When I got my storage unit last month I went for the free month what they didnt explain to me with that with that free month I could only have access to my storage unit during the hours the office was open I asked to change and they didnt have any available that were outside coming to be able to get to it during the hours listed. Didnt care much to try to help me out or anything like that they didnt even inform me that thats what I was getting so needless to say not happy nice people clean units

Scheduled an install over a month in advance. When we arrived, they didnt have the hitch and didnt have an installer. They said they meant to call us so we didnt drive out 🙄 That would have made a huge difference in our experience.

Ive been here for 5 minutes and so far 2 employees have been rude and dismissive to me. The 1st one I just smiled and said hi to. He glared at me and stomped away.

Horrible customer service. They do not answer their phone and they are unhelpful and dismisive in person.

I’ve rented from this location about five times now. My perspective is that I think it is a reasonably run business. Nothing exceptional and definitely not terrible. I appreciate having it as a resource and they always have what I need. I think the other negative reviews might be both exceptions outside the norm and over-stating things. I try to rate carefully and rarely giving 5 or 1 stars.

I mean, it’s U-Haul. Can be busy, but they have a lot of vehicles at this location and will get you in and out if you are prepared. Trucks have a lot of power vs. other companies.

I echo the other complaints. I stood in the empty shop for ten minutes today wanting to purchase boxes. When the one employee (owner? the guy in the pics) finally came back he brought along a new customer. He should have served me first (I was there first) but didnt even look at me or acknowledge me, standing there at the counter. I waited five more minutes as they dragged out whatever they were doing. Then I left. I can afford to pay two dollars per box but I cant afford a twenty minute wait just to be acknowledged.I got boxes at another store and wont be back to this one.HIRE TWO MORE EMPLOYEES its preposterous to have a mostly unwatched retail shop.

The customer service at this location is completely terrible. I made an appointment to have a hitch installed on my car. Dropped my car off and they said it was going to be about an hour to an hour and a half. I show up after 2 hours, not hearing from them and my car hadnt even been touched. They were shorted staffed and behind on other vehicles they were working on they said. No call no nothing within this 2 hour window. This is after waiting for someone to come into the store to help me after i waited for 15-20 minutes. I will never go to this location ever again. Terrible, terrible customer service I have ever encountered.

Charged me for a half tank of gas because they are too lazy to check the correct level. Proceed to try and lecture me. Switched up my vehicle twice because they can’t find keys. Dear god, I hope they go out of business. Go anywhere else.

Customer service is horrible.. they had no trucks available in a smaller size which is understandable, but when asked to look up another uhaul location the lady was rude and told US to call 1800uhaul instead of finding out for us. Horrible customer service, choose any other location.

Thy messed up the hitch service three times. They double charged for wiring, wiring didn’t even work, and forgot the receiving ball. Then when I asked for some kind of discount for the poor service, they wouldn’t even help.

No customer service.
