My fiancé and I were looking to upgrade to something bigger for our family and stay within a budget. Bobby Stokes was our salesman and did an amazing job finding the right size for the right price. We didn’t feel pressured to buy at al and for buying a car the process was pretty quick. We stayed within budget. He was also super accommodating of our newborn baby and even had a place for me to go to breastfeed privately. It was a great experience and we will be purchasing our next vehicle from him. We love our new van and so do the kids!

My husband and I looked at a vehicle when they were closed but could see the outside and inside was in really good condition. We live out of town, so I called the dealer the next day about the inside of it. Everything seemed perfect. I got everything lined up with my bank, purchased the vehicle (over the phone, something a lot of people do trusting sales people) and went the next day to go pick it up. A HUGE issue I never expected from a dealership, I didnt even get inside the vehicle. I simply opened the door and was completely repulsed at the smell. It was previously a smokers vehicle. I was so so upset this wasnt even mentioned. Not only the smell but the cigarette burns around the window seal. Thankfully they let me walk away from the deal. But the fact it wasnt mentioned just turns a person off. And taking 3 days for the money to be wired back when it took my bank a matter of hours to get it to them.....we were pretty disappointed with our experience. There was a few good people that wanted to make things right but when we gave them the chance, there wasnt anything for communication. All in all it was a terrible experience and forever changed my perspective at a dealership. They should have never taken in a vehicle that smelt that horrible. Again there was good people trying to make it right, but I definitely wasnt a priority to them. Just sharing this experience so the next person finding a vehicle makes sure to check that it wasnt smoked it. Again, this shouldnt be an issue at a dealership but it apparently it.

I found the vehicle I wanted on CarGurus for a great deal at Ryan Chevrolet. I am in Washington and had never purchased a car without seeing it, but Stephanie Wright was very helpful and even after paying for Amerifreight to transport the car, I saved a ton and have no regrets.

I live in Washington state, and with the inventory being low, the dealerships were marking up the price of a new Silverado. I looked out of state and even after shipping, I saved a ton. Not only was the price great, but this was by far the easiest new vehicle purchase. Jerrid was very helpful and easy going, and John with the business side was just as great. I would absolutely recommend Ryan Chevrolet, even to those that live out of state.

I towed it to this dealership and about 5 days later they replaced the battery and the alternator. After five starts it failed again because they did not look for the root cause of the problem. So $500 more for another fix!

My experience was harrassing messages, saying they are so stoked i was able to raise money for bail...Also they wanted to teach me a lesson so i was knowlegable in the future, When confronted they said that is how the sales gm conducts bussiness...Mind you i never answering and they continued. This is the last place i would think about giving 50k for a vehicle. Extremely unproffesional. Also relayed and called twice for them to stop contacting me and it continues. Got there about 15 minutes early for my oil change, they checked me in right away. I went to the waiting room found a movie to watch. Next thing I know the associate is there saying my car is ready. From the time I pulled up and drove off maybe about 20 minutes. We will continue to bring both of our vehicles to Ryan Chevrolet. Reliable fast and friendly service.

I WAS a very loyal customer to Ryan Chevrolet coming to them every time I needed a car, service, and oil changes. I would recommend my friends and family to them as well. However, after this last experience I will no longer do future business with them of any kind. The communication was terrible and so was the experience. I came in with knowing I might not trade my car and get a new one so that wasn’t the issue. It was the way I was treated and disregarded. This is so disappointing to me.

Service is good, but the last two times that I requested a specific service person, I got someone else.

I paid 1000 bucks and they did not fix the problem. They cant figure out, it is to complicated.

I had a recall on my vehicle that needs to have new keys made. I called them and they looked up my recall and scheduled me for an appointment and when I showed up they didnt even bother to have the keys on hand to perform the job. Needless to say I live an hour away and had to come back a 2nd time for something that shouldve been done right the first time. Good service but I think they need to work on their organization and preparation.

I was really surprised to see that you no longer vacuum out the front of the car when completing the oil change. This is something I always look forward to and appreciate. I was very disappointed.

I had made my appointment in advance for 11 am. I was on time and was sent to wait until service was completed. At 12:30 I hadn’t received word that my oil change was completed.After inquiring I found that it was still on the rack and the person was at lunch!!!! I needed to get around an appointment. I was given a car from Mike Geitzen, And was told that it would be an additional 45 mins. before it would be completed. Thanks to Mr. Geitzen I made my appointment and returned to find my vehicle finally completed.

