UPDATE: I received a call from the service manager who pulled their record from my visit. He was very dismayed at their misdiagnosis and resolved to review it with the technician, who apparently was no rookie. I understand how an oil leak high on the engine can look like it came from somewhere else. I am still concerned about the misdiagnosis but I do not think it was malicious, and I really dont think it was incompetence based on my conversation with the SM. I believe it was an honest mistake that, if I had left the car with them to repair, would have been corrected before they charged me for a repair that was not necessary. I also believe Springhill Toyota needs to expand their service area and hire/train more technicians. I believe their good reputation has led them to be at near 100% capacity. I have updated my rating to 5 stars based on this call and the service experience I have had with my truck to date.Springhill was highly recommended to me by friends but I have had mixed experiences. For basic maintenance of my new Tundra, they seem to have done great so far. But had them diagnose and quote a repair for an oil leak on my daughters 2007 Camry. They told me that there was a leak from the timing chain cover and it would have to be fixed (cost: >$900), then an oil consumption test would have to be done.I had never heard of a leaky timing chain cover so I got a second opinion at a trusted locally owned shop.

The sales staff were very accommodating, and did not pressure my wife and I into a sale. We told them exactly what we wanted, and even though they did not have any in stock on their lot, they reached out to a dealership that did and had the vehicle transferred over. Reggie Small was super nice, and even took the time to show my wife and I all the bells and whistles on our new RAV4, and how they work. James with the finance staff was extremely polite and thoroughly explained every step to us. If youre in the market for a new car, definitely go to Springhill Toyota.

I made contact with Springhill about buying a Tacoma. While we couldnt come to an agreement on both my vehicles I wanted to trade in, it wasnt from lack of trying on their part. Reggie Small worked hard at swinging a deal. We just couldnt reach an agreement. They even came to my residence to do an appraisal of my vehicles (something no other dealership was willing to do, even Palmers being only a mile from my residence). This isnt your typical review since I didnt purchase anything. But, I feel praise is warranted where it is warranted. UPDATE: 6-26-2020 - Many thanks to GM Ricardy and super salesman Reggie Small for going above and beyond what most car dealerships do to make a deal with a customer. Mr. Ricardy worked diligently (and with great patience) to secure both a deal and Tacoma. Mr. Reggie Small is probably the most trustworthy salesman Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. If you want a Toyota, you cant beat Springhill Toyota. Make sure to ask for Mr. Reggie Small. Just a tremendous man!

Went it today for an oil change, tire rotation, recall, etc and I would say that I am neither satisfied or dissatisfied. Had a issue reaching the service dept with questions & did not receive updates on vehicle as needed but I will say Mr. Daniel Staal is one of the most understandable and fair service advisors that I have ever dealt with at any dealership. He made sure that I left with a car that was ready for the road & it’s much appreciated!

My car was done with oil change and tire rotation before I made myself comfortable in the chair ON A SATURDAY. Most efficient toyota dealership I’ve been to so far.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Made an appt for 8:15am & over 3 1/2 hours later finally get the word on what’s wrong & that it’s a defective part that’s still under warranty from Toyota. I think ..... thank God & I set up to come back when they get the part. And then to my dismay, I get a phone call on my way home from Jeff Collins stating that they put the Vin # in wrong therefore Toyota will not cover the cost of the part & that it’ll be $4300 to fix! I’ve only had the car for 2 years; I’ve never received a notification about a recalled or bad part so now I’m stuck!! Very very disappointed & frustrated with their way of conducting business & giving false information!!! Starting to rethink my trust in Toyota too! 🤬

Bought two cars from here the past year. Sales and financing are top notch here, no complaints.Booked an appointment to have my first oil change and auto butler application. Waited 5 hours and all they did was the oil change and told me Id have to come back later for the auto butler because they didnt feel like doing it that late in the afternoon. Of course I was upset, 5 hour wait for just an oil change. Instead of apologizing for the wait, service guy questioned if I actually waited 5 hours. Does it matter dude? 5 hours for just an oil change is ridiculous.

Car advertising for one price fill out all the paper work online to get car, make an appointment to come test drive the car. Drive the car like the car just need to finish filling out paper work when giving me the break down of car tell it’s 13,000 more then advertised. Show them the Confirmation email they sent me with the brake down and price and they said it was a glitch and would not sell it for that price and laughed about it. Would not trust them false advertising.

Got my camry from a Mr. Greg McGlasker and he was super friendly throughout the entire process. This was my first new vehicle, most of my other cars were used 2nd or even 3rd hand cars and I needed something new. Anyway, if you need a vehicle hell definitely accommodate you just be upfront with him and hell take care of you. Ill be back for my 4 runner real soon.

This dealer might be okay to buy a vehicle from, but their service department is horrible. Dont even try to schedule an appointment from the dealer website. They dont read or use your appointment request for anything. See below confirmation where I requested autobutler. First they wanted the card saying it was due. Love the hot coffee and sometimes donuts while waiting for my service in the lobby. Only complaint I would have is the long wait even doing a simple task like an oil change. Usually takes about 2 hours.

I’ve got to tell you this dealership was awesome.I am from Louisiana and knew what I wanted Springhill had a 2021 sequoia in the colors I wanted. On talking to Tina on the phone she gave me a price that was hard not to pass up. I gave her a deposit over the phone but could not get to mobile with Hurricane zeta approaching our area so it was not until a week later before I could pick it up. When getting there the dealership spent hours showing me some of the new features. I would recommend that if you are instrested in a Toyota or Lexus that you check out this dealership.

Bought a Buick Enclave for my wife. was told the shop had done a thorough inspection and the car had no problems and was in great shape, so we did not get the warranty. Two days of having the car and we had transmission problems. They refused to deal with it bc we had no warranty. We took the car to a transmission shop they quickly pulled up a 2 year list of tranmission error codes. Springhill toyota kept this from us and LIED to us about this car. We had to have the tranmission replaced out of our pocket immediatlet after our purchase. Springhilp Toyota was not honest about the condition of this vehicle i was even told that there were not any error codes before buying.

Ordered some parts to repair my scion from these guys. they shipped it to me damaged (they threw all the panels and parts into one large box with not protections between the parts). took pictures and sent it in asking for replacement and was told its wasnt damaged when ship so theyll take no responsibility for the damaged parts. needless to say I will never order from these people again.

Ive never had a bad experience here but... I had a family emergency and had to go out of town unexpectedly. Our car needed service before the long trip. It was short notice. Lexus didnt even offer to try to get us in. Toyota said they wouldnt even work on our Lexus, period. We ended up driving 400 miles to another Lexus dealer...
