Paid almost $900 for recommended repairs when my engine light came on. I was told that I had an spark plug misfire at 70,000 miles on my 2016 Cadillac XTS. I was, also, told I needed new brake pads and rotors, even though I had my brakes and rotors serviced by them at 48,000 miles. My brakes hadnt been making any noises? Two days after the service my my brakes started speaking and engine light came on. I am not a satisfied customer at the moment!

My family is getting bigger and I knew we would need another vehicle to accommodate our new edition. From the first phone call to the last hand shake, the staff at Joe Bullard treated me like family. They went above and beyond to find me the vehicle that would fit my needs at a price I could afford. The vehicle was given to me with a fresh oil change and a full tank of gas. I will not shop anywhere else for an automobile in the future. Moose, Roosevelt and Kenny are the best in the business. My wife loves her new ride.
The salesman, Larry, was good. The used car sales manager, however, was arrogant, argumentative, and condescending. After driving 2 hours to their dealership, we test drove the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. There were issues discovered that were not apparent beforehand and not included on the car fax. For instance, there were marks on the front and back bumpers which apparently came from the vehicle coming into contact with another object. We attempted to negotiate based on those issues, but they were not willing to do so. We were, then, informed that both bumpers had been “sprayed”....as in PAINTED...in order to bring it up to par to be presented/sold as certified pre-owned. After further discussion, the used car sales manager ended the conversation by saying “have a nice day” and walking away. Very dismissive. Buyer beware. Do not fall into the CPO trap and be sure you check for paint inconsistencies since this is, apparently, the way they do business. They are also priced higher than most other dealerships for comparable vehicles AND the blue book. They claim to not consider the blue book when pricing their vehicles, but it seems as though they do, and are actually charging for the “included” warranty. They also offered a lower price, however, without the warranty.
If you are not careful, you could be leaving here with a new car. I did and love it.

We had not purchased a car in almost 10yrs because our last experience was so exhausting and we dreaded setting foot inside a dealership again. He made it so easy. We love our SUV and are extremely happy with our purchase!

Had my car towed to this dealership after I experienced a problem. Understanding that this occurred just before Christmas it took a little time to get the parts and they were closed for 3 days. However there was little communication to keep me posted on what the status of my car was or when I could expect it to be finished. It took a total of 2 weeks. I have tried repeatedly to give this dealership my business but usually leave feeling disappointed in the level of service I receive. Cadillac is supposed to be a premium car and I expect the level of service to be on par with that status. However this establishment consistently fails to provide service that is anywhere near what most luxury car dealerships provide. Their attitude is lackluster and they provide few appreciative amenities when youre spending a great deal of money. They really need to step up their game.

Nice Acura showroom and Laney was very friendly and a pleasure to check out from service center with. Service guy was annoying, making a sarcastic remark about the car breaking down from not getting a new engine air filter and dust/pollen filter?! Overall, I have a huge resentment towards this dealership. A close relative bought a newer car from them. They had started the paperwork on a certain one, to be bought and taken home later that afternoon. In just a mere couple hours, Joe Bullard sold it out from under them, forcing my relative to choose something else. My relative had to choose between only 1 or two other options, and could not come back at a later date bc their other car had already been sold due to them buying this new one.
I have had my Infiniti Q60 for a year now and just recently had to have my antenna replaced. I called a couple weeks beforehand to make my appointment and arrange for a courtesy car - I even called the parts department to ensure they had an extra antenna and the rep advised she tagged the part and had it in stock. I was advised that the work on the car itself would only take one full day.When I arrived to drop my car off, no one knew why I was there and also didn’t know if they had a courtesy car. Luckily, they found one; however, the following day, I get a call from Krissy re-confirming everything I called for previously. I understand that this may have been to just ensure they had everything accurate in their system; but maybe do that a couple days before the appointment, as opposed to the day you’re supposed to be working on my car.From there, the timeline of “one day” turned into a big “I don’t know” from Krissy. I divulged everything told to me prior and Krissy laughed it off and said that it will take longer than a day. I advised that my antenna is what’s needing to be addressed and she said they’ll have to order a part for it. I made her aware that I spoke to someone in parts and they had it tagged; however, she continued on that they probably misspoke and that they need to have their tech look at the car. For the entirety of the call, she was very combative.Long story short, my car was there for a week and they ended up replacing the antenna, with a part that they had in stock- exactly the reason I brought it in. I also had to initiate the correspondence for any updates on my car’s status. Additionally, there was dirt all over my car from the techs in my vehicle while working on it. I think the thing that frustrates me is that they claim to be a family brand, that takes care of their customer; however, that legacy is only as good as the management enforcing it. Krissy has a terrible attitude and clearly the techs need a class on how to service a luxury car - for instance, some shoe covers would be nice.

