Normally purchase from Americas Tire. Started to chat with online rep and he matched online price for my tires and offered discount for alignment. Everything went smoothly, except after waiting a while for car they couldnt get alignment machine to calibrate to my car and said they will have to call me back when they figure it out. They said they would offer the same coupon and discount. We shall see if any of this happens. In the meantime I am driving on some very nice tires with no alignment.

This was my first time coming here and I received great service from their friendly staff and they have very low prices for tires and services. I added an oil change when I was getting new tires cause it was so cost effective. I highly recommend American Tire Depot.

After calling around to several other places this place had the best tire prices.Brought the car in they said it would be a couple hours...guess what...it was only a couple hours...Sergio, Alex & the rest of the guys here are the BEST!!!...We will definitely be back...

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would buy tires there again. But when I arrived for my 3PM tire change of one tire, I was told it would be an hour and a half. If you are going to schedule an appointment for a specific time you should not have to wait an hour and a half to put one tire on a rim. Could do a better job of scheduling. But would buy tires there again. Prices were great!

I bought four tires from American Tire Depot about a year ago. Just recently, a tire started leaking air, so I went back to get the leak fixed. They said they wouldnt fix it and that I should buy four more tires. I checked the tread and there is still a lot of tread the the tires are in good shape.And, then I remembered the last time I have a flat from American Tire Depot and they did the same thing. I had to find another company to fix the tire.So, in short, dont depend on their guarantee. It is just a come on to sell you more tires. That is their business model.I would say as long as you know that going in and choose them, then OK.I appear to be a little slow on the uptake in this regard :-) . However, this appears to be a borderline scam to me.

Quick service, after Myrtle tire replacements, that becomes obvious and appreciated. Tires have been repaired when possible and saved me big time money, and new tires have been great as well as installed right. The spare was put back and trunk stuff treated carefully and I recommend this location in Mission Viejo.

I never write reviews but i have to because of how amazing I was treated. I am a poor nursing student who had two tires with nails in them and needed to end up replacing all 4 tires. I was originally quoted almost $900 from a different company (america’s tires) and this was a scary amount but they cut they offered half this price and even gave me a discount when they heard how stressed I was about money. they were fast, effective, and did not try to sell me on anything else and get my money. their warranty on tires is amazing and they have awesome deals. 10/10 recommend

I just walked to the shop for balance the 4 tires, rep said if I do have appointment they can, if I dont have appointment they can not and its takes 3h. Only this conversation received from them after 20min waiting. You guys need better customer service skills.

Tried to scam me for an alignment that they didnt do. Worst customer service and wont take responsibility over mistakes theyve made.Brought my daughters Lexus LX470 to get all four tires replaced and an alignment done. When I picked up the vehicle I requested for the alignment printout, Sergio could not provide me with one. He insisted that it was done and I can take it back anytime if there was a problem. I then insisted that he provide me with it because I want to see if there are any suspension components that need attention. Sergio went to the alignment rack and spoke to this other guy that works the front desk as well and he gave Sergio a piece of paper. Sergio printed it out and handed it to me. After looking through the printout, I realized that he had given me a printout for a Hyundai with a different VIN. I called Sergio back and requested for the correct one and he had me go back to the shop to pick it up. When I got to the shop, he handed me a printout with the top portion empty and told me that their computer doesnt allow for the top portion to be reflect the VIN and vehicle model when it did with the Hyundai printout that he gave me 40 minutes ago. Also on the printout, it shows having 1.5 degrees on both rear wheels when the LX470 is a solid rear axle!!! I then demanded for my money back and all of a sudden, their attitudes changed. Wouldnt take responsibility and told me that they werent perfect so I should just move on because they are refunding me. What they dont understand is that I was lucky enough to know about cars and I caught this but how many customers are out there being taken advantage of!?

Very professional staff. Ordered the tires I needed and got me back on the road quickly!

1. Their online inventory is not accurate. I ordered tires, their system accepted payment, and they did not even have the tires.2. Their system did not send a payment cancellation3. No one from the store called to tell me the order had been canceled. They sent one sentence email that went to my spam folder, with no apology or attempt to make the situation right.4. I arrived at the time of my appointment. There was no one in the lobby. I had to wait five minutes for someone to greet me.

Price was good but service was not. Sadly they didn’t finish the car the same day promised and once done the alignment and balancing was so bad I had to immediately take it to another shop to correct the thumping and misalignment. I would have paid more to have it done correctly the first time, but as they say you get what you pay for. I know they would have likely corrected the mistake for free, but I didn’t trust them to work on my car anymore.

