He was trying to push a credit ap down my throat before even explaining what vehicles he had to meet our needs or finding out if we even needed financing. Really pushy, fast paced salesman. F-
I bought a 2021 Honda CR-V from Marisa Nelson here and let me tell you my experience was amazing! I wasn’t physically there due to living in Williston and couldn’t make it up there, but she did everything in her power to make sure I got what I wanted! I was very skeptical about being able to get approved for a brand new vehicle but I did! The finance team here did wonders on getting me financed for my Honda and I could not be happier! I’m so glad I decided to contact these guys. I was not disappointed. Customer service is top notch. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
*Service/Parts Related*Its a car dealership. Theyre nice but theyre expensive. Know what youre getting going into it.They were able to help with a tire replacement from a blowout but cant fix the Honda entertainment system on my CRV.Also if you ask them for services know specifically what you want and be detailed in your request. I was burned with a roof rack install. I was looking for a model that locks in place. Ryan didnt specify when they offered it and I failed to ask, so thats partly on me. Now Im out a few hundred on a job that doesnt meet my needs and will have to likely replace it with something else. So learn from my mistake.Go to them with both eyes open. If you have a car under warranty with Honda they will likely do the job. However if youre looking at outside warranty work, be advised. Theyre labor rates and jobs will cost you more than most alternatives.
Ryan Honda has always shown that customer service was a priority. They made buying my Pilot easy and the service manager called me when there had been a miscommunication/misunderstanding about my service. They wanted to make sure I was taken care of like family. Thank you
It is amazing to me that I was reported for not showing up for an interview at this dealership, when I actually called two times the day of the interview to inform Them that I was running late because I had to call a cab, and I have not ever had to call a cab in ND prior to that date. So I purchased my RAV4 from Honda 2 months ago and the first two weeks I had to send the car back because the check engine light was on. Late February they fixed it and now the same issue has happened again and I have had the car less than 90 days. This is my second review and I feel like I’ve been ripped off. Management spoke to me once and helped me out but now it seems like I’ve been lied to. Very upset

They quoted me way per month for a new 2019 Accord than Minot did for the same car ONE year newer (2020). My heart was set on a pearl white accord, Ashley found me what I wanted in less than 10 min for almost $100 cheaper per month! Bismarck was not willing to even look into finding me what I wanted but kept pushing me towards the older Accord on their lot UNTIL I told them about Ryan Honda!!At this point I was not interested at all. My wife and I went to Ryan Honda today looking into leasing and buying options on a civic. I wasn’t expecting to make a deal, but with the way we were treated I felt comfortable to make the decision. Our salesman Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.As an ex-car salesman, I know how the car sales business works and I have to say Honda was so different for us. They were not pushy at ALL. They were just informative and let us make our own decisions. They didn’t lie or try to rip us off and set us on a path with pros and cons of both. My husband bought a car at this dealership in December 2019 and as at now he has not receive his plate and registration because the was a problem with the title which he didnt know about. He requested a CarFax report before buying the car and everything looked right by then. 9 weeks after buying the car he did not receive the registration and plate and the 75 days dealership permit had 5 days to expire so he had to go back to the dealership to find out what is going on that was when he realized there was a problem with the title. One woman named TAMMI who is in charge of making sure all the documents are without issues and to submit paperwork to the DMV told my husband that she is very busy with a lot of stuff on her table plus training new employees so she didnt have time to look into all the paperwork on the car, and then said the only way out is for her to give my husband another 75 days permit whiles working on the paperwork. TAMMI or whatever her name is suppose to be fired!! Very POOR Administration.
Ryan family dealerships are the worst. Ryans Chevrolet wrecked my brand new truck on its first oil change. It has about 6000 miles on it. First they tell me I can go to who I want. Now they are telling me I have to take it to their guy for an estimate and if my guy is more I have to pay the difference. They also know I need a truck for my type of business and they are trying to put me in a car, which is useless.

Im so glad Google prompted me to provide feedback! I dropped my vehicle off for maintenance related to a recall that Ive been procrastinating on getting fixed. First, they called me to schedule, which was awesome. Then, when I arrived, everyone was SO friendly. The service manager provided me a reasonable estimated completion time, and then made sure to give me his card if I had any issues. I was extremely impressed with service I received and would seriously consider going there for future service on my Dodge.
This was my 1st time purchasing a vehicle and not only that but I was doing it by myself. Chris was super helpful and made sure I was getting the help I needed. He was great and made everything super easy! I am very pleased with how everything went! I will definitely be letting everyone I no know about it the next time they think about purchasing a new vehicle:)

