Terrible experience for me. I was able to find a good vehicle that I liked that I can use to get to work. When they issued the purchase agreement I immediately forwarded it to the Senior Banker of the local bank where Im getting the loan. Since the staff wasnt working in the bank that day I had to wait for the next day for the papers to get processed. They already discussed the agreements for the vehicle. The next day, I informed Amanda that Ill be getting the check the later after lunch. Jessica informed me that if the local bank needs anything just reach out to them. Later in the afternoon I was able to get the checks. I immediately called Amanda and she informed me that they already had it on hold since another customer is going to purchase it. I know its business but they know Im getting the check that day and they shouldve waited at least the end of the day before giving it to another customer. Everyone in the department Im working at was upset about the experience. Theyll probably avoid this dealer from now on.

I called this morning and asked for an oil change they were able to get me in at 11am. This was a farm truck that gets used on the farm so it wasnt the cleanest vehicle. I was shocked to see how clean they returned it after a simple oil change. I was also shocked at how affordable the service was. This was a diesel oil change and those anywhere else in Minot are over $150.00. The bill was less then $100.00, along with the mini detail!! Great service and great prices. A rate service team!!

We came in for a diagnostic test to learn that our engine needed replaced. They made us feel like a priority and willing to do everything in their power to get us taken care of because we were moving in a week. We felt like every employee cared about us and were amazing.

Needed my touch screen fixed, it went blank. The service technician was able to fix it quickly. The Service department went out of their way to make sure I was treated quickly, fairly, and double checked to make sure I was completely satisfied. They do a great job!!!!!

Very friendly staff all around. From sales to service. Our new car had some issues first with a recall. They got us in the day we bought the car, class act right there. We had an issue with the starting from key fob, they didnt treat my wife like an idiot when it was user error. And they fixed out wipers at no cost. Very respectful service all around. Will be going back.

I recently moved to Minot and needed an oil change on my 2013 Altima. Waited for an hour and 15 minutes, which was a much shorter time than I expected after seeing at least 5 other cars in the service bay. When I walked back to the service area to pay for my oil change, I realized the people working on my car had washed it. No extra charge, but I drove away smiling and this oil change completely went above and beyond my expectations. I will be back for more service!

I was in 5/15/2020 for an oil change. I received a text message with a very detailed inspection report, which I was completely impressed by!!! Shortly after I agreed to having all specified items repaired I received a call from Brianna making sure they could keep my vehicle as the mechanic was out to lunch (when I sent back the repair request form) and his next opening was 3pm. Not only did she take the time to watch his schedule she called to make sure my schedule was available! Her customer service was outstanding & she was very knowledgeable! Answering my questions with ease and a smile!! There was another gal that was a salesperson talking with us who was also very sweet & kind! We bought our Armada there in December and we have had EXCELLENT service. THANK YOU for that! Please consider letting Brianna and that other gal (I apologize I dont know her name) know that they went above and beyond!! I left a very satisfied and happy customer!!

Theo Toliver is amazing!!! My daughter was just stationed at her 1st base in Minot. She needed to purchase a car. ALL BY HERSELF! We were all extremely nervous about this. She is 18 and a first time buyer with no one there to help. Most car salesmen would have seen her coming a mile away. I ask for help in a Minot Air Force Base support group. A few people recommended Mr. Toliver. So, I messaged him via Facebook at 8 am. I gave him a run down of the situation and explained to him that I would be doing the negotiations for her. I fully expected it to be days of phone tag because I work full time. He told me if she is free today Ill have her in a car tonight. By 8 pm she had a car! He went and picked her up from the base and she drove home in her car. I didnt have to negotiate 1 THING. By the time I got off they had a great car picked out with an amazing monthly note!!! He took great care of her!!!! It was an experience we were dreading but it was so nice and smooth. I wish I could give 10 stars!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. They found a drive belt that was badly worn and recommended I not drive without replacing it. They found me a belt and put it on for me. Also, they completely cleaned my car. Washed it, vacuumed the floors, washed the windows, etc. I was thoroughly impressed. Ryan Nissan will get all my maintenance and repair work and I highly recommend them.

