Ive been going here for years now! Today was the longest wait Ive ever waited, but still great service and totally worth the wait! Ill never go anywhere else. They do such a trusted job and you get a $6 discount for women on Wednesdays! Win win!! I appreciate Precision Tune Auto, theyve got my business for life.

If you dont want to end up wasting time having to take a business to small claims court, I wouldnt take your vehicle here...We went in for a ball joint replacement. They told us it needed two new ball joints and new front rotors and brakes. We agreed to the work. Then they informed us after they complete the work, the car will need an alignment BUT they dont do those..Three days later, they called to say the truck was ready. It BARELY made it the 1.5 miles home. It was so incredibly dangerous to drive I cannot believe that they would send a customer away in that expecting them to live to make it to an alignment. We had to end up having it towed for the alignment. The shop that did the alignment commented that the work they did was definitely not good...but as long as we werent having issues it should be fine.The next time the truck was driven, it went less than 100 miles before the front right side completely failed, and the truck ran off of the road. The entire front end was essentially melted. We called a trusted mechanic in another state and sent videos, and he concluded whomever did the brakes likely over-tightened the bearings.We had Precision tow the vehicle to their shop. We went up there to speak to them about the vehicle and asked that they get us a rental truck so that we could continue our business, but they refused. They stated they didnt have enough cash in the drawer for a rental, but Im not sure how that is relevant when rental companies do not accept cash...They called the next day and left a voicemail that they needed to order a front hub assembly for the vehicle, and it would be here the next day (today). We contacted them, again asking for help with a vehicle, since them messing up the work in the first place is the reason we were without our truck, and were told that they would get us a vehicle for 1 day (today), since the truck would be finished by the end of today.I never heard back, nor did we get a rental. Additionally, they just called at 3pm the day the truck is supposed to be ready, and are now denying that they are responsible for the issues. They are now trying to charge over $1k to fix what THEY messed up that 2 mechanics have confirmed they messed up.My question is... if they looked the entire vehicle over the first time we took it in, and we gave them permission to fix everything they found wrong, and the truck was only driven for 100 miles before the area they did their work had issues, and they were willing to tow it AND order parts for it after looking it over.... but THEN they decide they cant fix it?????I believe the denial for responsibility is coming as retaliation for me contacting their corporate office when the manager of the store was unwilling to help and raised his voice multiple times.We will be disputing the charges with our bank for the faulty and dangerous work that was performed initially, as well as taking them to court for the costs associated with getting the vehicle drive-ready again, and the time/money lost for now being without our vehicle over 7 business days and the hassle associated with trying to get them to do the right thing.Please avoid this business at all costs. Majestic on Airport will take great care of you, as will Franklin Automotive. Really anyone but these guys.

I had two flat tires and needed help so I could pick my son up from school. The gentleman that helped me provided excellent customer service, and he was very thorough with assessing all four tires to ensure my SUV was safe to drive. It was very reassuring to have his help during what could have been a stressful time. This tire service was also provided at a great price!

They were able to figure out the issue with my truck and fix it in the same day for half the price of the dealership. I normally like this place for my oil changes but now I know I can come here for any repairs I need as well! I also like how clean it is.

It is too hot to not have a/c. I came for an oil change and they check my a/c as a courtesy inspection. The technician recommended recharge the system and all fix! Do not take your car here unless you want to leave with more problems that you came with. The mechanics and front desk person do not know anything about vehicles and they are very unprofessional. Each time I got one thing fixed a light magically appeared on in my car with another issue. Very unprofessional. I would no recommend to anyone.

My Bucik Lacrosse was giving me problems, I contacted precision tune and reached Mr. Richard Wolf, super nice guy. Got me in and in a short time let me know my coolant sensor and thermostat codes were showing i needed to replace. Richard gave me a great price and made room to get me in as wife needed car the next day. Not only did he give me a great price, he noticed my veterans tag and gave me a veterans discount. Super honest guy. No business does that without a vet asking. I found my new local car mechanic, someone I know i can trust and truely cares about his customers! Well...lets just say alot can change in a year...since my last visit. I wouldve given more stars if I could then, but now this shop is absolutely the worst ran shop Ive ever seen. Ill spare the fine details, because my cell phone battery will probably die, illustrating how long I waited for a simple brake job, and then some. And yes, I know how simple brake jobs are, Im a mechanic, of decades; I support local good mechanics and Im under time constraint to do it myself. This is a TOTAL LACK of professionalism, basic time management skills and prioritization, NO leadership, LEADERSHIP (kind of important) and borderline incompetence even. Im more concerned for this business than I am for my own extraordinary waste of time, and thats sad on my part... Its just disappointing, the level of poor service. COVID or no COVID, good days and bad days even, I get it.... No excuse for this. For any corporate fellows screening and responding to these reviews, please take for action...or not.

