Im going on my second year as a tenant of three units at this location. Moving our entire families home into storage was a big decision. And after a year and a half I have nothing but good stuff to say about the property and the property manager. She is caring and compassionate yet professional. And the property is always clean and debris free.

Convenient location. Office staff is super helpful and friendly. Reasonable prices, very easy process for initial rental and vacating. The gate access app was very useful.

While the units are nice and the building is well maintained since Public Storage took over this location they have raised my rent 3 times and decreased the access hours, so if you want to get into your unit after 6pm forget it.At first there were plenty of carts to use now you are lucky to find one, even though I can see a few of them in the front area where the employees should be, which was locked at 3:45pm even though they dont close until 6pm.Overall, the continued decline of service has made me want to go elsewhere for my storage needs and I plan on relocating ASAP. I cannot recommend this location

I have been at this specific location on Mcgloughlin Blvd for almost 2 years.I have been very pleased with every aspect from the moving in to customer service.Every employee I have dealt with has been extremely helpful, informative and nice. They are very good about calling and reminding me if I missed my payment date. (Long before any late charges get added)Recently I was there getting a new, larger unit and met Neva for the first time. She not only found me a unit close to my other one to make switching easier, but helped me when my lock wouldnt work. On top of that..... she went above and beyond by gifting me a beautiful geode she had found when she learned my passion for collecting rocks. She made my day!!!I highly recommend this location to anyone!

Neva has been an amazing resource for my mother . She has made suggestions to help her lower her costs ( my mom has 3 units) . My mom is now moving to Florida and Neva has researched units in Jacksonville, left me detailed messages and provided valuable information to help us with this process. I have rarely met someone like Neva, who goes above and beyond her job duties in order to be of assistance. We will continue to use Public Storage in Florida . Neva deserves a raise.

My kids loaded my things into storage, and I didnt know which building. Neva walked out in the rain to show me the exact unit, unlock it for me, and even loaded what I wanted to get out into the car for me. She did all of this in the rain with a very sweet and helpful nature.

Reservations were easy to make online and the office was helpful in accommodating my travel situation. Neva made me feel like a valued customer. The buildings are older but well kept. During Check in I found out a few things that is likely in the fine print I missed. Storage unit insurance is required and the rates change after a few months. Otherwise the whole experience worked out pleasantly.

Out of the clear blue sky, Neva called to tell us she had worked at getting my Moms 3 storage unit prices dropped, since we had been storing there for 5 years. She also advised that Mom consolidate her 3 units into one, to save more money. How many people would spend their time saving strangers money? Althought she remained professional, Neva talked to me as if she really cared about my Mom and her storage needs, and offered to be of service in any way she could. When Mom calls, Neva calms my mothers concerns. I cant imagine how we could have had a better experience.

Thank you Neva and Uhaul for going above the call of duty and being so generous to let me remove my items six days past due. I was not aware they did not pro rate but Neva made sure I could retrieve my belongings during a hard time. Very much appreciated!

Would give a zero star if I could. The property manager was extremely rude and not helpful when trying to reserve a unit. Go to another Public Storage if you have to - she was extremely unpleasant and totally unprofessional.

Easy to start up and even drop off a pod there. Had a little trouble getting my money back when I was out at the beginning of a month but the local staff there was very nice and helped me figure everything out. Make sure to get out by the end of the month and not a day into the next.

I got robbed twice. The gate was broke and they didnt fix it for days. Came back to make a payment last month and the drive through gate was stuck open. That was the last straw for me. Will never go through them again. You wonder why so many units are broken into but they have no clue how it happened. BS!!!!!! Dont ever go to this place!!!!!!!!!!! Theyve had multiple break ins there but still lack on keeping the place locked up. We pay good money to have our stuff secure. They didnt provide that. On more than one occasion that I saw when I was there. I give them no good ratings whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I rented a unit yesterday and couldnt be happier with the service. Everything was explained and I had the opportunity to compare units. Youll want to bring your own padlock but you can buy a good one from them for $20. Theres also a $24 start up fee but I figure thats fair since they ask only $1 for first month and theres no minimum commitment.

I cant complain about paying only $1 for a month. It will cost more after the first month, but is was a reasonable price and Kayla made everything simple and quick. She made the process enjoyable.

Quick, easy and not too expensive. Thats what we wanted and thats what we got from Public Storage. Only going to be there for a few months, but we have been very pleased with the service and price.

We were disappointed at first because we were unable to get a free month. Once we got over that, everything else was great. Super service and the price was fine. We plan on renting for over a year and are confident that we picked the right place.

My cousin Candy just rented a storage unit from Public Storage today. Excellent customer service and professionalism by the store manager, Betzy. Showed us the property and the unit before renting. Friendly and answered all of our questions!

I was able to rent for only $1 for my first month. Were only going to be here for about 3 months, so getting one month for almost free really was a good deal. So far, everything has been excellent.

There is nothing special about the storage facility, and nothing especially wrong with it either. The lockers are relatively clean and most of them have electricity. For those unaware, you do have to provide your own lock for security reasons.The prices are pretty steep and lockers are hard to come by, so make sure to reserve them long before youll need them.

I had to help my aunt move out of her small unit. The price was +$150 compared to her new $42 same size unit just a few miles away

Great Customer service.She explained the process and went over the contact. I like the face that it accommodates short term and long term renters needs. Units Light bulb (or power is shut off). this is an inconvenience when you forget to bring a flash light.

We were very impressed with the level of service we received from Terence. He was very polite, not pushy at all and made our experience very positive. I have recommended to friends based on our experience.

Good location just up the street from the new max station on McLoughlin. Not brand new or pretty, but it does the trick. I did get a lower price than the other place I checked with, so all in all a good place.

I would not rent a storage unit at this location. I was there for three weeks before my storage unit was broken into and all my personal belonging were stolen. The thieves didn’t cut my lock they cut the hatch connected to the door, not only that but after the fact I looked at all the surrounding door locks and found that most of the door hatches had been cut as well, which tells me this happens more often than not. I think they should have disclosed how often they are robbed before leasing a unit. Also, the insurance they make you get did not cover anything because they require proof of value for everything in the unit. I also did not receive a refund even though I pre paid up to September. I did file a police report and they will be looking into all the cut door hatches. I will also being contacting the BBB as I do not feel like they operate under sound business practices or morals. I have post pictures to show what I am talking about, and just so everyone knows, these are only 3 pictures, I have a total of 21!

This business is right on the busy part on McLaughlin, near the new max line. Its a great location for me, so more than anything else this is a good reason to go here. The person that helped me was very pleasant.

The people that work here are nice and professional. The buildings are old, but not falling apart or anything. Not as new some of the other companies, but the price was good and the gentleman that helped was very good.

We have always received very good service here from Diane. We had a problem with our storage unit and the girls moved us into a different one that we much preferred at no cost to us.

Kayla was a pleasure to work with. Youre basically renting a garage, so all storage is pretty much the same. Its nice when the workers are helpful, and Kayla was.

I only needed to store things for about 2 weeks, but, like most places, you have to pay for a whole month. That wasnt a big deal because I had a special price for the first month, so I came out way ahead. I did have to buy a lock, because I didnt have one and it wasnt cheap. They should offer more than one choice on the locks.
