My experience with Milwaukee Eye Care has been great! Wait times have been reasonable and all of the staff have been welcoming.The outcome of the cataract surgeries could not have been better. Im very happy with the outcomes and services received.

This place is amazing. The staff and doctors seem to actually care, unlike other places where it felt like I was just being shuttled around. The location is right next to a bus stop, which is a big plus.

Any time I visit the Milwaukee Eye Care Center, I have excellent service. Dr. Edmonds is an excellent surgeon and the eye car and preparation as well as the aftercare is second to none. He as strong steady agile hands during the surgrty and he is thoughful and caring afterwards to make sure the procedure went well. I would and have highly recommended him to my friends. I just recently went to this eye doctor and my experience was great. With covid protocols in place I felt safe as well as taken care of. It was fast and easy for my checkup. I also picked out a great pair of glasses, they have a lot to choose from!!! I would recommend checking them out.

Dr. Weiss is outstanding. He may not tell you what you want to hear but he will tell you whats best and what is realistic. He is very conscious of managing expectations and does not rush the process at all. I am very lucky to have found a Dr. like him. Unfortunately Taylor at the check-out desk does not carry the same integrity or care. She literally threw her pen at the desk when she was done with me and barked at me when the card reader was still beeping & I couldnt see where the pens were. No greeting, no thank you for payment. Clearly whatever she was going through had nothing to do with me but extending a little grace & courtesy when a patients eyes are freshly dilated & they are wearing a new prescription so cant really see yet would make for a better payment experience. Despite this experience, the lovely lady who checked me in & Dr. Weisss expertise will keep me a loyal patient!

It is very hard for people who accompany patients (many come to the clinic because of vision impairments and therefore don’t drive). We are not allowed in the waiting room and are left waiting in a parking lot with no shade or seating for appointments with no estimate on whether it will take 30, 60, or 90 minutes.

Miguel in Optics helped me. He was persistent at solving the problem and had a wonderful personality. These guys are great!

I want to commend Dr. Pedersen for taking a 4 am phone call on my eye issue. She was very meticulous in educating me and she has a great bedside manner over the phone and via texting. Make an appointment with her she will take care of you!

The entire staff was incredible. From going the extra mile in working with insurance to walking through next steps for treatment, a great experience.

In a time that we want to make sure that we are all safe, I was thrilled to find all the safety precautions in place at the office. The staff was super helpful and made me feel comfortable. I visited with Dr Wiess for my first day post op and he was wonderful. He answered all my time and made me feel like I was his only patient for the day. He was not rushed or preoccupied- gave me his full attention. Was very pleased with my visit and would highly recommend this group.

I was hit in the eye br a branch while doing yardwork & needed an urgent appointment. My regular doctor was not available but they were able to get me in right away with another doctor, and he was also great. He explained everything he was doing and everything he found and answered all my questions.I received immediate & highly competent care!

I just had my recent annual eye check up at MIlwaukee Eye Care Associateswith Dr. David Weiss. The experience is always excellent and I highly recommend Milwaukee Eye Care Associates for eye care.

I’ve been going here for about three years and I’ve experienced nothing but professional service and all expectations met. At times they have exceeded expectations as well. When I was about to go out of town for a family emergency I was supplied with a complementary pair of lenses since they would not be able to fulfill my order before my departure. I give them my highest recommendation.

I absolutely recommend getting your glasses here! My glasses from a previous retailer broke, and MKE Eye Care was able to squeeze me in so I could get new ones ASAP. Migel was super helpful, knowledgeable, and didnt make me feel rushed while selecting my pair. He even stayed a little past closing time to get everything taken care of, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service.

Had a return visit checkup for an eye issue. Care was Ok but doctor is in a big hurry and does not have time to answer questions and seems to prefer that you dont ask them. I understand that times are tough and feel that the office is trying to adjust to make the situation safe. I appreciate this.

Dr. Foote was so informative on the initial visit for my cataracts. Explained everything that a layman can understand and answered all my questions.The staff are great and so friendly. Dr. Foote and the staff at the Surgery Center were awesome and the surgeries were very easy. Loved that Dr. Foote calls to check on me the night of the surgery and the flowers they sent was such a nice touch. Highly recommend Milwaukee Eye Care.

Quick & on time.