Ive been coming here for close to 2 years and I have never had an experience like I did today. The new manager Darnell is, loud,disrespectful, and unprofessional. He yelled at his employees, cursing in front of me and my two toddlers. This was definitely my last time as a customer at this location until this location is under new management. He yelled at the 2 workers because both were working on my oil change even though I was the only customer. The workers were great and got me in and out within 20 minutes. If Im paying $60 for an oil change, I expect more professionalism! Yakini and Jake Powell ran this place so much better!

Wanted to charge $100+ for diagnostics check to inspect suspension issue. Got inspection done for $10 at Firestone down the street. Precision said theyd waive the diagnostic check charge when I got service done there.... How bout you ensure your business by being fair and reasonable instead of through bogus inspections.

Best experience at an automotive shop I’ve ever had. I came in for an oil change and that was completed very quickly by Michael, who kept me informed about the process and was very polite. Jake the owner, is very professional and nice. This crew does NOT take advantage of their customers like other shops do. They didn’t charge me for a diagnostic because they didn’t find anything wrong. Everywhere else would’ve charged me happily. I will be back and will recommend them to everyone I know! Thanks guys!

It Was Great And Very Professional

Left the car to be worked on Friday afternoon and said Id be out of town until 1 PM Sunday. Apparently no one heard that sentence or just didnt care. I get back to town to pick up my car and no one is there with my car locked inside... I had to get a $160 rental car to make it to work Monday. No offer from precision to cover that cost or the gas for the extra 5 hours of driving I have to do now just to pick up my car after work. Ive used them several times over the years but this is the last time. Just poor communication skills and no effort to make the situation better.

I always use this location because of the friendly, and professional service. The manager there (CADILLAC) takes care of all his customers personally. Hes diligent, professional, and always gets me in and out in a timely matter. I always call first to make sure its not to busy. I would certainly recommend my family and friends to visit this particular store simply because of (CADILLAC) hes there best in the business!!

Wow what an experience. Ignition coil went out on Airport Blvd (500 miles from home) dropping my relative off passed the shop at 4:00pm. Called Cadillac he said bring it by 5:00 so we can look at it.... Chris did a diagnostic said #6, he switched with #5 yup ignition coil. VERY reasonable price (and Chris even had to go get part) and I was on my way at 5:45 pm! Chris great guy, and customer first master mechanic!

Customer service was amazing!! Jake, the store manager, was very friendly, informative, and efficient. I was able to get in and out of there for my oil change in a great time. The price was good and the mechanics were able to show me what other problems I had with my vehicle and suggestions for the future. They showed me the new, clean oil and were very nice. Everyone here is always extremely nice, professional, and informed. My first time going to them was on a whim because Firestone was to busy to help me. I was on my way to take a long drive and wanted to be sure my car was capable of the drive without breaking down. The owner/manager saw to my car right away and I was able to take my trip with a sound mind. Ive used them a few times now and have decided I love their business so much that I will only be seeing them from now on or someone they recommend if its something they cant do there. They work with you and tell you everything up front about cost and time for repairs and they are just great people too.

I took my 4-Runner and my wifes 4-Runner in for oil changes. The staff is great!! It took about 20 minutes for each oil change, which is great. The price is very reasonable. Sure, you can go to another place and itll take 10 minutes, but youll pay $50-$60!!The new General Manager, Jake Powell is extremely knowledgeable in automotive repair and maintenance. I would recommend this place to anyone for oil changes and any other regular car maintenance needs.

Absolutely amazing experience... the guys here today (Tuesday Nov 19, 2019) was awesome and solve all your car problem. They are fair pricing and they have ladys tuesday special, which made me happy after all the price being overridden... love this place and will keep coming.

Staff was beyond courteous and helpful. We are a family of 9 including two disabled little girls. Our car broke down in Mobile but when we called they got us up and back on the road in little to no time. The problem was diagnosed and fixed promptly including a couple of other services that we needed. It was not an unnecessary upsell though. The oil change tech, mechanic, and manager kept us informed of everything as it was being done and treated everyone that came into the shop like family, not just customers. Much thanks to Cadillac and the crew. We made it back safely to Texas and now have a new company to use for service on our vehicles. Thanks!

Very honest, fast, and hardworking mechanics. Listened to my concern about my rotors, told me the brakes were in good condition but we narrowed it down to the rotors. They were not trying to get more out of me than I asked for like every other mechanic you go to.