Came in a couple days ago to get my oil changed on my vehicle n was not impressed what so ever with the quality of service I received on my visit as not only did they did not vacuum and clean in the interior of the vehicle like they do, they forgot my oil sticker and to top it off I never received a inspection sheet or anything for any services or issues that could be of potential concern, didnt check my filters or anything, was told they would text it and I never received let alone anything about a survey nothing, the only reason Im not giving a one star review is because their ql service advisor did a good job and was professional n had a upbeat attitude

I have had my first three oil changes in a row on my brand new 2020 Silverado truck leak oil on my garage floor after being serviced at Ryan Chevrolet in Minot, ND. The oil filter was loose all three times. I addressed it with them by addressing the service writer, then the assistant service manager and now the head service manager. My wife and I have lost confidence in this service department and will not return our Chevrolets back there for anything. I spoke with the Service department manager this last time and was told it will be addressed. Im not confident it will make a difference and I should have not gone back after the second time. Also a 4 to 5 inch greasy finger mark was smeared across the front bumper on the last service from the tech who serviced my truck. Poor quality and very disrespectful service. I brought it back and the service manager had it washed and there was still grease on my truck when I got it home. Not impressed and very disappointed.

Worst customer service ever. You only get good customer service when buying new. My vehicle is going in for warranty work and they wont give me a loaner. I cant afford to miss work. These issues I am having shouldnt be happening on a new vehicle. They tell me its not their problem, well its not my problem either. It is all under warranty so bill out General Motors and make them supply the rental.

I bought my truck there 2 months ago, November 2020. My truck randomly wouldn’t start one day, when I tried to crank it it just clicked. So I have it taken to Ryan. They said it was my Transmission Control Module (which makes ZERO sense) and they were going to charge me $1,600. I told them not to touch my truck. I then had it taken to Dynamic Auto, Dynamic said it was a fuse that had blown and once he replaced it my truck fired right up and runs perfect now. $100 fixed my truck compared to $1,600 that wouldn’t have even fixed the issue. I highly do NOT recommend Ryan Chevrolet for anything honestly. And if you need your car worked on take it to the honest guys at Dynamic Auto.

Purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Equinox on 01/10/2020. Bought with 50.000 miles and my wife, in a whole year, added about another 5.000 miles. Biggest mistake of my life! Just to add to the great 2020 year. In June of 2020 had to bring it in to have the throttle body and ECM replaced, which was $2700, the throttle body failure was caused by excessive carbon buildup. On May 13th 2021, just a few weeks ago, I brought it in for a Engine Missfire code. Turns out all the oil rings on the pistons are seized to the piston allowing for excessive oil blow by and burning. Funny enough, in December of 2020 Service Bulletin 15285C expired, which specifically covered this issue. There was a class action law suit against GM for the piston ring issue a few years back, and this was their fix, a Service Bulletin, not a recall. All that being said, because this bulletin expired a few months ago, I am held liable for the cost of the repair, which is $4.500. I have never received any notice about this issue by GM or Ryan Chevrolet. The bulletin may have expired but the problem certainly has not! I am one of many thousands across the country dealing with this same exact issue. I do not have $4500 dollars in my back pocket to throw at this. Ryan Chevrolet has done nothing but tell me there is nothing they can do. Sad to see an institution like GM squash their customers in order to make a buck. I dont know what to do...

Bought a car for my daughter and the battery was bad within a month than it started to lose oil she called and left a message and they wouldnt call her back now were being told it needs rings and a new timing chain and they wont help at all!!! Satisfaction is not there number 1 !!!!!

They just don’t seem to know what the problem is. Save some time and go to minot automotive. Got a car from there and had zero problems. I’m being truthful and hope to save people from future problems.

They did find a filter that needed replacing, which I was happy to agree to. I didnt feel pressured to have several other things done this time. Came in for warranty work and was treated very well. Rich was even able to get my pickup in for an oil change, rotation and new cabin air filter. The courtesy driver was great in giving me a lift home so I didnt have to wake my wife up for a ride.

They are great! I dont typically answer the phone and was received detailed texts the whole way through! They even cleared the dirt off the mats and gave it a car wash!! All concerns about my car were met and fixed!