Dr. Pedersen is excellent. Her exam was thorough, she explained everything and was very professional and caring. The one star is given to their optical department. I selected and paid for a pair of glasses on December 12 and asked that they be mailed to me. I was told five to seven business days. It is now January 4 and I still have not received my glasses. I called earlier this week and left a message for him asking him why the order was not received and no one returned my call. Needless to say, my optical needs will be taken care of elsewhere in the future but I will continue to see Dr. Pedersen.I wanted to update this review. On Monday morning, I received a call before 8:30 from optical apologizing because no one returned my call. He explained the glasses were sent by UPS but upon checking, UPS was unable to locate it. Another order was placed with the lab and on Thursday evening, optical was kind enough to personally deliver the glasses to my home along with a very nice case and cleaning supplies. I sincerely appreciate the extra effort. As I told Miguel, we’re good.

Michele Pederson is an exceptional optometrist. Ive been her patient for many years. Shes very thorough, kind and intelligent.

Do they perform surgery for stye removal here ?if so what are the prices

You need to orientate your admission staff better. I waited over a half hour after checking in. She misplaced my file. This extra half hour on top of the amount of time you make us wait has brought on my complaint. You aren’t the only persons with busy schedules. You get one more try before I change doctors.

Had a good appointment, despite eventual scary diagnosis. The pre appointment where they check your eyes and dilate them before the main appointment the young lady noticed a problem and quickly called in the doctor who assessed my eyes, configured which drops to use and we went from there.Im grateful I didnt skip my exam because of work issues. My eyes are my job. Without them I have no job. While I have some issues to deal with, I know Im in good hands. Thank you Dr. Pedersen.

I just moved to the area from NJ, so I was hesitant to find a specialist. But I must say that my experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this place. I immediately felt welcome when I entered the door. The young lady behind the desk was friendly and patient. The staff member that checked my eyes prior to being seen by the doctor was very pleasant. She made me extremely comfortable. I was sort of nervous to meet the doctor because my last doc was impatient among other things. However, Dr. Heilmann was awesome! I highly recommend this place. You will not regret it!

This was my first time as a patient at Milwaukee Eye Care. I found the staff and doctor to be very thorough and relaxing. I have a very strong prescription and am also not skilled at picking out frames that work well with the type of prescription that I require; nor that necessarily look right on me. Migel(sp) was an absolute Godsend in picking out the frames that would work for me. He took the time to really explain the process for making my type of lenses and helped me select a lightweight pair of frames. Dr. Weis was very informative about the my specific eye needs as well. I would highly recommend Milwaukee Eye Care for your optometry needs. I cant say enough lovely things about this establishment.

I saw Dr. Heilmann for a corneal abrasion. The entire staff, include Dr. Heilmann were fantastic. I was in and out quickly and feeling better instantly. Dr. Heilmann even scheduled for me to follow-up with him in two days at no additional cost. Highly recommend.

The staff is really friendly, the place is clean, and even though youre sitting there with your eyes stinging from the dilation solution, you still have a good time (for a doctors office).

I was in quickly, and seen quickly after all the tests were completed. Everyone was super nice, and helpful. They let me ask questions, explained what I needed to do, and gave me options. Talked with me, not at me.Even in the optical store located on site, there was no pressure to buy from there, I got all my questions answered and discovered I would be saving a sizable amount going with them and getting a better quality of lens then I got at another place I bought from.Been going here for years, and am glad that I decided not to change even when I was encouraged to do so. Cannot beat the Quality!

I see Dr Weis in Prospect and Brookfield offices for many years, and I am so happy with him and his technicians that I brought all my family to him. He is very knowledgeable, easy to deal with, he always makes sure he answers all my questions and addresses all my concerns. He also always makes sure I dont have to overpay for the services and for the contacts or glasses I need - between the insurance and out of pocket paying. He correctly diagnosed me with cataract in timely manner - I really appreciated it. He is my and my family doctor to go for all the eye problems. Thank you, Dr Weis!

I need corneal transplants and recently had cataract surgery. I want to express how friendly, attentively and efficiently the staff treated me. Dr Edmonds even called me the evening after the surgery to check on my well-being. How many doctors do that these days? The day after surgery a plant was delivered to my door from Dr Edmonds. After researching corneal specialists I decided to go to Dr. Edmonds. He certainly lives up to his reputation. 5 stars!

Best experience at the eye doctors ever, entire staff was very polite and helpful. Had an issue with an old pair of glasses and the team went above and beyond in every aspect to help me out.
