Good as always. Its what to be expected from them. good, pleasant service. Competent employees.
Not disability-friendly! The cashier called Ashley (obese one) did not bother to speak slowly and clearly when I told I’m deaf so that I can lip read her and instead refused to serve me to pump gas. She needs to pay attention to the need of customers & watch her ago. She’s rude and uncouth and not fit to serve customers. I’ve been a frequent customer there and the other cashiers I encountered were friendly and told me to repeat what I wanted using fingers like pump 5 for five fingers & sigh for pumping gas. I had to go to Speedway to get gas!!
The store was kept clean. The staff friendly and helpful.
Most of the staff are friendly and nice the store is kept up and clean
Honestly every time I go in, I don’t feel valued as a customer, never a nice experience, and gas price is always slightly higher. Also good luck if you live in a block radius to this forsaken place they broadcast communications from inside to outside, why aren’t there just telecoms to each pump? Some staff even blast music, AT 7 AM its a Sunday I can’t even have a peaceful sleep with this place, so for the love of the neighborhood go somewhere else.
I understand this covid-19 but I work on the road and How are bathrooms not open? its a gas station its so people can stop and use the bathroom and get gas its like a rest stop I havent been to any other group Holiday gas station where the restrooms were closed.
Can yall return to regular hours please? If I need to go to the gas station, I have to drive to the NE location, while this one is 2 blocks from me
Chronically busy and understaffed (or understaffed on the registers at least- I often see other employees doing menial tasks while the line of people waiting stretches around the counter). They also have a no gas pump parking lot with it’s own door- this door gets locked seemingly at random (I thought maybe it was after dark, but today it was locked before 5pm) and they put no sign on it saying closed, so sometimes you get the “privilege” of a surprise walk around the building. This branch tarnishes the holiday brand in my humble opinion, but they are the only gas station on this stretch of franklin so it stays busy
This Holiday location has really improved over the last few years. It’s in an insanely busy location, especially during rush hours, but the trade off is free air! I also frequent this store for convenience items, snacks, and early morning coffee (6am!). The hours have changed, I believe they close around 10 or 11 now instead of their traditional late-night availability, which actually was a pretty good move. Friendly staff (who are all favorable of one another), decent prices, reasonable wait times.
Great gas, great people
I am usually a Super America person, but lately I have been finding myself at Holiday Gas Stations more often than not and Im beginning to enjoy the atmosphere at these stores then the Super Americas I have been going to.These stores are also more mature clean organized better staffed and a lot more polite and courteous and friendlier for sure, the employees actually do seem to enjoy meeting greeting assisting and expediting their customers so much more then those at Super America. I will say this SA did indeed have my loyalty for awhile but you guys have definitely been pretty good at stealing away this customer for sure..
Dont prepay at this station! I wanted to use my Cub rewards so I went in and prepaid. So I could make sure I filled the tank I overestimated by a few dollars. When you go back in to ask that the difference be put on your card they claim it does but Ive lost about $5 over two trips when its not credited back. Either the cashiers dont know or someone else is keeping that money.
I drove here to get a cup of coffee. I wanted to use restroom first. It had a code lock. Ask cashier for code. So i did. After a moment of thought she said no. The rest rooms havent been clean yet. Its the beginning of the shift. Should clean already. Or it was already and didnt want me to use it. Or thought I was homeless. Either way that restroom should have open. I got my coffee elsewhere.
This Holiday store is my primary go-to & the employees there are fantastic! Always busy yet always have a great attitude!
I frequent this gas station for snacks and drinks. The service is good, the selection is wide, and it delivers the consistency that a gas station should have. Nothing special but does the job!
They dont even let paying customers use their restrooms anymore
Worst Holiday store youll find. Dirty, rude staff, terrible floor plan.
Not bad
I was waiting in line with 5 others while 4 employees conversed amoungst themselves. Everyday theyre out of general snus, and dont check their back stock when they say theyre out. Terrible customer service and they are always out of product in the cooler or tobacco. As an assistant manager at the edina holiday, I would fire 3/4s of the staff.
Public restroom is only available to paying customers... I find this extreamly annoying
Attempted to get a career here, the manager Chelsea was late to open the store, forgot my name, asked me to wait for her for no reason, lied about calling back about opportunity later that day, and honestly was rude the next day and ignored me in the store and hid in the office and sent someone else over. Very unprofessional establishment.
No bathroom after 9pm... I found this to be extremely annoying and hard to believe!
Convenient if you live nearby. Generally friendly staff.
Dont mark your door as an EXIT when it is not an EXIT
Fk the need to update their hours of operation.
This place never has fluid in their wind shield washer stations at the pumps. Super frustrating.
The manager is a condescending prick. Dont spend your money here.
At 3:30pm, still had pre-made BREAKFAST SANDWICHES out! Nasty...only a few lunch options. One person ringing and line of 8...i left.
Great gas station!
Nice, clean convenient.
Most open 24 hours
Chiquita or whatever is super rude
Staff is always busy when needed
Best place in America !!!!!😍😍😍
Scary area
