Im a Car Buff and have consistently serviced my cars myself over the years. However I have reached a point in life where by my time has become more valuable. Finishline Auto Repair is the one shop I can highly recommend. My recommendation is based on servicing not only my car but also all the cars of a ministry for Single Struggling Parents in which I am a volunteer. I serve as their car service representative and take responsibility for interface with Finishline for each and every car they service for us. Finishline is not only reputable and honest, but also has the qualified mechanics that meet up to my standard. The owner, Chris, is a very amiable person, totally trust worthy, and always responsive to the my many detailed technical questions. Just as a note I am a retired mechanical engineer, had a long career in Aerospace, and own 4 cars 2 of which are show cars.

Spoke w/Chris before I scheduled an appointment. Knowing hes a good, trustworthy and honest gentleman, he asked me which day and time was better for me to ensure my car would be ready and time and date would be easier for me.He remembered me, was personable, and of course knowledgeable! Its been too long since Ive been back due to life then covid, and am so grateful and glad business is still going well during these crazy times. He wore a mask and noted from our phone call my health concerns.I was able to walk to Target from his business, so I was able to get errands done and a little exercise with Chris kind help.Car was ready on time; he called after checking I wasnt waiting in the parking area; he was honest about all he found, and even took my payment outdoors since someone was waiting inside already.Ill be back for future repairs and am blessed to have met many years ago!Blessings Chris and Crew!

I am always able to get an appointment quickly and am updated on repairs as the day goes on. I had my car at Finishline today and was given a loaner so I didn’t have to wait for hours; I was elated.

They were amazing. I wanted to install the new suspension I bought for my car and install larger tires and wheels along with it. I stopped by to get a quote so they checked my parts, and told me I had the right stuff and they gave me a quote. Chris was very nice and professional. When I called them to make my appointment Chris was able to fit me in the next day. There work was relatively quick and done well. Their prices are reasonable and what I would say are the going rates. Once again they did a great job and I will definitely go back for any other work I need done on my car.

Chris and the team have helped us twice with our car. Their maintenance services are fairly priced and they are very easy to speak with. In addition, they answer questions politely and with enthusiasm. There has not been a time where I felt talked down to and it almost feels like a friendship more than a transactional relationship. Finishline did a great job figuring out and finding unseen issues my vehicle. It was a big job that took about a week to fix all issues. Chris updated me by phone, several time through the week, walking me through the repair process. I appreciate that Chris gave me progress updates. My experience with Finishline was excellent.

I cannot speak any more highly of this establishment and its spectacular owner, John. One of the absolute nicest guys I have ever met full-stop. Brought in my Toyota 86 to get new wheels and tires mounted for an autocross event the upcoming weekend. While he was running shorthanded and with not a lot of time on his schedule, he managed to squeeze me in on a VERY tight schedule that Im sure was inconvenient as all hell for him and his team - who were shorthanded on a Friday evening.If that werent enough, John took it a huge step further. During the installation, because of an error on my behalf, the service ran much longer than anticipated, and was looking to be well past business hours. In spite of this, and because John knew that I wanted to have my car track-ready for the weekend, he kept the shop open an extra hour to accommodate me. And not only that, but he himself drove me to another auto supply store in order to exchange the parts that I mistakenly purchased for new ones with the correct fitment.Again, to reiterate: this man stayed open an extra hour - time spent away from his family - and drove me, a complete stranger, to another parts store, all so he could get me taken care of for the weekend.I literally could not have reasonably asked for or expected any better service than John himself was able to provide me. God bless this establishment. Youd be extremely hard-pressed to find a better team than Johns at Finishline.

I recently missed an oil change and dropped by to make an appointment. John dropped what he was doing and told me to bring my car up so he could check my oil levels. Sure enough I was low - he topped off the oil and scheduled an appointment a couple days out. These guys actually care about you and your car. Reliable repairs by honest people.

John and his crew are the most honest auto mechanics I know. They always do good work on my car. Every time I go there it seems like John treats everyone like family in his demeanor.

