After having a nightmare experience with another used tire service in Mobile that gave us 2 wrong sized tires & then refused to refund money, we called L&M. They had the 2 used tires we needed. There were quite a few cars in front of us when we got there but the line moved quickly & we got 2 really great looking used tires. Everyone was very professional & friendly - working hard, quickly & efficiently. They had a really great system going. Very impressive!Wonderful experience. Were very pleased.Thank- you L&M! Well absolutely be back in the future.

I have been going to L&M for tires and auto repair for years. They have proven to be honest and reliable professionals.I once had an oil change at a local Honda dealership, and they told me I needed about 500.00 worth of work done to my front wheeles. I took it to L&M and the guy told me my car didnt come with the parts they told me I needed. He gave me a simple alignment and saved my hundreds of dollars. I highly recommend them!

Went there about 7:40 am .you have to come from the side that do alignment and brakes. To get the other shop that do fix a tire or replace a tire or get air in tire .so was behind one car .as I see the shack was already fill with cars . wait about 15 or 20 min. Good place to go. But expect to wait . or come super early

This place has changed soo many tires for me, they sell used tires in great condition to me everytime and the service is awesome. I’ve pulled into this place ON a flat tire a few times and the service guys are always just awesome and good spirited. They don’t haggle you or offer you work that doesn’t need to be done just straight up good service.

Service was pretty quick. The line is usually long but the wait is not. They even if my find tire somewhere else, when they did not have it in stock.

I ran over something on my way into work and my back tire light sensor came on; the tire pressure was going down rapidly!I pulled into L&M (which had not opened yet). The guys jumped on my car right away.They repaired the tire in 30mins for $20!Happy customer!!!!!!!!

L & M always has tires in stock and the prices are great for new and used. I went two years on one of their used tires. It was still going when I went in to buy a new set. New prices are better than anyone around Mobile. The customer service is comfortable and not awkward. Love this place!

The line was super long when I pulled up, but they were moving fast to take care of everybody. Everybody was friendly, and the prices didnt break the bank. I will definitely be back for future tire service.

I wouldnt recommend them to no one. They just take your money. Wasted almost 3,000 and car still not working.

If you need good tires at a low price, its a good place to try. Its a no frills place and if you call ahead to see if they have your tire size in stock you are in and out in no time during the morning hours. You can also use your Firestone card.

Kevin went above and beyond to get ky AC back up and running. Stayed late and came in early. When my wife had an issue they checked it out kept it overnight said it was a bad sensor and did not even charge her. Great service and it came at a lesser price than most. Very busy call ahead or be there early and expect to drop off.

We stopped by to get a quote to swap over tires from one rim to the next and we’re quoted $50 PER TIRE that’s insane. $75 total at the next place .Come on folks if you don’t want to fool with it just say so.... They are usually the most reasonable tire shop in town and we have never had a bad experience

Quick promed service

This is one of the few places in town that will still patch/plug a tire for you. That alone deserves a 5 star rating not to mention the prices aren’t too bad either. I went to several places trying to get my tire patched but they claimed corporate would not allow them to do it. L&M got me in and out in less than 20 minutes and I couldn’t be happier.

Went for a simple oil change and checkup they were nice and told me what I wanted to know but did not change my oil after charging me I checked it today and it was bone dry almost to the point too getting a new engine. I wasnt happy not only was I charged for a service I never got but it almost cost me a new engine. Will not be coming back and check your cars after you leave people

Open on Saturdays. Tire side is quick and courteous. Auto repair side has always been honest with me. I’ve had them tell me I could wait a little longer on replacing things that I asked them about, when they could’ve easily rushed to replace it just to turn a sale. Honesty and friendliness keeps me on repeat with them.

It was very convient place to get me some good used tires, have them put on and got brake pads put on as well. A great one stop shopvlr all my automotive needs. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. Good work ethics - A plus!

Theyve been around for years and the staff is pretty knowledgeable about their jobs. Ive only had one bad encounter and it was with the employee and needless to say he no longer works there. L&M is family owned and the pride is in the work!

Experience was very good ! Customer service line was orderly, and entrance to service bays was safe as well. Technician was polite and provided very good service with my tire repair ! Cashier was friendly & courteous as well. Utilized services on several occasions and was most pleased on each visit.

I met Les and he gave me an estimate on what my repair on my vehicle would be. Very professional, knows his job well and has a very great personality.

I have always had a good experience with L&M. Affordable prices and fast service. Organization could be better but they are working on a small lot right off a busy street so nothing really can be done there.

They do good work on tires....but they didnt have no tool to put on my starter belt! They claim the tool couldnt be bought...took my car to Kens they fixed it in an hour! So I guess he found a tool from somewhere.