Horrible communication and customer service. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a vehicle as is and I reported these issues shortly after my purchase. The issues were a tire leak, a small crack in the windshield, the grill making noises when driving over bumps & weather stripping missing. These are honestly not even a huge deal and could have been an easy fix for my boyfriend. However, I was under the impression that they cared about their clients because they told me to bring the vehicle in to have it fixed on a weekend. When I brought it in, I was told to reschedule because my salesperson “is here but he is not available”. I rescheduled and they were to fix these issues at my upcoming appointment. When I picked it up after the appointment, only the tire had been fixed. When I asked about the other issues, my salesperson told me I am basically lucky they fixed anything at all because they don’t know when these issues occurred and most places wouldn’t fix these issues at all. I did not ask for a comparison. Do not say you will do something, and then not follow through. I won’t be going back there even if it is for free repairs.

This place has no professional skills or communication skills when it comes to their customers. We had given this place so much business on our vehicles and even bought one. We trusted them until we took my husbands truck in to get fixed. It took them 4 months to put in 30+ hours to work on it and to be charged $8,400 to get it out. Not to mention their bad communication skills because we had to call them to check on our truck. Never again with this place. I do not recommend this place.

This is the second time I’ve brought my Silverado in. First time was for a power steering leak and this time it was for the power steering pump. Both times were brought in and I was helped by Kyle who was super professional and friendly and walked me through just what was wrong. This second time around I asked for a complete summary of all the things that need to be done and I received just that. A list of the things that need to be repaired or replaced along with pricing for each which I’m super appreciative about. Thank you everyone in the service center keep being awesome!

Bought a Chev Spark from Ryan Chev. Looked like a cute car. Looked like minor scratch’s, few small dents. Got it home, car is beat with hail damage ($4500 dentless estimite). Called them they finally said they would pay “$750 and turn it into our insurance” Over half of what was paid for car..

Brought in my Chevy Cobalt for brake pad replacement and inspec because Im too busy to do it myself. Shouldve taken no more than a couple of days but they repeatedly lost track of my vehicle altogether, citing the fact that the person I initially made contact w/when it brought it in called in sick... for several days, but well call/text/email you as soon as [name] takes a look at it. As you can gather, its been over a week; they still dont know when things are going to be done; theyve called me back one time (to put that into perspective, Ive called them 11 times, and theyve given me the same well get back to you story at least 5 times), which ended up going nowhere anyways. Im going to assume they have a lot going on now, but whatever the case may be, my experience here was just shy of being a 1-star review.

Had a great experience buying my pickup with Ryan Chevy, sales was painless, finance made things easy, but I wish my truck would have had more than an eighth of a tank of diesel and quarter tank of def. That was the biggest let down for me. Couldn’t even make it home without getting fuel first.

So went to Ryan Chevrolet to get a free oil change. Appt was at 1:00. It is now 2:30 and Im still here. Now they showed me my AC filter which was quite dirty and they want to change it for $79. So I said ok but this oil change wasnt free was it? Also I had the car in here last year for an oil change and then they discovered that the air filter had a mouse nest and they thought Id better get it changed. So I did but they never showed me the filter, said it smelled too bad and they just threw it. Funny they didnt discover the dirty AC filter at that time wasnt it! I was actually scheduled a week before this appointment but had to reschedule because they were running 2 and a half hours behind. If I would have kept that one, Id have been there til midnight at the rate they were going!

Bought a suburban from them and not even 30 days after buying it. I was told it needed a new engine. I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. They were going to give me half of what I paid for it to buy a different one. I will never go back here again.

Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off! My family had the worst vehicle shopping experience of our lives today at Ryan Chevrolet located off Broadway. Brought in 2 vehicles (‘14 4Runner and 07 Chevy 1500) for trade in, that retailed for $29K and $9K respectively. Was expecting a reasonable offer (was looking for $26K and $6K). Was low balled and was offered $21K for my 4Runner and 3K for my Chevy. I obviously laughed at the offer and asked if they could do better. The salesman left and came back, admitted they low balled me by and still only adjusted their offer to 26K for both. I Laughed, left and went to Cartivia (right down the street), where I was looking at a similar vehicle. Purchased that vehicle that had less miles, for a cheaper price and received $25.5K and $6.5K for both my vehicles.I get car dealerships need to make a return on their investment, but the offer I received today was just ridiculous, and border line insulting. If you have any intelligence.....please don’t allow yourself to settle for dealing with this dealership. I guarantee you will receive a better offer elsewhere!

Bought a vehicle with them a while back and ran into problems with the clutch. Actually one morning I couldn’t get my key out of the ignition because of the clutch so I took it straight to the dealership and not only did Katie get me into a new vehicle but they got me one with a significantly lower apr than what I had. Highly recommend her if anyone is going to go with Ryan Chevrolet. We looked at a number of options and she made sure I got the best one.