My oil change was done in less than two hours. They wash and detail the inside of my car with no extra charge. Checkout is convenient. They treat me like a queen!
Was in today with every intention of trading my car. Mike the salesman was great having a great experience until one of the owners Keith entered the picture. He pulled up the wrong package on my car then when I told him he was more interested in being right than making a deal. When I was trying to leave he followed me to the parking lot still trying to make his point. Keith my advice to you is stay in the back office it would be better for your business.

We purchased a beautiful like new CRV from Joe Bullard and drove 3 hours from Baton Rouge to Mobile to get the car! We had plenty of dealerships to choose from, but so glad we chose them. I know I spoke on the phone with them at least 10 times about the car I saw on the internet and they were happy to answer all of my questions. I was able to speak to the business manager over the phone, and even the general manager. We purchased during Covoid 19 and they were very careful in how they came in contact with us. We did not have to go into the dealership for paperwork and they had it all ready and waiting when we got there. We did all of our paperwork outside in a large and open garage. So thankful for our beautiful new car and Joe Bullard! Very honest and friendly dealership ! We will be back when we need another car. Thank you

Well it started out kinda rough, we traded my wife’s vehicle in and the vehicle we got ended up having major issues, which I’m sure the dealership was unaware of, it stayed in the shop for almost the whole month we had it, we went in to discuss what could be done about it, Jason (GM) spoke with us and decide the best route was Joe Bullard would bye the vehicle back and pay it off, also gave us a $ 2,000 credit back from our down payment, we ended up purchasing another vehicle which was 6 years newer and a much nicer vehicle, special thanks to AJ (Sales) Mr Roosevelt (Finance) And Jason (GM) I will be doing business here again mainly due to the way they handled the matter and the way they treated us like royalty....Blessing Pastor Bryan...

I have dealt with Joe Bullard, the service department and sales for over ten years. I have never known of a dealership so dedicated to getting it right for the customer. I have bought two vehicles from them and found their sales person, David Baker, to be outstanding in knowledge and dedication. When high millage saw increased mechanical issues, the service department through its manager, Tito was always willing and available to provide assistance, even when working with other dealerships. It is an outstanding dealership, in my opinion.

I have purchased several new vehicles from dealerships across the Gulf Coast and have never had an experience like the one with Joe Bullards Team. My car buying experience started with Michaelle Lucas at the Land Rover dealership. After she and her manager, Brad, realized they could not meet my needs, Michaelle walked me over to the Cadillac dealership where I was introduced to Mustafa Moose Elastal. After he heard my needs, he and the Cadillac Team had me out the door in a new Cadillac SUV within 3 hours. All this, while I had my 3 year old son with me, who the team treated like royalty. We will forever use Joe Bullard dealerships with all future car purchases. This Team gets my highest recommendation.
There was absolutely no waiting time between my arrival and my car being serviced. The back-up camera was replaced (still under warranty) and works better than when it was new. The quality of the picture is as vivid as HDTV.

