I went to the clearance center and had the worst experience ever, I bought a 2005 chrysler pacifica from them and took it home, the next day I noticed a flat tire so I bought it to the shop and asked them to check all my fluids. I found out that the transmission fluid was over full when they took most of it out the car started slipping. I called the clearance center to return the vehicle as I only had it for three days which was under the five day return policy and under the 500 miles. They took it for a test drive and because the check engine light came on whole I had it they were reluctant to take it back. But their biggest reason for not taking it back was because I smoked in the vehicle omg are you kidding me. So they will not be getting my business any more.

I DO NOT recommend! I talked with Jesse for over 2 weeks, drove from Williston to Minot twice to test drive a vehicle. When I came today we had an appointment for a check up on the one we had test drove. In the meantime we saw another one we wanted to take a look at, he said he would warm up and we could drive it in 20 minutes when we got back. He said see us soon, and when we got back the car was gone! Plus the vehicle we had taken to on a test drive to mechanic needed $2000 in repairs! Very rude, unprofessional and dishonest. We drove 2 hours and were treated that way! It ended up working out though because we found the same car for the same price with 100k less miles somewhere else!!

Purchased a vehicle, had great service, and although we spent extra on additional parts for our vehicle, would not help us with a warranty claim for a faulty engine component less then 5 months after purchase. Be warned that they will drop you and stop caring as soon as you sign on a dotted line.

Cartiva gave us a very good price on our car. Hyundai Besette low balled us, even though they knew the owner who had recently passed away (which was why we were selling the car) and seemed to be sympathetic, although their offer would speak otherwise. The manager was quick, fair, and kind. I believe his name was Josh but cant quite remember. Ive bought 2 vehicles here as well and they were both great vehicles that never had any problems. I highly recommend buying used cars here.

After performing the research online and determining the availability of a car we desired to test drive, we visited Cartiva in Minot. I found it refreshing to have James verify the drivers license and then provide keys for a test drive. After returning from the quick trip and looking over the vehicle in general, there was a desire to answer any questions we have. I purchase desire was presented and a short time and some paperwork later we drove away with the car. One year later we are still driving the car and happy with the purchase. Would recommend to a friend if asked my opinion.

We had an excellent experience buying from Cartiva (two great experiences really). Today we worked with Jessica Nordmark. We asked them to keep an eye out for a specific type of car. Two of the requirements was for it to be a manual with lower mileage. Jessica called us and told us she was sure she had the car for us on Thursday. Today we were able to test drive it. My husband asked about something needing to be checked out. Jessica made sure things were looked over, they checked and fixed the little issue we mentioned, and by 1pm, we had the car in our possession. It was a wonderful and easy purchase. We drove approximately 800 miles to look at a truck. We were under the impression the truck was mechanically sound. One employee did say the check engine light was on, but did not elaborate. Upon arrival the the lot,everyone was able to tell us exactly what was mechanically wrong with the truck and approximate repair cost; which exceeded $8000. Still willing to purchase the truck for the difference less the repair costs,knowing roughly what we would have in it, we were informed they dont wheel and deal(its against their policy) and they would likely just take it to auction and lose a substantial amount of money on it anyway. We are now driving 800 miles home.

Worked with Austin Hayhurst. Had a great experience. Told him I wanted a small pick up truck to haul around supplies and old carpet. Currently doing a remodel to the house. Didn’t need anything big and wasn’t ever going to tow much. So he suggested a 4 cylinder Tacoma or 4 cylinder frontier. Never pressured me into getting a full size truck or upgrading to a v6 because after he talked to me he knew I didn’t need those capabilities.Great place to shop for a vehicle in a low pressure environment.