I must say my experience at this facility was a mix of emotions they had me upset because they done the job wrong then try to make me feel secure by getting my car running again and was told by them that I needed a new wire harness I said it was covered under my extended warranty but I only had 2 weeks left of it he said he will call them and initiate the claim he purposely waited 2 weeks to let me know he hasnt had time because he j a y the manager was running two stores couldnt even get a phone call and give me a heads up stay away very unprofessional

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!!!!! My step daughter took her car in to get her oil changed. The tech told her she needed a new valve cover gasket and they would take care of the work for 1/2 price. They also said who ever changed her oil last broke the dip stick. The problem with there story was that her father had checked the oil on her car after a visit. She felt like there was something fishy going on. She conferred with her father and he knows her engine was clean with no signs of an oil leak. The dipstick was also in good working order. A professional mechanic was asked to look at the car. Just as I suspected the valve cover bolts had been loosened then the car was allowed to run to look like a leak. I am a general contractor. I have been in business for the last 14 years. I have worked on my on vehicles for the last 25 years. I look at the engine about a month ago, no leaks. valve covers dont miraculously start leaking around the entire perimeter in a month!

Cadillac is my hero! I broke down 350 miles away from home with my son. When I called, Cadillac made me feel comfortable right off the bat. He promised they would take care of me and they went above and beyond. Lajuan and Cadillac went in on a Sunday to make sure my car was ready in time for me to make it home on Monday. Their kindness lifted me up when I was really down. The price was fair and my car is in tip top shape. Thank you to Cadillac and Lajuan!

All of staff were helpful. They showed me where I had issues and gave me the option to fix problems I was not even aware of. I appreciate this greatly, because I want the vehicle as safe as possible. My daughter drives that car and now I feel much safer with her on the road.

I would not recommend bringing your vehicle here. We have been coming to this location for 5 years, and we used to get great service. The last 2 years have been terrible. They refuse to honor their free oil change policy that they guarantee after purchasing multiple oil changes (only a $26 value). Likewise, we had my brakes changed by their staff (who wear sagging pants and use profanity in front of customers). My brakes began to squeak after they changed them (which they never done before). The staff tried to tell me I needed a new part for ($400). I took my vehicle to another mechanic for a second opinion, and was advised that I did not need the $400 part. Not to mention they attempted to keep my car from 8:00am on a Saturday morning to Monday for a front brake change on a Honda Civic Sedan (I had even made an appointment). This place is unprofessional, trashy, and highly disorganized!!!Very Ghetto

Oil change and front brakes done, plus high mileage treatment. Very accommodating, very courteous. Price was fair. Didnt have the lower cost brakes on hand, but didnt upcharge for the better ones! We paid the same price we should have with the lower cost brakes. Thanks! We will be returning for our regular maintenance.

4/13/2019This used to be the place I took my Smart car to be worked on. The staff was knowledgeable and willing to take the time to fix the issues at hand.Today I went to get the climate control unit replaced and found out that the manager (Jake) who also had the knowledge to work on my car had been fired and the new manager was very rude. I was supposed to bring my car in today in to get the part replaced since the previous manager had vacation earlier that week. When I get there, Im told that it will be a 7 hour job, when the previous manager could do it in about 3 hours. The new manager looked at the work involved and promptly declaired that he wasnt going to touch it because it was too much work.I have been using this shop for a few years and this is the first and last time this is going to happen to me there. Im never using them again, nor will I use this company again... I recommend the same to anyone else

My experience was terrible! I went and got something fixed and they end up bending something else. I keep my car at the shop! I have never had a issue across the bay. This was my first and last time going to any percision tune. The manager was rude and disrespectful. He even cursed at my father. He rushed my job and now does not want to replace what he bent. Unprofessional and I do not trust their mechanical experience. He does not know the definition of customer service.

Everyone was so nice. Very quick service and the guy even put a paper floor mat down so that he didnt get my carpet dirty. Service like this is VERY rare.

My service was great. I was helped by Terry. He informed me of some option to get my carbon tip top shape. His service was greatly appreciated.

I did not want to leave a review but I wanted to warn others of potentially wasting money/etc. I had my car AC fixed by them but it continually stopped working and I kept having to go back in for them to fix it again. Now it turns out my car is having a MAJOR ISSUE from the work they did. They cut the gasket and there was a lot of oil leaking under the hood, which messed with the spark plugs, etc. I had to take it into another shop for them to fix it. Even though the AC finally began to work, the work was hasty and has caused some issues.Im worried if I took it back there they might fix the issue but cause more problems. Safer to go somewhere else.

The inside AND outside staff are phenomenal at the Hillcrest location! Mrs. Vernita is just a joy to behold when you enter the lobby, shes so sweet! The gentlemen in the oil bay are so quick, and have no issue with showing you their work, to verify what theyve done, and will answer any questions you may have. I even had to RACE in 15 minutes before they closed today, and they were so gracious in taking me. My vehicle was acting up due to lack of oil and the crew just pulled me on in, and got me done and out the door in no time flat. I cant speak highly enough of this store and their excellent customer service. I feel like family with them and I KNOW my Chevy is in good hands there. I wont be taking my cars to anyone else, if I have a say so about it.

My check engine light was on when I came to pick up my car from Precision Tune. They had completed a tune up and something went wrong. Terry said they would make it right and give me what I paid for. Thats exactly what they did. Excellent customer service!
