From the beginning, Leonard was exceptional. We live an hour away and once we expressed interest in a certain vehicle Leonard made a video of the car and sent it to us within 30 minutes. It had the specific features I was looking for (along with several more special options) and was in the price range I specified. I didnt feel pressured nor rushed as they explained various safety features of the car and answered any questions I had. A few months ago I had Mercedes of Mobile install a new command unit. I was quoted one price a year ago(by a former service manager) and the current service manager nicely honored the same price. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I requested my old command unit. I was told by Kevin Archer(the service guy assigned to me) that Mercedes Benz has to keep that part because there is a core charge. I had no idea about this otherwise I would not have asked for the old unit back. At that point Kevin called someone on the phone informing them I wanted the old part back. Once Kevin got off the line he said that I would have to pay $1000 to get the old command unit back. He stated that Mercedes keep the old units and send them back to headquarters. I called my father on the phone immediately and he was surprised as well about a core charge and having to pay to get the old unit back. My father told me to call Mercedes Headquarters to further investigate. The next day I called Mercedes Headquarters and explained the entire situation about not getting the old command unit back or having to pay $1000 told to me by Kevin Archer( service guy at Mercedes of Mobile). The Mercedes representative told me that some parts are not returned to customers and the command unit is one of those parts(Mercedes Benz do not want certain parts out to the public) and the service guy(Kevin Archer) was not suppose to try to sell this part to me for $1000!!!! The representative wanted to know the dealership and the service person that tried to pull this stunt! am posting this because this was very shady of him to try to make an additional $1000 . I was informed by the representative at Mercedes Headquarters to inform the service manager(Ryan Cross) . I called the service manager Ryan Scott to inform him but he NEVER returned my call. I am sure the owner of Mercedes Benz Of Mobile would be highly disappointed that one of his employees would try to make a personal gain off a customer. In the future I will use another service advisor.
As a result of Covid 19, the current environment for purchasing a new car has changed for many finding themselves in that situation. This dealership did its best in securing a car with options I wanted and communicated honestly regarding timing in getting that car delivered to me. Communication and clarity throughout the entire experience was excellent. My particular thanks to Clarence Hall, my sales representative and also to the sales manager and financial manager for making the purchase a positive experience. This is how a dealership should function.

Leonard at MB of Mobile was amazing. Made the purchase process seamless and had my car delivered 100 miles away less than 6 hours after our first conversation. Major shoutout to this particular MB dealership for honoring MSRP and not adding a $10k “market adjustment,” a fee every other dealership wants to assess for the vehicle we purchased.
I encourage everyone to drive just a little farther to either MB of South Mississippi or MB of Pensacola for all your MB needs. I had a terrible service experience, and currently 2 weeks later Dan ( as well as the shop foreman and service mgr) is/are still trying to resolve a MB me connect issue. After countless attempts (7 to be exact) w/ Dan I called MB of South Mississippi and within 5 minutes they had the app issue resolved remotely- also something that MB of Mobile said couldnt be done.

Nice dealership with a staff that cares and wants to sell cars. The sales team is definitely responsive, but didn’t quite understand my needs/wants when trying to purchase. I will definitely try to use them again in the future, but just couldn’t make it happen, so went with a different MB dealer. I encourage you to try here first because I really did like the experience. I used the service department years ago, and was very impressed, but I just have chosen my loyalties to a different dealership. There are times I regret not going with MB of Mobile.

Calling in we reached a Service Advisor immediately who invited us to swing in even without an appointment. I took my 2007 C280 in for an oil change which turn out to be a nightmare with other issues arose, in the beginning I was calling the dealership to find out what was wrong with car, if it was fixable, and when would I be able to pick the car up.. I told the manager I had a problem with him not calling me giving me updates. Needless to say the car was there 8 days.. I spent nearly $4000.00 there. I also have a 2011 Cadillac I take it in for any service they wash it, and if it’s not gonna be ready the same day they offer a loaner car. Mercedes kept my car 8 days, didn’t offer a loaner, didn’t wash it, didn’t reset the maintenance button. I was very disappointed in the customer service..

Being that I live in Louisiana, I contacted MB via phone last Monday morning in search of my dream car after totaling my last car due to Hurricane Zeta. I consulted with Mr. Leonard Jean-Louis with information of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. My first experience with Mercedes of Mobile Service Dept was so very refreshing! I felt like a star from the minute I pulled into the service bay. As I pull in around 730 am, there is a large TV display welcoming me. Everything was so effortless! My service advisor was on the ball making everything seamless. He knew the reason for my visit (1st service maintenance) and knew I needed the loaner car. He had my loaner to me in no time and out the door I went.Before lunch, he called and let me know my car was finished being serviced and would be ready after a car wash in about 45 minutes.When I went to pickup my car, I had the same quick turn around. I had my Mercedes coupe back in no time. Thanks so much Mercedes of Mobile Service Dept. You guys are truly fabulous...and so much better than Acura of Mobile.

