Nissan of Mobile was the second stop of the day looking at cars and it should have been our FIRST !As soon as we were on the lot, Julie McIntosh came out to greet us in the rain.She was extremely kind and helpful,not pushy as some salespeople can be. We were looking at getting a different vehicle and she suggested something that could possibly be better for our family, Im so glad she did!! We ended up getting an extremely nice,low mileage Nissan Rogue Sport for less than vehicles at other dealerships with a better deal. Once we decided on the vehicle,it didnt take very long to get everything done, signed and leave in our new car. Everyone at Nissan of Mobile was kind, helpful and down to earth. Great customer service. My first time buying a new car myself. They got me the car I wanted and worked with me on getting it to me as soon as it came in! Knowledgeable, polite and respectful.
I took my vehicle in for normal maintenance and an inspection. I also informed the service advisor about a rough idle when at a stop. Additionally, I asked for the battery in the key to be replaced. A week went by and I received no call or information in regard to the status of my vehicle so I called the dealership myself. I was informed that the service had been completed already and that my vehicle was ready for pick up. I asked about the rough idle and got no feedback. I also inquired about the battery being changed within the key and was told it doesn’t have one. I know for a fact there is a battery in it as I have changed it myself in the past. Finally, when I arrived at the dealership I found my vehicle unlocked and sitting in a position that anyone could have entered it. When I asked to speak to the General Manager or the Service Manager, I was told they were in a meeting. I left my name and number and have yet to hear from anyone. It has been 3 days now since I have picked up my car.
Great dealer with good ethics. My buying experience was quick and pleasant and like the fact theyre one of the few dealers that has not raised the msrp price due to the chip shortage. Overall great experience, highly recommended.

The service work was done in a timely manner and the staff was very cordial. The customer service rep., Martez, was exceptionally helpful, and periodically gave updates on the work being done.
I arrived Saturday at 1045 am and test drove a car. I liked it. Filled out the app. Knew that I could buy the car. I asked them to clean the Car and went to lunch. After lunch I saw the car had not been moved. I asked again please start cleaning the car. I finally left at 3pm. Went home and got a ride back to pick up my car. I called Bernard Ball who said I have it washed cleaned gased up and pulled up front for u. So I left Grand Bay, 30 min later, I arrive. But no car. I ask, and IT was it out getting gas. Im like ??? 20 minutes later the car is back. When I get it home its NASTY !!!!! It has not been cleaned. Theres hair and bugs in the car. I took it back !!!! Lesson here. LIARS
I took my car here to be serviced. I thank them for the service however. No update was provided to me. No one even called me to tell me the car was ready. I was thinking maybe they are doing extensive worked on it. I called to check the car was done. My service manager was Brian. I’m just disappointed in the fact that no one told me the car was ready. It’s not like I was given a time in which it would be ready when I dropped it off. I need them to do better with communication.

Nissan of Mobile and their staff was amazing!!!!I had a scheduled appointment at Springhill Toyota and, once I got there, they told me to just take the car to Nissan for a faulty break switch and oil change. Once I got to Nissan of Mobile, I was kindly greeted by LaWanda. I explained my problem and apologized for the last minute request. She let me know that they would check it out and try to get me taken care of even though their techs were booked. Brian, the service advisor, let me know the car had a recall for a faulty brake switch and they fixed it immediately with a new part. They communicated everything to me and provided text updates. I will be taking my car to Nissan of Mobile going forward.10/10 recommend!

I took my car in for a detail, that was long overdue... my car came out looking brand new! Definitely impressed how clean they got the interior. Imagine taking dogs to the beach daily, that’s how bad it was inside. I will always let them detail my car now.

Prompt service. I called to schedule and got an appointment right away. I received text updates and a phone call regarding my service and recommendations. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I didn’t get my courtesy wash and vacuum as promised.

This was my first time at this dealership. I was very impressed with the way they checked me in for the service I requested. Everyone was so polite and professional. My service advisor (Erik) was very knowledgeable of the service I needed for my car. After my requested service was completed, he reviewed the paperwork related to my car and how to keep it in top shape.

This was the worse experience I ever had in my life dealing with this dealership,customer service was terrible,no communication with the customer I had to call to find out what was going on with my car..not only that, they had my vehicle from 7/23/21 until 8/5/21 made promises that they didnt keep and did not have a rental I think that driving one of you guys car (Nissan maxima)2020. I dont feel that I was treated like a customer was suppose to be treated. I live in mobile but I will be taking my business over the bay. you guys made a lot money putting in a transmission off my warranty. something need to be changed about the people in service department if they theyre of working retire or just go home and stop being negative towards people you never know what they are going through there self.