John is the best. He is super trustworthy, thorough, and personable. I used to live near his shop when I began taking my vehicle to him. My Camry was at 80k miles when I first took my car to him. Now it is at 218k miles and running strong. Now I live an hour and a half from his shop but still take my vehicle to him. I have yet to find someone as honest in the vehicle repair business. I will continue taking my vehicle to Johns shop as long as he is in business and I live in driving range.

Pit Stop. Should be called Pit Stop auto repair. Its fast, easy, professional and competent, like a pit stop crew.Ive been a customer for so long a time that I trust John completely. I never check the price, I just sign the credit card slip, knowing its going to be fair and honest pricing.John is a rare find these days. An honest and responsible auto repairman. He knows a lot about a lot of cars, but what little he doesnt know, hell tell you and check it out, instead of bluffing his way through a question.Most people can tell if theyre being lied to, and John never does that. In fact, hes honest to a fault. He may know the answer, but if any doubt, hell say so and check it out. Thats what builds confidence in my book.

Have had several issues with my Buick Rendezvous. Finishline has responded perfectly each time and has fixed each problem quickly and never overcharged. Great service, reasonable cost. What more could you ask?Once again towed in, this time with a dead starter. They fixed it and did the lube and oil change that were due, replaced a burnt-out stop light bulb, and had the car ready to go before 1:00. Cant ask for better service at a reasonable price.

Decided to try Finishline after reading all the great reviews. I was not disappointed. My older car had not been serviced in over a year and I was worried it needed a lot of work. John advised me that my car was in great condition and only needed an oil change and brake fluid. I was extremely relieved and appreciated the obvious integrity of this business. Ive been going to Finish Line for about 1 year with both of my cars. John is honest, efficient, and the pricing is competitive. Most importantly, John is honest and efficient, which in the long run saves you money. Did mention that John is honest and his team is efficient. Ive only had two mechanics in my lifetime, that were so honest, that I didnt feel like I needed to get 2nd opinions on any major work.How do I know? I had taken my car to another shop which was recommending that I replace the differential on my Toyota Minivan. I took it to John for a 2nd opinion. He didnt think it was the differential, but couldnt rule it out, so he recommended I take the vehicle to a transmission shop for a 3rd opinion. They determined it wasnt the differential, just a bad front bearing, which had just been replaced by the first shop.I took the car back to the first shop with the transmissions shops diagnosis, they confirmed it and replaced the bearing at no charge.John saved me either $3000 for a new differential or many thousands for a new car.Ive been taking my cars to Finishline since then and they have been stellar!

This place is Great! The owner John and shop manager Brian changed the oil on my rear differential in just 30 minutes and to sweeten the deal they found a nail in my rear tire and fixed it for FREE. It is hard to find good honest auto shops, but im glad to see that they still exist. I brought in my girlfriends car the next week and once again they provided amazing service. Ive been going to Finish Line for years and will continue to go there. There service is top quality and the people there are very friendly.

I use Tire Rack for tires and auto parts and have them shipped to FinishLine Auto Repair for installation. Along the way I started having FinishLine do all my oil changes too. FinishLine operates with total integrity and a great work ethic. Nobody likes to have their car repaired, but knowing I have FinishLine ready and able to do the job fast and right the first time takes some of the anxiety out of the equation.

Totally trust Finishline..... its hard to find an auto repair establishment about which I can say that. Several times, to save me money at a cost to them, theyve redirected me to the dealer. That builds trust.

Chris is honest and knowledgeable

Had to take my car here three times to fix a simple overheating problem. The first time they said it was one small issue and fixed it. Then my car overheated on the 405 freeway -- which could have resulted in a major accident. So second time they were pretty unapologetic and said, oh, it was the actually the radiator fan thats the problem, which is much more expensive. So I had them install a new one. Then the radiator fan broke a few weeks later so i took it to another auto shop with really great reviews. They said Finishline must have installed the radiator fan incorrectly. Im far too busy to have to go to a repair shop three times and to put up with so many mistakes that put me in danger and waste my time and money.

Unprofessional service and the owner is not honest. There are better places to choose from.