This was by far the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. There was no pressure from Chad he answered any questions we had and helped us pick the vehicle that we are very happy with. All the staff made every effort to be as fast and efficient as possible all while still answering any questions and explaining every part of the process, which made for a reasonably quick buying process and I greatly appreciated that.

Had a new transmission installed, the service department was amazing and got me in and out quickly. The tech (Mikey) did a spectacular job from diagnosing the problem, working with Nissan techs and replacing the transmission.!

The service was extremely wonderful. I am not too fond of Nissan in general but this was by far the best experience I have had at any dealership. The man who checked us out gave me some quotes of things that need to be fixed with my car in the near future but wasnt pushy about it in any way. The waiting room was super nice and just a real friendly atmosphere and it was QUICK. I also liked being able to SEE them work on my car. I had a recall taken care of on my vehicle. Everyone I worked with was very friendly...the lady who greeted me, T in the service department and the courtesy driver. It was done within an hour of dropping it off and was vacuumed and washed. I was very pleased with the service.

They fixed the squeal in my breaks, which is the reason why I stopped in without an appointment. I also asked about re-aiming my headlamps because they didnt seem to be lighting up the road for me. They fixed that and now I can see at night. They also fixed the recall on my video camera. The extra that I loved was that they also not only washed my car, which badly needed it, but also cleaned the drivers side floor mat, which also badly needed it!!! I never got that kind of extra service at Ford. I was very happy to say the least.

Found a car on their website and traveled to go see it. It was a fresh trade in so it hadn’t been through inspection/detailing yet but we knew we wanted it. I was heading out of town in a few days so they did what they could to bump it to the top of their list to get everything fixed and finished in time. Amazing custom service, didn’t mind helping keeping my toddler entertained, and kept in contract through the whole process. Would definitely recommend our salesperson Chad and this dealership in general!

These guys always give superb service! And they detail my car for free. They do such a good job I would pay for it! I always feel like I can trust them so I dont like to take my car anywhere else but sometimes I have to living in a very remote area a hundred miles from here.

First I was greeted by Steve who explained to me what the service for the day entailed. After which he escorted me to the waiting area. I eventually left to take care of other matters but upon my return my vehicle was complete and promised and washed. He was friendly and courtesy which is something we need during this pandemic. He then went on to ask about my line of work so he could advise me about my vehicle and when he learnt I was a nurse he thanked me for me service during this difficult time and even gave me a 10 percent discount. Now usually when other people learn of my line of work especially during this time they immediately back away from me in fear of contracting something. But Steve didnt and I really appreciated how he treated my that day. He was very professional

Hanna was extremely helpful. The salesman don’t hound you like most places as a matter of fact you will probably have to walk in the building or call to get help. Their offices aren’t located in way to actually see the lot and notice if someone has driven in! Ask for Hanna she is knowledgeable, she will find what you are looking for if it’s not on the lot and walk you through the proceeds. Sweet girl. I love my Nissan, cruise control is a game changer in these cars!!

Stop up selling, the technician tried to get me to have an oil change nearly 1200 miles early. If it was 1980 when oil changes were 19.99 it would be fine, but we are talking about $100. Im sick and tired of having to hear from my wife, about problems with the pickup when all shes there for is to pick it up.

Started out as an oil change...turned into $500 4 hour fix. Dont feel most of that was necessary, but text updates for service almost back you into a corner. Then, lots of new staff who made a mess of my car with the oil and it smelled like burning oil for 3-4 days after the change.

Was a wonderful stress free experience. Char was great and real helpful. I will highly recommend Ryan Nissan to all I know looking for a new vehicle.

Steve from the this location helped me and my significant other out tremendously, we had our transmission go out and were trying to find a way to get it out there since it was covered under warranty but we were getting high bids on getting it towed, and he and his boss helped us get it towed out there! Then while we were waiting on the car coming back they would call us with any information they had available! They are awesome!

Service manager didn’t inform me of needing a tire rotation after toggling through my settings. He just told me to read my owners manual, I did the exact same thing he did and found that my rotation was 700 miles over due. Then after I made a separate appointment for it they just threw my locking bolt in my drink cup instead of where I had it in the truck.

