These guys are absolutely awesome!!!!! They are SO incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I went for an oil change on my lunch break and it was SUPER fast! They even re-filled my windshield wiper fluid, changed my wiper blades, and put air in my tires. I will definitely use them for all my future car needs!

Went there to have the oil changed on 2/6/21. Not only was it quick they were precise. they asked about the oil type I use, showed me my air filter (I knew it needed changing). I know what filters cost and they dont overcharge. I saw they sprayed the battery terminals. The whole time letting me know what they were doing. Yes, it cost more than some places but you get great service. They did not try to upsell me. My daughter uses the same and not only did they give her the same service, they told her she needed two tires replaced (they did not try to sell her new ones).In this time of Covid, I didnt need to get out of the car, they didnt need to get in.They wore masks and I had very little contact with them (filling in sheet, handing them credit card).They operate like a well-oiled machine (pun intended :)) Ill use them again. Thank you guys.

I came here for an oil change after attempting to get one at the Schillinger location near Walmart. The mechanic there was rude as it was 10 in the morning and he said he could not complete my oil change because it takes much time and he was shortstaffed, but said I could leave it and he would get to it. I left and came to this location at Grelot and Hillcrest! I was greeted immediately by Tom. He was very attentive and helpful. Not only did he and Brandon complete my service in about 15 minutes, he also recommended additional services that they offered and cleaned my dirty windshield! They provided absolute A1 and professional service. This will be my new go to location...plus there’s a Starbucks right next door! Thanks Tom & Brandon!

Very professional and courteous. I live being able to pull in and have my oil changed without having to get out of my vehicle. I also enjoy the fact that I dont have to wait 45 minutes to an hour to have it done. In and out in about 10 minutes!

Amazing service!! Weve been twice and the workers are friendly and never try to sell us on things like other places. Oil changes are fast, they clean your windshield, check your tire pressure and add air if needed, full washer fluid, spray any doors with hinges, and check all lights and the horn. Definitely will be a returning and long term customer!!

I have been getting my oil changed regularly at various Express Oil locations for several years. Yesterday, I stopped at the Grelot location and was greeted by Aaron who I have had pleasant dealings with previously at the Schillinger location. What a wonderful technician/employee!!!! I thought I was past due for an oil change and he told me since I get the high mileage service, I didnt need it for 1000 more miles! No one else at any location has ever told me this!! He checked and topped off my fluids. He is honest, thorough and always greets you with a smile. Made my day.

Brand new to the area and my car started having issues. Everyone here was great and it was really cheap for the amazing service. James is amazing and helps me out every time theres an issue. If he doesnt know the answer off the top of his head he goes above and beyond and finds someone who does know.

Actually a really good experience. Im always mistrusting of auto shops but these guys are pretty good. My wife went in to get some work done and they quoted us a price that was fair but a bit out of our budget. They were willing to lower the price just slightly and seemed to have done a great job. She said they were very kind and helpful.

This place is the BEST. We have had two honest, pleasant experiences! First was In June when we took the van in for an oil change. They told us it was not really needed, even though the oil change light was on. They checked all the fluids and sent us on our way.... no charge! Then this past Tuesday as they were closing, I pulled up in our daughters car as the tire pressure light was on again. They kindly opened back up, filled her tires, and let me know which one had a nail in it. We will be going back!!!

Im 80 years old and often feel like other business will take advantage of me and try to push services on me that I dont need. NOT these guys!! They are awesome! The are really kind and sweet to me and get the job done! Excellent customer service!

Terrible! If I could give negative stars, I would!I have been using this location for all my oil changes for years with no problem until today. Friday I went in to have my oil checked, and the technician let air out of my tires stating that they were over inflated. This location was the one who aired them up in the first place! I ended up with a flat tire a hour and a half later, then again over the weekend. I have no punctures in my tire. The location refuses to fix the problem they caused. They gave me a fake phone number for the district manager. I will update this review if this is resolved.EDIT: My tire was eventually replaced, but only because I bought the tires from another location of the same company, and only because I bought road hazard on them. The manager was completely unfriendly during the entire process and had a sour face when I left. I thanked him and wished him a happy holiday and he didnt even reply. I will not use this location for my oil changes anymore, even though this is the most convenient. And once my tires are out of warranty, Ill just switch companies altogether after this experience!

I recently had a coolant and transmission flush done at this location and couldn’t be more pleased! As I waited I watched through the window with a critical eye at first, but was really blow away as I watched the manager working side by side with his crew! After that I had complete peace and confidence in bringing my car to this location! Since leaving my car is running great! Highly recommend bringing your car here!!!

I wish I could give a no star honestly. Being a mechanic myself ut kills me how they always trying to up sale u on things that can be fixed with jus a few bucks. I got a small leak on my high side ac line and there guys here tried to upsale me on a whole entire system telling me my compressor that was jus put on yesterday was bad. Get in my car and its blowing cold jus needed to add Freon from where they let it leak ok some saying it wouldnt hold a charge right after saying the guts were bad. Its a crying shame cause mostly woman are definitely victims of this issue.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were open on Fat Tuesday aka Mardi Gras day. I pulled up around 3:30 and was quickly greeted by Craig. He had me pull right on in. He checked my oil and asked who had done my last oil change. I told him a coworker had put some oil in there for me bc I was basically empty. He then tells me that I had way too much oil in there. Whoopsie!!!! I asked him if I was ok to get conventional oil this time bc I would typically get synthetic. That was because every other oil changing place insisted that my car had to have synthetic. Which makes me very angry because my car does not require it. Craig tells me that is no problem at all. He was so very kind to me. I asked him if he happened to have a bandaid and he got me one right away. He also tells me that I can come by at anytime between oil changes and get so much oil added for free if Im low. I was never told this at the other store I typically go to. This was also my first time at this location. He mentioned some other things I could come by and have done for free as well, but I cant recall what they were. My door is damaged from being hit and it squeaks when I open it. The first thing he did was spray some wd40 on my doors. He didnt have to do that but did it anyway. I never even mentioned it. They go above and beyond and these guys are super fast.They truly care about you and your car. Craig needs a raise!! I will be coming to this location from now on. Thats for sure. I also wanted to add that Tuesdays are ladies day and you get $5 off. I was in and out in less than 20 mins. Best oil changing experience yet.

Best oil change experience Ive ever had! They didnt try to sell me a single thing I didnt need, which is an awesome change from what most oil changes are like. They explained everything to me and were very kind and professional. I usually put off getting my oil changed because of how uncomfortable and frustrating the experience is (being a female and it being assumed that I have no idea how cars work and can be talked into anything) but it wont be like that in the future with these guys around.

Do not use this place for repairs! I took my car here, and they worked on it without updating me for over a week-I had to keep calling in only to get put off by the mechanic until I finally found out theyd installed a $400 part without getting my permission. Theyre OK for oil changes, but leave it at that.
