage area.) I would recommend this facility to others.
