Good if you cant find a starbucks

Why am I paying $6 for a bagel and a coffee when I have to wait ten minutes and then find out they make you spread the jelly and pb yourself as well as go pour your own coffee??? Will not be wasting my time/money here again

The first impression was that the employees didnt quite seem like they knew what they were doing, however after some confusion about placing the order and some audible confusion in the kitchen (the back wall), the food eventually came out. It tasted alright, but one of the two bagel sandwiches wasnt cut in half, which made for difficult eating since the smear liquefies a bit in a warm sandwich. Id consider going back, but it certainly wouldnt be my first choice.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Staff acted annoyed that I was there and food was terrible.

I dont understand why full time staff (not the student workers) moves so freaking slow. I feel like Im being pranked every time I go here; its like a joke how long I have to wait for a simple toasted bagel with cream cheese. Also Ive seen one of the full time staff scold a student worker for trying to pick up the slack for her. Its called teamwork, you lazy old idiot. Just horrible.

Contrary to the other reviewers, I found this place to be overpriced but the fare was tasty enough new York style bagels. They go well with a Rockstar energy drink, as I discovered myself on a recent visit. The U of M is an OK school to attend as a student

Waited 10 minutes for a bagel with butter on it. When I finally got the bagel it was the wrong one. Food is horrible along with the service!!!

After having to wait an extra five minutes from when they were supposed to open (Summer hours. Open at 7:30 though wasnt actually opened till 7:35) the end up not having made all the bagels yet, including the kind I was planning to order.

Lady here with red hair, whos been working here forever, spit in my food and put some other $%1T in it because, I questioned her assertion that vegetable cost $.50 each. Crazy lady, thank you. Now I never come here. This lady deserves to get fired/go to jail.

They should honestly fire everyone that works there and just start over...

This place was closed not in business at that location.
