I made the mistake of buying my Taylormade Sim Max driver at a competitor only two months ago. After only a few rounds the shaft snapped right at the hosel. The golf rep at the other store said that because I had a tee mark on the face near the back edge, Taylormade would not take care of it. I stopped in to Edwin Watts to look around and happened to mention this to Barry and he said he would gladly take care of it. The shaft from Taylormade will be here soon. I was blown away, he could have easily dismissed it because I didn’t buy it there. That defines truly AMAZING customer service, and now all my golf equipment purchases will be there and nowhere else. Thank you Barry, for your enthusiasm about golf and going over and above… you earned a lifelong customer.

Walked in for the first time today and liked the vibe and I am new to golf and didnt know much and these guys were super helpful and gave me tips and honest opinions on what golf balls work for what and were never rude about me not knowing much about the terms. Berry was a great help in selecting a new driver for me. Took the time to answer all my questions and didn’t rush me through the process. Put me on the simulator and again he was a great resource in my selection. Moved here from Alanta where I frequently shopped the EW there and very glad to find this location and the staff for all my Golf needs!

Walked in today to look for a new putter. I left with a great putter but more importantly, I had confidence in the putter I purchased. Barry was wonderful! He took time to ask questions about my game and what my concerns were. Didnt try to sell me something high priced but actually worked with me to find the right putter for my particular form and stroke. Coached me a good bit too. At my request, we then talked about drivers. Went to take a few swings and I can promise you that with the service I received today, I will be returning for all my golf needs including that driver - sooner rather than later. Service makes all the difference and Barry Camilleri is patient, knowledgeable and experienced.

Cathy fitted me on three seperate occasions. After she fitted me for a set of irons, when I came back in and got a hybrid and then a 3 wood, she already had a great idea of what i would hit best. This saved me time and money. Everyone there actually tried to get me into the clubs I hit the best, not necessarily the most expensive. I absolutely recommend this store because of the staff.