Bad experience. My wife and I purchased an SUV from Joe Bullard INFINITI of Mobile, Al. The salesman good in the beginning, telling us how the dealership was a close family oriented dealer. He also told us that the vehicle had no warranty, but if we saw something within reasonable time that they would fix it. So, we leave the lot and suddenly there is a rattling, the dashboard is cracked in two spots. We head straight back to the dealership. The salesman then says well that is normal for this type of vehicle and they can’t do anything, we literally just left the lot 5 minutes ago and the dash was not like that when we tested it 2 days ago.

I purchased a 2004 GMC Yukon from them in 2009, drove till 2018 without any issues. Ended up needing a new water pump and they fixed it over the weekend and fit into their busy schedule. They were very pleasant to deal with and highly suggest purchasing a car from them and using them for your service. Very honest and seemed trustworthy. Hard to find in a dealer these days!

I cannot say enough good things about Joe Bullard. When I go in, they treat me with amazing customer service. I had an issue with my transmission on my SRX, they took my car in the same day and gave me a brand new loaner car. I didnt know customer service like this existed.
Here, they treat you like you just bought a brand new Cadillac. As well, they are definitely quicker than other dealerships Ive dealt with they dont waste your time.
Watch out when dealing with these people. Bought a brand new Land Rover from them, and was promised free maintenance work by the salesman. Called to make an appointment and they even offer to picked the car up and bring to the service center, which they did. Then I get call from the service department telling me its going to cost over $400 to change the oil and replace the air filter and they have have no record of service commitment.
Very Friendly staff and excellent Customer service oriented.Their service technicians do a good job at what they do. They are like most other service techs, troubleshooting isnt their forte. The technicians read the trouble code ave then start throwing parts at the issue until the problem is resolved. This isnt an issue for most problems, but some issues could end up costing far more than out should with many parts being replaced without need.Overall, they have my business for most of my automotive needs.

I feel like they were trying to rip me off. Car wouldnt start for days I got towed in and they tell me its the timing chain and it will be 2500 which I refuse to pay for that car. They did something to make it crank and I drove it home and have been driving it since. I have spoken to several shops and they all tell me if the timing chain is loose or whatever is wrong with it then it wouldnt not crank for days then all of a sudden start back cranking up every time. That couldnt have been why my car wasnt cranking. Also, I got a computer installed last year and they forgot to program the traction control and told me to bring it back on a sat so they could fix. I never had the Tim as I am a truck driver and while Im there I show card saying it would be fixed for free and they tell me it cant be programmed until the timing chain is fixed which Im told is a load of bull and they could have done it as one has nothing to do with the other. Highly upset will be speaking with management about this!!! I had no signs of a timing chain going out as they all told me I would have some kind of warning sign like rattling or at least a check engine light which I had none car drove perfect. Now when I drive it since I left your shop Ive noticed sometimes Im smelling like something is burning which car was not doing prior to.

Took my key fob off my lanyard, didnt put it back. Service rep said I must have misplaced. My grandson found it with their ID tag down between the console and the seat. Follow up calls to service rep ignored. General voicemail never responded either when I had some questions regarding the service. Nice
I would give this dealer an even lower score if possible. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer and in less than 3months the car cease to run. The dealer would not stand behind the product nor would they offer a fair trade. I ended up trading their broken vehicle to Mullinax Ford whom I might add, did everything within their power to make this a better situation for me. Do Not do business with this dealer.
I bought a 2017 Volvo suv. I have been looking for the right one for 6 months. My friend told me to look outside of Pensacola and I immediately found my ride! Ben Payne was my salesman. Took my car in to service for a sunroof drain leak. Giving this place a 2 star because they did half a job and damage my interior in the process not once but twice. Don’t take your car here if you have a leak or water on your floorboards. The staff is friendly and Yes they fix the leak and dried the top of my carpet but tech failed to lift up the carpet and dry out the floorboards which cause it to continue to soak into the carpet. I had to bring my car to another place to have them remove and replace padding and blow dry underneath the floorboards so it wouldn’t continue to soak into my carpet.