When I decided to buy the vehicle, he made sure I knew how all the features of the car worked. He setup my phone with the Mercedes Me app and the Android Auto app. He was very knowledgeable, kind and professional. I would definitely recommend him if you are in the market for a new vehicle!
Run away as fast as you can, very poor service department! I had an appointment scheduled for 7:30 this morning. I was the second person to arrive, right at 7:30. This was a simple, routine 20k mile maintenance appointment. I finally received my car back around 1:30 pm. I checked out, but the car was smoking when they pulled up to return it to me. They took it back to figure out the cause of the smoke. About an hour later they returned the car to me and said they didn’t know what caused the smoking, but that it was no longer smoking. If an almost brand new car needs 7(!) hours of work at 20k miles then it’s probably not worth having. They said they scheduled 10 people this morning, but unfortunately, I consider that their problem. You shouldn’t take appointments you can’t handle, and a routine appointment should not take 7 hours under any circumstances. Seriously, it was an oil and filter change. 7 hours! I also had a previous bad experience with them- I took the tire to be changed and the technician could not figure out how to unlock the wheel lock. I ended up taking it to a tire place that was successful because the Mercedes service department could not figure out how to change a tire on their vehicle. I normally do not leave reviews, but they asked for one so I’m being honest. It’s a beautiful car, but not sure it’s worth the trouble of dealing with the service department.

The Mercedes service representative was very helpful and considerate. The service was completed quickly and efficiently. I recommend the dealership for service.Separately, I am very disappointed with the Mercedes Benz company’s failure to cover the leather cover on my glove box falling off under the warranty. A garage-kept car should not have the interior come unglued from our heat. It’s a known issue but still it’s not addressed.
I bought my SLk350 as a certified preowned vehicle. I bought it from a Mercedes in Mississippi. My car started making a very loud whistling noise through the right vent back in 2019. I recorded the noise And took it to Mercedes-Benz in Mobile Alabama. They charged me $730 to fix the problem. upon leaving the establishment the noise immediately started again!!!! This is 2021 and the noise is still there. They have heard it but said they had to go 92 mph to duplicate the noise. And they were not suppose to b driving that fast. So Im out $730 for there guess work on what the problem is. The problem drill existBe weary of all the nice smiles!!!!

The job required waiting on necessary replacement parts from Germany. The dealership kept me updated on shipment of the parts. Work was performed in a good workmanship manner. The result was as good as new. A loaner was provided while the work took place. Overall a good experience with the Mobile Alabama dealership.

Shopping through Mercedes Benz of Mobile was an absolute pleasure. Leonard, in sales, was highly knowledgeable about product, and was thorough with his breakdown. I called the day before( I purchased a new vehicle) and was transferred to Leonard. I asked him about some particular cars being available on the lot(for test driving)and he said he would call me back with an answer. He proceeded to call back in a very prompt fashion. It sounded like he had been literally running through the lot to check on the availability for me. I came in the next day to meet with Leonard, and the rest is history. He was literally running back and forth between departments to speed along experience. I am very happy with the vehicle and the experience.

My wife and I worked in Europe for numerous years. Over that period we had owned several vehicles to include Mercedes and BMW. We owned a Honda Pilot that had given us great service, but we were seeing the GLC 300’s on the roads that appealed to us. Last week on November 5, 2020, we stopping into Mercedes Benz of Mobile to have a closer look at the GLC’s. We were immediately greeted by a very energetic Leonard Jean-Louis. We typically do NOT like buying cars, and while we just stopped to “look”, Leonard’s pride in the brand, and his kind, and professional approach ended with us taking one home that Night! Leonard will always be our go to person at the dealer, but everyone we’ve come in contact with has been exceptional to include Dan Foley in Service, and GM Jim Sullivan who finalized our deal that night.
Clarence stepped up at Mercedes of Mobile after Centennial in Pensacola dropped the ball after 15 years. I was given the run around, even located my own car to lease, and the salesman as well as the GM failed us! Made me feel awkward for asking for a discount. Told we’d be lucky to be in the AMG 53 by December. Clarence had two within hours to me, gave a larger discount without asking, and a week later I drove it home. The GM, Mark, was also awesome, and the other salespeople were genuinely happy for us. An all around great experience!

Setup an appointment to get my Sprinter Ban serviced. The team was ready to go when I arrived. No fuss, no hassle. Got a call just after lunch that the van was ready to go.

Purchased a 2020 Sprinter: Met and exceeded my expectations very easy to work with and very quick through the business office to finalize the purchase.
Arrived at the scheduled time for a battery change and tire pressure check. Waited 30 minutes in my vehicle before a service writer even spoke with me. He told me we werent on the schedule but he would fit us in. I showed him the confirmation and he said he would do the best he could to work us in. Mind you, this is a Mercedes dealer that could not provide a courtesy car for 60 days.1 hour after they took the car for service, the service writer informed us that the tire pressure had been adjusted, but the only available battery was not an OEM labeled battery but would an AC Delco battery with the same footprint be OK? It took another hour to get the battery installed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. So sad there is no Mercedes dealer in the area that meets the standard of what one would expect when you purchase a luxury vehicle.

Driving down to Mobile from Charlotte one of my check engine oil lights came on. I called this dealership in a panic! They took me right away, and in less than an hour I was on my way out.Outstanding customer service, friendly and efficient. Thank you especially Kevin Archer for all your help. This is why you love MB... but this staff and dealership took southern hospitality to whole other level.
