I’ve been paying for repairs since day one...After putting a ridiculous amount down on this vehicle!!!! It has completely shut down in five o’clock traffic which is the last straw!!! Sold me a car with a broken mirror they tried glueing back together. Fender also came loose 20 minutes after leaving the dealership. The fairly new car had a clean car fax but something else had to have happened. It’s a shame because they were nice. Just wish they had warned me before buying

Not the shiniest place around, but they were one of the highest offers for my used vehicle. I do wish the sales person was more knowledgeable about the features of the car we were looking at, but they have so many cars of different makes/models on the lot that it is impossible to know every molecular detail about every single vehicle. Give them a shot if you’re looking for the most money for your trade in.

I need to talk to the owner of the shop the lady thats name Tonya give me the runner around .. she keeps saying that his not available. Will I let them fix on my car and I paid almost a 1.000.00 and they fix the things that was wrong with my car but there broke my vent in my car and they are lying that they didnt break anything but I know when I drop it off to them it wasnt like that and they dont want to fix it and theyre not trying to to talk to there boss about so can someone thats over every one thats in the shop call me I left my name and number there a few times I still havent got no answer Im just up set about it .. if that happens to there car you would want it fix and I was going to bring more business to them Im truly hurt from this....

Very disappointed. I felt great through the entire experience until after the sale.One of the tires on the car had almost no tread. I negotiated a new tire into the deal.It’s now just shy of two months. I was given a We Owe for the tire which is common.Now I have called to follow up with the sales person, nothing. I have talked to the F&I manager and was told that it had to be ordered. I called back again and went into voicemail with never a returned phone call.Yesterday I purchased a new tire myself at a dealership, less than $200 and available in less than 24 hours. It’s absolutely incredible that Carboxx would ruin a relationship over $200.

I wont completely bash these guys Ill just give you my experience so you know what to look for. I was interested in a Mazda 3 in their inventory. I was able to get on the lot and look at the car for about 15 minutes without interruption so I wasnt distracted. I could tell the dealer had not maintained the vehicle possibly since its arrival. All four tires had decent tread depth but where dry rot, All the fluids under the hood where low, the battery was dead, the brakes where so badly warn that if it wasnt for fear of an accident I would have never used them because of the terrible grinding noise, and when turning the steering wheel left or right a loud grinding noise can be heard. The sales men informed me they would not be replacing anything, but would address the fluids and grease wherever the sound was coming from on the steering wheel.. But not fix? I wont recommend them but I Also wont tell you to run away. Honestly I was skeptical once I read the reviews on Google but even more alarming was that the owner hasnt responded to any of the negative reviews. To me, that communicates a lack of responsibility, leadership, and accountability. As a business owner I know ethics of the company start from the top. If the owner doesnt care why would his employees. Do your research, inspect your potential purchase, and dont be afraid to walk away. Blessings!
