Jimmie was awesome from the moment I stepped into the shop. He immediately greeted me with a smile and began questioning me and diagnosing my problem out at my car. I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge and thats a winning combo in my book! Luckily, all I needed was a rotate & balance but he quoted me a superb price on brakes/rotors. This place is beyond Amazing!! The men were very helpful and had exceptional customer service! My car had a flat tire. The guy was by himself. He said I could bring it in but they would work on it the next day. Which was ok with me. He was by himself and still provided great service. I pull my car in and he parked it where it would be safe over night. A+ in my book. The next day I came back. My car tire was change and they replaced my bolts bc they were stripped. I appreciated. So I paid for the tire and the bolts at a great price. When I checked out the men at the check out, provided great service as well. You all have a great team keep building and keep the great service up. Because it really do matter. It determines where I want to spend my money where I want to send my friends and family or even those just asking the question...where can I go for great tire services and pricing.

These guys are great . When I worked on my own brakes and got in over my head, they did not make me go through the walk of shame . They serviced my truck on a Sunday afternoon in a couple hours .They could have charged me the oh you did it yourself rate but they were fair .Im getting my next set of tires from them

Jacob especially did a great job with my tire replacement! I had a blowout on a Sunday and the team worked to get me in the same day and replaced all four tires in less than an hour.

For anyone local or traveling through, you will not go wrong with Mavis-Schillinger location. The manager and staff really do care. From the moment I walked in I was treated kindly, mind you it was a Sunday and they were about to close. The manager was not inconvenienced at all. He inspected our tires and found one needing replaced. In less than an hour my wife in I were back on I-10 heading safely home. Thank you!!!

I called, got an estimate and was able to get an appointment window on New Year’s Eve day. I brought in my brother’s car right after the call and dropped off the car that needs two front tires, balancing and alignment—— all done that day while also considering how busy they were.They are courteous, polite and transparent with billing.Reasonable and competitive pricing.Will go back and can definitely recommend it to others.

They fit me in to have my tires rotated and balanced and the end of the day from a different location...they stay open till 6pm which was awesome because everywhere else closed at 5 or 5:30. I was running late and got there 30 minutes before closing time and the staff without hesitation or irritation took my keys and had my car in the bay and lifted rotating my tires I swear in less time it took me to walk inside the waiting room. Seriously they were very friendly and super eager to get my car back on the road in good driving condition! I would 100% reccomend this shop for any of vehicles mantinece and repair/ tire needs! The service was great fast friendly and AFFORDABLE. ...not to mention they blessed my family and I with a zero balance ticket when I went to pay!😇 Literally I have not seen this kind of chivalry from any business ( especially in the auto industry) in years! CARELESS, DANGEROUS MECHANICS!!!!I took my car in for an alignment and balance. Immediately started receiving calls for upsells, from windshield wipers to brakes. When I picked up my vehicle, the tech neglected to tighten the lug nuts on one of my wheels. Driving down the interstate, the tire started wobbling, which forced me to stop on the interstate and tighten the lugs myself.Then, when I tried to call the shop three times, first I was hung up on, next the gentleman in sales tried to transfer me to the shop - no answer. The third time, I was told by the manager that he was currently busy and couldnt address the issue. He offered to retorque all of my wheels, which I had obviously already done, after finding one loose.Please avoid this shop at all costs. Its literally your life in your hands.Update: I did speak with the manager, and he was courteous and offered a free oil change. The tech was upgraded on lack of procedural compliance. It doesn’t make the situation right, but it is a nice gesture.

These guys were super patient with me while I waited for other parts to come in. Mac and Carlos answered quickly and were extremely helpful. Also quoted my tires $100 cheaper than the shop I was at and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need like some shops do. 10/10 would recommend.

Called to see if they would remove my spare tire and put my old tire back on. I knew it was an odd request so I made sure to stress to the guy I spoke to that the tire I needed them to put on was an OLD tire that had been taken off to PATCH UP. The guy told me they could so I drove 20 minutes on a spare to get there just to have some guy say we dont put on old tires. A total waste of time. I just moved to Mobile, normally I do business with the Mavis in Daphne,Al so my plan was to continue doing business with the company. But that poor communication has really changed my mind. I will be searching for a new place.

The facility was very clean, the customer service was top notch and the service performed was professional and fast.