Absolutely love my Nissan Titan but, absolutely hate the service. After driving almost 2 hours to get to the dealership I got to sit and wait 3 more hours to even start the paperwork, after taking another hour for the paper work was done. After all was said and done I bought the Titan got it with under a half tank of gas, and nothing more than that. It never seemed like any one of there staff even wanted to help. They all seemed pre-occupied with other things. I am glad I bought the truck but never again will I even think about going to them for my next vehicle. I wouldnt recommend Ryan Nissan to anyone.

Real quick service. dropped off my truck the night before I called them asking if I can get tires and an oil change on my 98 Chevy Silverado and they got it done that day and after an inspection most of my fluids were low being as old as it is I expected it but they topped it off. Real easy guys to work and kept me updated on my truck about what they found. The price was well below than what I had expected to pay. I would recommend them no matter what year, make or model you have.

Within a few weeks, I was contacted by Chris that the dealership had two trucks with all the options I wanted and I only needed to decide the color. The business manager, Camille worked with Nissan to get me the financing option that I wanted, explained warranty options, and a deal was made. Chris was very thorough with making sure that I understood how to operate all of the vehicle functions. Your service department took in a 370Z with a fluid leak of the brake system. Instead of looking for the fluid leak by putting the car up on a rack to see where the leak is. One of your techs took the car out for a ride. Brought it back and parked it. The car caught fire. The dealer is responsible for the fire. Not the owner of the 370Z.

Well I do not have any photos. Ryan Nissan worked with me do to some credit dings I was likely not the most desirable candidate. I am a combat vet and they recognized my credit dings were do to thing like the VA (Veterans Admin) shut off payments during certain times etc. I made a reasonable offer and I had done my research on the trade in. I live in my travel trailer and enjoy life towing, stopping where and when I wish and simply enjoying life. The 2017 Nissan I purchased exceeded my expectations. I traded in a 2017 Ram 1500 Bighorn loaded [-Leather seats] I had used 1/2 the warranty of a Dodge in 8 months. So I traded in and picked up the Titan/ It has exceeded my Dodge in every manner. I just wish to thank both Chriss (there are 2) for the kind and helpful processes and Upgrades I was offered of which I accepted some. God bless guys.

Ryan Nissan service department is incompetent and unprofessional. They drove my friends NISMO 370Z, which was in their care to have a brake line leak fixed, 2 miles. That leak was near very hot exhaust components which was a fire hazard and my friends Z caught on fire. When he dropped it off the tech that he showed it to said he was lucky it didnt catch on fire on the way over to the dealership so the fire hazard was known yet they drove it 2 miles. Even if there wasnt a fire hazard they drove a car with a known brake fluid leak so there was a potential for the brake system to fail.That was a month ago and Ryan Nissan has refused to fix it and has been very unprofessional to my friend. At one point one of the managers told my friend to take his complaint to the president of Nissan and that he didn’t care if my friend complained to Nissan. One employee said that it was a waste of time taking them to court because they always win. Their unprofessionalism reached its height when an employee of Ryan Nissan or Ryan Family Dealerships harassed my friend over Face Book Messenger. It took a threat of legal action for that person to stop.My friend is in the military and has very little time to enjoy his Z. Because of Ryan Nissans incompetence he has to spend the summer with out his beloved sports car.

Worst experience with a dealership ever. After spending over 6000.00 and 6 months of empty promises of well fix your car and wont stop till we figure it out. Of course each time in and 2 1/2 hr drive each way they had changed every stupid part they could invent and didnt know how to read diagnostics right so car would drive 1 day to the longest of 1 week and randomly die on the highway. We had enough of their wasted promises and incompetent mechanics and had my brother fix it with a part which cost 120.00 after he read the code properly at the Dodge company he works for. Good luck with Nissan corporate office and Ryan Nissan managers because in their words they did everything possible to fix it... Duh except FIX it. Now they have the audacity to send a letter wanting me to sell my car to them because its highly sought after. Wow bold! If you own a Nissan dont expect corporate to stand behind you because Ryan Nissan is independently owned so their hands are tied. Currently speaking with an attorney.
