I made my first car purchase yesterday. Patrick at DriveTime Mobile made sure I was completely comfortable with every step of the process. I have multiple reasons for a 5 star rating. Note: I rarely give out 5 star ratings for anyone. However, this location far exceeded my expectations.My story: I purchased a Hyundai Sonata from them on Wednesday. The next day, it would not crank as I was trying to leave work, leaving me completely stranded and stressed. I doubt this was the intro you were looking for, but it gets better. I promise.You see, I sent an email to the guy who initially helped me. Within 15 minutes, I was contacted by the assistant manager. He thought it might have been the battery and was going to arrange for one to be brought to me. Long story short: it wasnt the battery. The point, though, is that they dealt with the issue and got the car back to their lot.Saturday, I opted to get something different. They made the process as painless as possible.What impressed me the most is their dedication to making it right and standing by their word. Integrity is super important to me. Along with the warranties, the gap coverage, low down payment, and everything, they exemplified what dealing in any business is supposed to be.

I will advise anyone to try Drive Time because I was denied by many finance companies due to poor credit and past repossessions. Drive Time considered my entire situation not just my credit score.

The dealership manager who’s name I have forgotten but face I remember was super with helping Alicia guide me on the proof of income and proof of mailing address information as well plenty of alternative to get me approved. So whether you bad credit like me or No Credit this review I am posting is for you, because a lot of sales places tell you come in and we can get you approved than you go and you live the same way you came in on feet. But at drive time Alicia was honest told me what I would need down and how much income I needed to earn and so on I don’t know about anyone else but I don’t like my time being wasted and she didn’t do that once I had the goal I called told her I got everything and she made it happen. I bought a car that i loved a few years back from another location in Mississippi and it has turned out to be a lemon. I have put more money into the car to fix it then what is worth and am now upside down on it. I tried to see about trading it in and getting a new one because of the problems. I was told that was not a problem and that they would accept the car back as a trade and that all would be well. They even found me the car i wanted. I got scheduled with the woman who gave me a call. I called a few times today just to clarify things and then called back later that day about the loan and they are now saying that they wont take the car because i owe on it, and if i still want a can i can get one, but i have to pay both loans at the same time. I was quoted my car as being worth $400 when i have $6000 (i purchased the car for $17000) left to pay on it. This is ridiculous and i am so disappointed in this company and the fact that no one seams to be giving the same information. I will now be walking 4 miles to work every day until i can pay off that note on a car that does not work and has been having continues problems for the last 3 years.
