I bought my truck brand new in October of 2018. I bought the extended warranty. I was told it was factory and covered me until 150,000 miles. I started having trouble with my transmission recently and couldnt find the paperwork. I figured the Dealership where Im at now could look it up. They couldnt because it wasnt through ram. I called to have it faxed to my local Dealership. They took a day to do it and what they actually sold me only covered my truck to 85,000 miles. my truck had manufacturers warranty until 100,000 miles. Thats not the warranty I was sold. I dont know anyone who would buy a warranty that doesnt cover the vehicle for as long as the original warranty does. Im sure this is common practice for Minot Automotive.

The buying experienceWas one of my least favorite things about this whole experience. My salesman and her boss called me and my wife liars when we told them the deal that our previous guy got us from that store. (This list can go on for a bit but..) I will never by another vehicle from them. Thank you Jordan and your boss for the far less than par experience. Only positive thing to say is the accessories department girls are hella good.
