Affordable. Hrs are kinda odd need to plan ahead on the weekends

Ive had a unit here for around 6 months now. Never had any issues. Really good customer service. I even lost my key once and the lady helped me get into my unit pretty quickly, i appreciated it a lot. The guy that works here is friendly and helpful too. Ill use this place until my needs for storage are over. They have an automatic payment option. Or you can pay over the phone or online i think. Their hours suck (they close at 6 pm, and are only open 4 hours on sat/sun) but it hasnt been a big deal. They have 3 loading docks and 2 elevators. I have to walk far to my unit but the prices couldnt be beat so its worth it.

I love this place. I would never want to go anywhere else to store my stuff. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have seen people be trained at this facility and they are getting proper training that is thorough and direct. Things I like about it is that there are cameras in the Halls there is a lot of lighting there are restrooms that are clean and they are not open 24 hours or have 24-hour access. You must sign in at the door the staff is very alert to what is going on in the area. I would recommend this place to anybody that is looking for a unit. Also they do not allow food in the units so this Cuts back or totally wiped out the possibility of vermin.

I like doing business with U-Store in Milwaukie. Nice folks and the place is clean. I wish the bathroom was a little closer to my unit but cant hold that against them lol. I also wish the elevators could carry people as well as my stuff as I have a hard time with stairs. I give 4 stars due to the stairs.

Employees were rude and unhelpful, very bad experience. Left me feeling as if this establishment is a joke and how do these people even have jobs. Make sure you read your rental agreement, they WILL try to screw you over.

The one star is for the weekend hours. You know, when theres time to get stuff done? Other than that, the place and people are cool.

Awesome customer service. Went above and beyond to find us the right storage unit. Definitely recommend seeing these ladies if you need storage.

Allways have had a good experience with the managers...its clean and I only questioned it once when a man couldnt open his door cause he had soooo much stuff in it and I had to hope there was nothing in his unit that was combustible.

Bait and switch. I called this location 3 times over a month regarding a unit they advertised on Craigslist every day. Every time i called, they said it wasnt available. I finally told them to not advertise something that wasnt available. They called me rude and told me they didnt want to do business with me. As if i would? Even after I called them on false advertisement, the ad is still in Craigslist (daily). I dont like businesses that use these tactics.My email to this location that general manager Jack Cousens considered absolute rudeness: You want to pull down this add that you post every day? You dont have these available. Quit advertising.