We were traveling out of state from CO, when we heard a metal on metal sound coming from our front driver side wheel. We stopped in to get someone to look at it. They were taking cars by appointment only, but was able to squeeze us in. They were able to fix the problem and we were in and out within 1 hour back on the road. They took great care of us and the car. We were kept on the loop the whole way. Martez McCall difanitely went above and beyond for us. Thank you!

Good quick service on my wifes car without the usual upsale attempts I get at other dealers. I want the right service for my wifes car not an excuse for someone to run up a bill on me. Id love to write a good review on the dealer & the service, but I cant get anyone at the service department to even answer the phone. Been calling for 3 days & never an answer. Just left listening to music waiting for 30-40 minutes at a time.

I had my vehicle repaired here for a recall and I also got some wiring repaired. I enjoyed my customer service here and they were respectful of my vehicle. I also like that they informed me digitally of the issues the mechanic found. I did have a four hour wait but my time went by relatively fast. I like that they have refreshment options and a few choices for seating. Brian is the service center rep that handled my appointment and he was professional and kind. He fully understood what I needed and kept me updated with the progress on my car.

Brian my service advisor and Terry the Service Manager were extremely helpful, attentive, and it’s the first time I went to a service department and I was shocked because of how little I had to pay. Over the last several months we have been to multiple dealerships looking for the right fit. At every dealership we received the typical sales tactics you dread when car shopping. We left one dealership in particular feeling like we were being pressured into the vehicle.Then we came to Nissan and met Keke. She was a dream to work with. No pressure, no double talk, just presented us with the numbers and answered our questions. She even kept an eye on our 5 year old while we were working with the financing department.This was my 3rd vehicle purchase and by far the best experience.

Check engine light came on, dealer had my vehicle in service dept. for 13 days. All they did to maybe resolve issue was to change the positions of 2 existing sensors, approx. 1 hour job . Poor communication between dealership and customer. Picked up truck with grease smudges on drivers side, RF tire inflated to 48 psi, should be 35psi, valve cap also missing, could do better.
I will definitely recommend your service department. They were honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and provided a thorough fantastic service. Unfortunately I cannot recommend your product. Transmission is only good for 100k then there cost to repair is more than the vehicle is worth. No thanks Ill buy from another manufacturer. If your decide to carry another make let me know and well be back. Again the service department is fantastic, but Nissans quality is garbage

I’ve had ups and downs with Nissan of Mobile. Today 2/24/21 was not bad. If I could rate them on time I had to wait it would be 3 stars (4 hours to diagnose a window switch) I know there were other vehicles in the shop but 4 hours is a little long. If I could rate them on customer service it would be a 5 and I have had some bad experiences with them in the past. My advisor was John Carter and he was very professional and I got frequent updates while I was waiting. I only go to the dealership if I absolutely have to and after the last few times there I was trying to avoid going as much as possible but I had no choice. The visit today made me feel a little better about having to go back if I need to.
I was in and out in 35 minutes. I was very pleased, since after making an appointment yesterday in person for 9:30 this am I was told this morning it would take an hour to a hour and a half to complete the job. Thanks guys for the hurry up. I did appreciate it.
It was horrible. I went to have my water pump repaired. Of course they Suggested two other repairs which I agree to do which totaled $1316. When I pick up the car I made it as far as Car Max before I had to turn around. My car was shaking, smoking and puttering violently. I returned the car back to the dealership and was told there was over $4000 of other things that needed to be done. Mind you all these things passed the check list. One repair was over $1500 which wouldn’t have been detected with one of the two they claim to have done. This issue would’ve also been noticed if it was test driven after the repairs. Needless to say they fixed something concerning the wheel and I still couldn’t drive the car home. It was like paying for a radiator repair on a car with motor. I want my money back. Customer service is horrible. It took over 30+ phone calls intended for Brian Wenzel for me to just give up calling and pop up and just tow my car home. NEVER AGAIN!!!
I went to my scheduled 7 AM appointment. I was promptly greeted and had my vehicle taken to service. I was very pleased that my van did not sit for a long while before serviced. They immediately got the work done and I was gone probably an hour before I thought I would. I had my tires rotated and I have had it happen 3 times over the years that tire places did not actually rotate but said they had. Nissan of Mobile did rotate mine as I knew the condition of my tires and knew the work was done. My van was kept clean on driver side with a paper mat used. They gave me a detailed report what the inspection showed. They were not pushy about suggested things that may need to be done. I am all about customer service in my own work and I was very satisfied that Nissan of Mobile had my best interests in mind. I recommend the service department highly.Randy Moris
