I wasn’t expecting to be an Audi owner last night, but I walked in, test drove an Q3, and drove home with it. It was that fast and simple. Jeffrey Shem and his team are the best, they got me a great deal and I am very happy with my purchase. There was even some misunderstanding when I was signing and that wasn’t even a problem, they took care of it like professionals. They also have plenty of cars and have been preparing for this car shortage every other dealer has. I will be back for future cars and highly recommend them to anyone looking.

I have had an awesome experience every time I have gone in to get serviced. I usually go to Denny D. since that is who I deal with the most and he is absolutely great! Denny goes above and beyond customer service! I had a great experience with Monique last night as well. There were three other guys that were extremely helpful, one that helped service my tires, one helped me with a loaner car, and another that was just extremely helpful and ended being a fan of the sane NFL team as me. Honestly, I am extremely picky, I have 6 kids and because of the awesome customer service I received on a consistent basis, I would actually look into buying another Audi!

The agent from the financial dept was also very professional and accommodating. Their system was very convenient. I am an Audi Care customer. I scheduled my appointment for routine maintenance 1 week in advance along with an Audi loaner. When I arrived for my appointment about 10am, there were no Audi loaners available. At 4pm, I called my service advisor for an update. He said that they were very busy, but it would be ready by 6:30pm. When I arrived at 6:30 pm, my vehicle still wasn’t ready. At about 6:45 pm my keys were handed to me with apologies that they did not clean the car because the washers had left.

Down to earth people, honest and amazing customer service. Roy was amazing in explaining things to me. I will be definitely coming back for my husband car service and myself.

I was having issues getting support for my Audi connect service which runs separately from the Audi dealership. I drove to my local Audi dealership hoping to get some help (Mission Viejo) where I met Jeffrey Shem. He was the technical guy I was directed to and he was super knowledgeable, professional and helpful salesperson. He followed up with me the following couple of weeks keeping my updated as he was researching solutions and kept me posted. I was able to have the issues resolved and I was very appreciative. Jeff will be my go to person as friends ask me about my awesome Audi experience and want to acquire a new Audi. This is my second Audi and I love it!

Disappointed that I had a 9:30 am appointment made many days prior and after dropping it off and checking back in at 3:30 pm the car had not been looked at and was told they would not get to it until the morning (hopefully.) As there were no loaners, I had to take the car and not perform the scheduled service and inspection. Have always been happy with the service here before and purchased the car at this dealership two years ago. Hope other customers don’t have to waste a day like I did.

Jorge is THE man. Always takes care of me and keeps me up to date with the status of my service. Very thorough and listens to you when it comes things you have concerns over. Makes sure the techs address everything on your list. Highly recommended.

Don’t waste your money or time buying what some describe as a luxury vehicle, from Audi. The second you you sign your name on the dotted line and drive away in a brand new $100K+ vehicle, your kicked to the curb. 30,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty that comes with the vehicle? Apparently they don’t have bumpers so kiss that goodbye. Ohh extended warranty that you purchased for another $15K? That only covers the air you breathe through the windows. Every dealership is independently owned and can only be serviced at that dealership or your entire vehicle is no longer covered even if you have all your services done at other Audi dealerships. All Tires have chunks coming off the sidewalls at 3000 miles. Normal wear and tear. Replace the tires at 20,000 miles (at a dealership of course) for $3500 and the chunks continue to come off. Go to the tire manufacturer because it’s not Audis problem. If you are interested in a cup of Folgers coffee while you wait 7 days for tires to be replaced, then you will be pleased. Customer service only exists while your writing a check. Trust me,, DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED CASH at that dump of a corporation. I’m forced to give them one star or it won’t let me post. Believe me, they don’t deserve even that.

We recently bought a 2011 Audi A4 sport in cash for my son who he will going to college. We had several options but we decided to buy it in Audi mission viejo. Unfortunately four weeks later the check engine light came on, we connect the ODB2 scanner and it came out that the mis fire was detected on all four spark plugs. We found out that the oil is passing from the valve cover gasket. Very good customer service but I think the mechanics should check the cars better especially if they are used. Now I have to repair it with the money that I don’t have especially since my son is about to start school.

I had a great experience with Audi Mission Viejo. I had originally went by with my wife to check out a vehicle we saw online. Chris So was kind enough help us out. He mentioned that he sold the car we had went originally to look at the night before but he sat down with us and was able to show us more options. After looking around we were able to find one. We went for a test drive and fell in love with it instantly. Chris was very helpful and knew his stuff! He answered all our questions we had regarding the car. We finally went inside and talked numbers and were able to agree on something we were happy with. Through out the whole time being there everyone was kind and helpful. Would recommend them 100%! When I dropped off my car for service, all of the service guys were hanging around doing nothing and Monique, my assigned rep was buried in work. That’s just not right. I didn’t get a a call back for 3 days. No preliminary report at all. I finally got a call on the 3rd day notifying me that my car was ready. I left phone messages for a call back, no call back. So I went in to pick up my car not knowing what to expect. Not good.I was a Fletcher Jones customer for 15 years, 100% excellent service. Audi MV has a long ways to go to match FJ service excellence.My loner car wasn’t even an Audi

My car buying experience here could not have been better. I had called about a pre owned vehicle to which they followed up and Uttam, the manager, offered me a lift to the dealership because my current ride was not driveable. I live in north Huntington Beach so it was quite a distance. Oveis picked me up and once at the dealership showed me everything about the car and spent a lot of time answering questions and demonstrating all the functions. The car is super clean and I could not distinguish it from a brand new car. I decided to purchase it and that process was very easy. I feel like a got a great deal and they were very professional and not pushy at all. The car was washed and filled with gas and they presented the key fobs to me in a beautiful gift box. They do not miss any detail!

There was an issue with my car when I took delivery. I brought my car into the dealership a few days later, the part was ordered and next day I got my car back. Really easy process. Roy was communicative and the process was smooth.
