I bought a Honda Pilot here in July.I’ve taken it in twice this week to the service department and was not impressed. The gal at the service desk was looking at her personal cellphone while waiting to talk to my insurance company, when I’m standing right in front of her.They didn’t wash my car either time. When I inquired about that, she told me I had to request a wash.I had this car into a dealership in Chicago before I moved down here full time, for a recall item and a nail in a tire. They washed it both times and I didn’t even buy it from them, or have to request it.So much for customer service at Autonation. Once you leave the lot in your new car, they couldn’t care less about you.