Cole at Ryan Honda is by far one of the best and most professional people Ive worked with. He bent over backwards to ensure my experience was amazing. It was worth the 100 mile drive to Minot to buy my car there. My future business and personal vehicle purchases will come from Ryan Honda in Minot.
I scheduled an oil change for 11am, and they let me know about a recall on the vehicle and scheduled to fix that the week after. I drop the car off, also ask if they can look into a squealing noise. and they tell me it will be 45-60 minutes. So I take their shuttle service home and wait for it to be done. An hour and 45 minutes later I call to see what’s taking so long. Apparently they decided to fix the recalled issue and forgot to tell me, and say it will still be another hour and a half wait. After waiting another 2 hours, I get a ride there to see what’s going on. They fixed everything, ok fine. But they forgot to look into the squealing issue. At this point it’s 3:30 in the afternoon and I have to pick my kids up. Im not impressed at all.
Love bringing my vehicles here. Staff is super friendly and they always know how to answer my questions and not give me dumb answers like most dealerships. Highly recommend Ryan Honda if youre buying a vehicle or need a dealership to service one.
My wife bought a used Jeep from here. The jeep had rust on the passenger side front wheel well and a rock chip on the back wheel well. The dealer stated they would fix the 2 spots as well as replace the turn signal bulb that was burnt out before we took it off the lot. We were told 2 days later that all the repairs were done. My wife drove the hour to get the vehicle to find out that they only fixed the rust. My wife ran out of time and had to get back home so she could watch are child while I went to work. Dealership is going pay a shop in are town to fix the bulb. We told them we would fix the rock chip are selves. Sales Representative was friendly but pushed us through the sale process quick like all he wanted was his share of the sale. He wasnt to informative about the vehicle other then what he read off the dealer website. Over all I probably wouldnt go back to buy a used vehicle from them.

I went to Ryan Honda to get a used vehicle and trade in my current. This was after visiting a few other dealerships in town and I was met byTerry Greuel. They had my car for a week, had it towed there because they were the closest Honda dealership ama needed warantee work... Went to pick up my car and pinky made it a block before it broke down, and they didnt even want to help me! Told me I needed a new battery which I bought from them for $130, and sill only made it 60 miles out of 90 miles!! They refused to help me, even though my car was undriveable which they claim to have had no knowledge of, which is hard to believe since I only made it a black away from the dealership before it died and brought it back to them! Funny how it just quit working when I got there, but supposedly had been writing before I got there!! What a joke! And to have my car towed there for the original work cost $460which I was told was covered by the warrantee work as part of the warantee itself...yet they charged my insurance that $460 and got the money!! So I would say something doesnt smell right with that place! Made a call to my insurance and they are going to investigate the situation!! Horrible! And they have been rude and treating me like Im an inconvenience! Which if they would have fixed the car in the week they had it, wouldnt be a problem now!!! Oh..and it took them a week to change a spark plug that had been replaced 2 weeks before...They just put in a honda spark plug! What a joke!
Way back in early 2015 I brought my 2007 Honda Accord 2.4 to them to do tranny fluid change, coolant change, spark plugs, oil change, and air filter. They said it would take their A RATED MECHANIC all day. I know now that all this work can in 5 hours tops especially with all the equipment you would expect them to have( I Know because since then I have done it all myself gravel parking lot style). They had the nerve to change my cabin air filter and top off my brake fluid, and charged me for it without ever discussing it with me or attempting to call. I was not happy but I just said whatever and picked my car and went on my way back home, but when I checked it the next day MY TRANNY DIPSTICK was MISSING, and one of the spark plugs was sitting down in the engine compartment in sight( it must have been dropped when the A RATED MECHANIC was changing it, but at least this way you know he probably did change them). When I called them they were very sincere and apologized and said I could come back and pick up the tranny dipstick(the hours I worked made it inconvenient for me). When I did go and get the dipstick and use it to check the tranny fluid level it was at the same mark I remember it being at when I brought it in which led me to believe that it wasnt changed at all. When I went back inside and discussed it with the guy in there (who was a nice guy, dont know who he was but he had a broken arm or shoulder) he told me I needs to be at a certain temp to check it, but gave me 2 quarts of Honda ATF for free( YAY I dont have to pay for the same thing twice). I was just gonna let this go but when I saw so many positive reviews I figured I had to let the truth out. The car has worked fine since then, but if I was a woman or an idiot and never looked under the hood I would have never even known this. The reason I brought it to Ryan Honda is because I thought if anyone was qualified it would be an official dealership, but I now see why dealers are hated by so many people. Listen if your a man without a mental or physical handicap, you can do all that work I listed for 300$ in parts even if you have to buy a jack and all new tools to do it it is still cheaper than the 1000$ Ryan Honda charged me. The whole experience has led me to turn into somewhat a backyard mechanic, because lets face it would you want somebody doing half-ass work on your car, or your moms car?