I brought my car in to install some wheels on my Nissan GTR as the shop is literally 1 min away and They did a good job I guess BUT they ended up stealing my original rims. I left them there as the manager said “you may come back for it whenever you want” as I didn’t have a truck the day of pick up and I went back a week later with a rental and they said the old manager had “disappeared” and rims were missing . Keep in mind oem GTR rims are like $1200 EACH! The new manager said there’s nothing they can do about it and offered me a voucher for an oil change. Beware bringing your car here they are not honest and shady. UPDATE: a month ago they told me to call their district manager and left a number. I called them and no answer . Been calling almost everyday no answer. Obviously they don’t care about us customers.

I called and got an appointment. They were able to take my car when I got to my appointment time. It took about an hour and a half and that’s what I was told to begin with. Unfortunately there’s not really anywhere to wait comfortably because of Covid. But my car was well taken care of and the timing wasn’t too bad. I was pleased

Went to get tire replaced on car and I was told it could take up to 45 minutes. I asked them that I was hoping to leave quickly due to pandemic and if they can do it quicker. I was out in about 20 minutes so appreciate the quick work they did.

Ordered my tire on a Sat (when some other stores weren’t even open) & it arrived early Monday. They put it on, disposed of my old one and put my spare back really nicely in the trunk. Checked alignment for free. Good waiting area with clean restroom & vending machines. Juan up front was kind and very helpful & the men out back were prompt. I will use this place from now on for all my tire needs.

Im so impressed with the service and skill here. I came without calling to patch a tire, and was taken care of right away. It was a $10 flat fee. It only took about 20 minutes, and James at the front came back to show me the nail in my tire! When I told him I was going to get a coffee, he handed me a coupon for the local coffee spot.The guys here are friendly, professional and really care about their customers. James was great and helped me out. Ill be back if I ever have any other car needs. They change oil as well.

Order tires online and had them delivered to MV store. Arranged to have my car there at 8am next day with Juan for the install and alignment to be done. It took roughly 1hr 45min and I was back in the road. Good experience and service. BTW, due to COVID19, you cannot wait inside and there are no chairs outside in case you plan to wait for your car to be serviced. The salon next door did put out a patio table and chairs for me to use and that was very much appreciated.

I was very happy with Juan’s customer service and the price on the tires. I called around 4 different tires shops in the area and Juan quoted me $150 less than the next cheapest price. The other 2 places were at least $200 more!!

Nothing but a bunch of hacks. Ive taken my vehicles to this store and the Laguna store. They couldnt balance my tires correctly or perform a alignment correctly. Its a tire shop and they cant even balance tires right much less do a alignment?? Ive given them multiple chances to make it right. I was always lied to. I would never trust anyone at any of there stores!!!

My experience started with a very pleasant phone call with James, then I met Michael at the shop and he was fantastic as well. Both very friendly and helpful. Also accommodating to my needs as a customer rather than being all about the upsell, which you find in many places. By the end of my visit I felt like I was saying bye to old friends. Great pricing too, almost forgot! Really no need to shop around. They offer a price guarantee if you want to pursue it. My time is money and frankly I just cared about how quick it all was. The pricing was a cherry on the cake!

I had my vehicle towed to this facility to have the tires changed due to a near blowout. The customer service was efficient, professional, and fair pricing. I would highly recommend this facility and will be returning for future vehicle needs.

Came in to get a full set of replacement tires. I was in and out after an hour or so. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately with COVID going on, outside seating is hard to come by so be prepared.

Friendly and informative - I went in to get new tires and I appreciated them going the extra mile when checking out my car for any other wear and tear. Other places tend to talk down to me when explaining my cars maintenance, but the guys here were respectful, honest, and took the time to explain my choices for parts and repairs. I highly recommend them.

Great price. Service manager Juan was very friendly. Only bad experience was that I asked for free alignment check and they put $99.99 for allignment on my estinatethat I didnt notice till later. When he called me to tell me about additional repairs I needed I reiterated that I only wanted the free alignment CHECK and I told him I would call him back to see if I was going to have them do the additional repairs and when I did I reiterated for a THIRD time that I only wanted the free alignment check because I wanted to wait on the alignment until I had the repairs done and he said they were already doing the allignment so I felt cheated out of $100 because I never asked him to perform the alignment but repeatedly told him only to do the free alignment check. I was happy with my tires though and car drives straight.
