When I originally went on line to request a unit i received a call from Extra Space and the manager was so kind. He help me make a decision and when i was ready to secure my unit he ended up telling me about a sale which allowed me to get a larger unit. He was courteous, patient, professional and very personable. Once in the office he took me to my unit and i was so pleased. Everything was so clean and i feel that my treasured belongings will be safe at this property. So thank you Extra storage for providing me with the security pf knowing all is well.

They changed from extra space storage! Nobody is ever here and it is dirty and glass. It’s unbelievable and the door is always open.

I would definitely recommend extra space storage. And I will definitely without a doubt use them if I require storage again! My first experience with Steven was fantastic, and on my move out day Marty was equally fantastic. wonderful customer service! The facility is always clean, well lit and cared for. I was very comfortable leaving my belongings here.

The Online process of renting and checking out was quick and easy. Once paying for and getting confirmation email, getting into location and finding my storage location was fairly easy. Would be nice if there was a storage location map posted in several locations. Was very clean and had a free cylinder lock inside unit. Prices on the web were very reasonable, about 1/4 of the price of U-Haul. I would definitely recommend getting a storage unit there.

Great place for storage the facility is very clean and affordable. I really want to give a shout out to the representatives that assisted me today. Aron and Murad those two were amazing! They were patient, knowledgeable, friendly and they helped me with everything I was looking for. First I want to say that I am a very fussy person, so if I say something is excellent, it really is. Everything about Extra Space Storage was excellent and exceeded my expectations, from the website, to the clear and friendly call on the phone that came 5 minutes later, to the willingness to stay open 30 extra minutes to handle my business, to the friendly, expert, clear and thorough service at the office, to the pricing, to the cleanliness of facility, to the security, to the thoughtful design of the operation, to the ease of using the facility, to the on-screen contract signing, to the ease of declining insurance...anything else? haha Trust me, this is a great place to store your property!

The setup for me to use this facility went fairly smooth. The only initial comment I would like to add or suggest is implementing an app that will automatically open the entrance gate for you. This is not only a convenience, but falls in line with pandemic safety measures.

Brianna Was excellent in getting me situated with my storage...quick and professionally done...the way I like it. Theres always at least one negative. These are all new units so why not have lights in them when opening the door since they stay open till 10pm?

She made sure to explain exactly the size, cost, hours of access etc before asking me if I had any questions. She was very prompt about answering those as well. She made sure to show me the space before i purchased. very clean space, clean facility. I am overly satisfied with my experience here today & would recommend anyone shopping for storage to go here. Has anyone ever seen anyone working at this facility? Ive called five times today and three times yesterday. No answers. Ive left messages and gotten nothing in response. Im also noticed that other extra space facilities have done the same thing. I hear all these good reviews but wonder how accurate they are.
