I went in to get my tire on my car checked and get it fixed. They were wonderful they ask me if that was my first time in there and I answered I came in once with my sister. But any way they got my information and then I went to the waiting room to wait till it was fixed. Then after a few minutes the man came in the waiting room where I was waitin, then told me I was ready to go. But I went to the counter to pay for the work that they did to fix my tire and the lady said I did not own them any thing. Lord what a blessing. But thank you much I really did need a break. But I promise this if at any time I need tires or work on my tires this place will be the only place I will take my car to. Again Thank you so very much.

Helped my neighbor to get tires,got auto back with all different tire pressure one had 60 lbs in it and no valve caps. one tire sensor wasnt working according to the computer. Took it back to them, they changed 2 tire sensors for $175. Now the spare is leaking down. Nothing but problems and not cheap $1180

Im glad I bought tires here. They did the install and alignment at a fair price and did it quickly. Recently after 60k miles on the tires I had one go out of balance and went back in, they ended up balancing all 4 for free. Not only that, it was a no appointment walk in and I was out maybe 30 minutes after I walked in. I dont think that would have happened anywhere else around here.I will be buying my next set here again.

Service is great here, they explain everything in detail. They give you different price ranges for what is recommended and what actually needs to be done.

Today has been an awful day. I lost my job due to this pandemic And I got a nail in my tire. When I came in I asked how much it was going to be 25.00. That is a great price but I knew how much I had in my pocket. When I was finished they told me to have a great day and blessed me with a patch. This business is full of kind hearted people. We had what we thought was roofing nail in our tire, so we pulled in here. The lady went out and within five minutes, she was back, offending self tapping screw with a worn down head in hand! It hadnt even penetrated the tread, so we were charged nothing! Very friendly and efficient! Well definitely be back!

They were very busy. We stop there to get a tire fix. The man in there said he couldnt sell us just one tire, it had to be 4 tires. We were only there for 5 minutes and left after we couldnt get what we wanted.

I have been a repeat customer here for several years, but will not be returning. The quality of the customer service and overall communication has deteriorated so badly that I am just going to take my business elsewhere. There is absolutely no “consultation” from anyone here. If they can’t do exactly what you ask, the answer is “no” with no effort on better diagnosing the problem or offering alternative solutions. There is way too much emphasis on what they can’t do and not enough discussion on what they can do. Don’t particularly like dealing with chains, but not really an option any longer. Can only do one oil change at a time??? . Why should I buy tires here if I have to wait hours to get them rotated when I get an oil change. Can’t handle basic items such as replacing a headlight or other general questions. I’m done. Customer lost.

Fausak has always done front end alignments on all my vehicles. Sept 18 I took my 4wd truck in for alignment and felt like it was a good job well done. On Sept 30 the nut on the outer tie rod comes off causing loss of control planting the truck into a ditch (low speed crash). After some road side repairs new tie rods the vehicle is road safe and drove back to Fausak for realignment. The ladys in the front office were concerned about myself and my son who was with me at the time of the crash then about the truck that made me feel good about the company at first. Then the service manager Joe tells me the truck needs another alignment and I need to pay for it again, he further states they dont check tie rods they shake them and are in business to sale parts. Well i had to replace parts on my truck because of incompetent alignment the first time. Okay I asked what about the warranty its been less than thirty days. Joe states warranties only covers labor. Thats all Im asking for is labor to realign toe in toe out. Again Joe wants another alignment fee. Needless to say Fausak will never get another penny from me even if I tow a vehicle passed there shop to get to another one. Fausak also lost the sale of five very expensive off road tires.

We were driving back home from a road trip when we had some brakes and bearings issues just outside Mobile. The Toyota dealership didn’t have the correct lug key for my wheels and recommended Fausak. I called and spoke with Terry who was very helpful. He told me to come in that he thinks they have the correct lug socket, which they did. (Toyota lost the one I had in a previous service) I told him that we were from out of town that we were returning home and he worked very hard calling all around to get the parts delivered and we only had a 1 night stay! They had my Tundra ready to go the next day even though I didn’t get there until closing that previous day. We had a bit more trouble just before getting home and I called and spoke with Chuck the manager, told him the situation and he took care of all issues completely. These guys are the real deal!!! Mobile is lucky to have Fausak for sure... keep up the honest work! Next road trip I’m stopping in to bring them some real Texas bbq

The guys at Fausak do a fantastic job. They are quick and efficient, and go the extra mile to make sure you are well taken care of. I bought a set of tires from them last year and go in routinely for R&B’s, they check the condition and are always looking out for my best interest and all customers. I was on an extended visit to the area, and picked up a nail in one of my tires. A trusted local friend sent me to this store to check it out. The nail was at the edge of the tread close to the sidewall, and could not be repaired. I was not surprised at this. So, I inquired about a quote to replace the tires, since they were still good, but well worn. Terry wrote down the size and we went inside. After a moment of looking through the computer, he said I cant get those. The other agents in the office took a look too. No dice. Out I went, not expecting that result. Back at home I looked up my vehicle, tire brand & size on *their* website, and bingo, there they were. I used the contact us function on the website to ask for clarity since I suspected Terry had looked up the wrong thing. A couple weeks passed... no response... nada... crickets. Everyone has an off day, but I really expected more. In retail, you often get just one shot. Fausak Tires, this was your one shot. Mr Business Owner, I hope youre reading this. You missed an estimated $1,500 dollar sale.

Fair pricing, quick service, many times cheaper than competitors. I was quoted 22$ just to “look” at the problem at pep boys and 3 to 4 times the price. Josh was very helpful.

These guys always take good care of us. I appreciate their rotating and balancing my that I bought there for free and the fact that theyll plug or patch the tire free as well. Its also really nice that they are reliable source for repairs and that you can get your oil changed all in the same place.

Had a headlight bulb replaced here 3 years ago and the price was 65.00. Today when i come in the lady originally quotes me a price of $72 but 10 minutes later she returns with a price of 103.00. Never ever again

I there for a tire rotation and an oil change.At first I was the only one there.Another car came in and they started to work on it. My car sat there for 30 minutes before anyone touched and then it was two tires at a time. Another vehicle came and they started working on it and touch two tires off.The guy doing the rotation was slow as christmas. He hit a little bit stand up suck on his drink and stare out side.I went in side and told the gentleman that it was taking to long. He,said thanks for the heads up. By the time it was said and done I had been there 1 1/2 hours.My wife had the same exact situation with truck a,few days ago.Come on guys. Your were the fastest.around at one time. 27 years of business. Whats up ?

Ive had my vehicle serviced here for about three years now and have bought tires from them. A couple weeks ago I took my vehicle up there for a problem I was having because of the great service I have had in the past. However upon arriving I was told that they no longer service vehicles, and the guy behind the counter stated we are trying to get out of that business. And proceeded to refer me to another mechanic shop that just so happened to be closed. It blew my mind the way they treated a customer that theyve had for years. I will never give This shop service again and I will not recommend it to anyone ever. And I will steer friends and family away from this establishment

They quoted me 7000$ to repair my car. The only major problem was a slightly damaged k frame, control arm and cv axle. Parts totaled me just about 300$. What a joke of a place.

Never will they get my business again. First set of tires they didn’t tighten the lug nuts. Second set they broke a lug but and say it was cross threaded. Go back for rotation and they break two more. Then say it’s because of wrong lug nuts; which they had just reinstalled two months ago.