I tried to give this place my money/business. I didnt get to have an experience here and 2 out of the 3 guys I talked to acted like they could care less if they was selling me tires or not. I made an appointment for 4 tires to be put on and the guy says the truck will bring them the next day around 12 or 1 oclock. So the next day I call to see if my tires came in so I could go up there to have them put on and the guy says oh the appointment was canceled so I say ok thats weird and now they have wasted my time. So then I wait 30 minutes and I called back and Frank who was very nice by the way nicest person I had talked with so far gave me some tire prices and I told him I had an order but it was oddly canceled and he said someone made the order but no tires were on the order. I was livid when he told me this! Obviously some of these guys need a new job or straightened out by their manager. Will never do buisness here!

I needed an alignment & new tires (really don’t know much) but he was SO nice and helped me picked the right tires & kept it in my budget! He was extremely helpful! The schillinger location was a good end to a bad day. I came outside and had a flat tire. When I came to the location, the guys rushed to help me. They were professional, attentive and informative as to what was going on with my rim and my tire. I would recommend this location to anyone.

I went into mavis tires on Schillingers rd, their customer service we’re off, not very friendly, they we’re more worried about selling extra to me vs. focusing on what i came in for. I was told i needed a front in lineament done little did they know i had just got one three weeks prior to my visit with them. I also was told to bring my car back the following day so their mechanic could look at a issue i was having. He knew what time i was coming because i had made it clear to him, he said ok that time was ok. But to get their and was told he wasn’t there. Unprofessional. I waited about 30 to 35 minutes for him to show up, when I finally decided to leave he still wasn’t there. That was a lack of consideration of my time as if i had nothing else better to do. I have done business with this location twice, and both times they have failed to return my personal property and i had to go back to get my things. Im not impressed by this location maybe other locations can do things better. I will never have any services done at mavis on Schillingers rd. I was told to do a survey and to give them five stars. Lol you only get five stars fromme when you provide five star service. So my personal experiences doesn’t warrant a five star rating. More like a negative zero.

Amazing service! Shannon kept us informed about how long wait time was, and made sure we knew what was going on with our truck. I did not get the tec guys name, but he is great and has a dog. On the subject of dogs, mine was with us and he liked everyone there! (My pup is very picky who hes friendly with.) That tells me these are honest, good folks. They go above and beyond. My truck drives like new.Thanks guys!

Great place and low prices. Been hearing a grinding noise from my brakes for the past three months. Didnt think much of it... Brought my Toyota Tercel in to get it checked out. Turned out my caliper was the only thing stopping the rotor and the pad was gone...Shannon/service writer explained everything perfectly. Told me it can be fixed at a very low price.Thank you Mavis and also very friendly Shannon.No more Turning up the radio to drown out the death sound coming from my brakes.

I came to the Schillinger Rd. location to get an alignment done on my car. When I walked in Shannon met me at the front desk and asked how he could help, he was very polite, helpful and honest! Even though it was close to them closing and they were busy he worked me in and also gave me a discount! He also checked in with me half way through to let me know my car was almost done and that it shouldn’t be too much longer! I didn’t expect such fast, wonderful service! I went to Mavis Tires on October 17, 2020. This is a nice clean place! SHANNON helped me and I received quick service and paid for 4 new tires and related tire installation services. Shannon is very smart, kind, and courteous and he found the best deal for me. I felt comfortable communicating with him and did not feel rushed. I sent my mechanic back to him on October 20 to have the tires installed (they were not in stock previously). In about 2 hours, during the busiest hours of the day, the truck was ready to go. We have 2 trucks, and 3 SUVs, and I will continue to use this establishment’s services as long as I am happy....and I’m REAL HAPPY right now.

Yesterday I came in because I needed 2 new front tires. Shannon (sorry if I misspelled your name), was working at the front, and he was very nice and attentive! He helped me stay within my budget and helped me pick the right tires! They had my car ready within 1 hr and a half since I brought in! Ive had many tire changes, and this was by far the best experience! Thank you very much Mavis!!

Almost died. Went on a trip the next day with the family after getting 4 tires replaced and an alignment. All four tires were leaking from around the valve stems and were flat by the time I got to my destination.I took it back to have it fixed again. Apparently they dont replace the valve stems unless you ask them to. This time they replaced the valve stems and did another alignment because even with the correct amount of air in the tires it was still pulling to the right.I went to pick it up and they said it was out of alignment for the second time and that they brought it back into the green. Well, its still pulling to the right like it has been but at least the tires arent leaking. I give up. Dont go here, but if you do, make sure you ask for new valve stems. They wear out just like tires and should always be replaced when you get new tires because they can only be replaced when the tire is dismounted.

They were very nice, answered all my questions, and got my tires put on in a very timely manner.

I had a nail in my back driver side tire. I decided to pull it out myself and patch it myself. But I still had a leak coming from the tire. Decided to take it down to mavis. They patched it for me. And now Im back on the road. It was fast, friendly and just all around good service.
