I love the entire Russ Darrow Honda Brand, but this review is specifically to commend the Collision Repair Body Shop located at 9301 W Brown Deer Road and it’s entire staff‼️ Two weeks ago I pulled up too close to a snow bank and ruined my front bumper. Immediately I became distraught because I know how expensive today’s cars are to fix. To my surprise, I was taken care of from the time I scheduled the estimate appointment through the time I exited the building following the repair at #NOEXPENSE! These are really honest and caring individuals at this location. Apparently all of the clips and casings were still good and the bumper just needed reattaching. They could have “railroaded” me and charged me for work that wasn’t needed. I feel blessed to have gone to this location. I only drive Honda, and this location is now my go to place for any future repair needs that may arise! It’s great to know there are still GREAT and HONEST people in the car repair business.Sincerely,Totally Satisfied Customer

I had to revisit 2times after it took a month to finally get my truck but at the end Shaun did a great job of cleaning it up for me.You should hire more people like him.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This was the worst experience with a body shop that I have ever had. I was involved in a hit and run and had to get my car repaired on the drivers side. When I first dropped off the car they told me it would be ready in a month. After one month I called the body shop and asked what the status of my vehicle was, they told me that it was going to take longer because they were having other issues (that they did not clarify on). I had to constantly call them to get updates on my car, not once did they call me to tell me about any delays. TWO MONTHS LATER I finally called back and they said my car was ready. They said that they called my phone and left a message but I never received any calls or messages. When I got the car back all my seats were stained. I would like to add that my car is only 6 months old and I put custom seat covers on the seats when I got it. I told the people at the body shop about the stains and they had some worker use a dirty cloth to try and clean them off. When I explained that I had somewhere to be and I would like to have my car detailed they said they would have their manager call me about a possible detail. I never got a call from the manager and had to call them multiple times about the detail. They finally had me drop my car off for a detail. They kept the car for 6 HOURS and when it was returned the stains were still on the seat and all they did was wash my car. When I asked about the stains they said that they couldnt get it off with a cloth and there was nothing they could do. This is the WORST BODY SHOP EVER. I WILL NEVER COME BACK and I suggest whoever is reading this review pick somewhere else to get your body work done. The customer service was terrible and I got multiple eye rolls when voicing my complaints. We went here because our insurance company told us to come here. If that happens to you, I suggest you insist on going to a different body shop.

Very slow
This was by FAR the worse customer service Ive ever endured with a body shop. Adjuster gave them 9 days at 4 working hours per day. Russ Darrow Collision was paid on the 9th day. Its been 11 working days since theyve been paid and I still dont have my vehicle. Mind you...Im in a rental car this entire time. What shouldve cost me about $75 for a rental car is up to $450 now. Theyve never returned my messages. When I do get a hold of the service department, I get the same response...Its going into paint and itll be done in a couple days. Its been 3 straight weeks of this answer to me. Ill NEVER return here...Ill NEVER recommend Russ Darrow Collision either.
They did a nice job on the actual work, but the customer service was awful. It took a week longer than they estimated, which would have been ok if they had communicated with me. I called every few days just to see what was going on. There was no proactive communication on their part. Even the pickup was a terrible experience. Im not looking for much, but a simple thank you for choosing RD would have been nice. Will not be using RD collision again.
The worse experience I’ve ever had in a car dealer, and I’ve bought several cars in my life. I was excited and ready to buy this car from them because it was exactly what I was looking for, so I drove 2hours from Chicago to Wisconsin, when we got there, they told me they can’t sell me the car and I can’t even test drive it because they don’t have the title for it. I called before going, they called me and texted me insisting for me to go see the car, and then I get there, and they tell me I have to wait about a month for them to get the title, what a joke and disrespectful service.Even from the beginning, when we got there, we asked for water and the girl attending us said “it’s a long walk” so she didn’t get us water. Awful experience, don’t waste your time with this people, I’m not even sure how they have a business when is run like this.I usually don’t write reviews, but I would hate for someone else to go through something like this.
