Bought a house in July this year. The previous homeowners bought a new window through B & W in June. Was told they would get ahold of us when window came in to install it. In August I called to check on window and it wasnt available yet. In Sept same thing. Here it is Nov 1 and i have been calling and getting run around and leaving messages with no call backs. I know I didnt purchase the window but i have broken window that needs fixed

New construction home done in 2016 and this company went up and beyond to make my new house my dream house ... no hidden extra costs I actually got money back, Bruce Wilburn is straightforward everyone told how stressful this can be but B&W made it stress free and easy all I had to do was tell him what I wanted picked out colors of paint carpet and siding and he created my dream house This company is beyond Excellence and they are building my next house next summer can’t wait super excited!!

Had a covered porch put on the front of my house. It turned out just as I wanted. It is awesome. They were nice to work with, polite, and cleaned up after their selves every day. I want them back next year to redo my back deck. Love the way it all turned out.

Had facia trim installed at our condo association 9 years ago. Last summer white coating began peeling off all over various condos and buildings. Exposes silver color underneath. Flakes of white peelings lying all around. B&W will do nothing for us. Claims we are out of our warranty period, which is 10 years. Looks horrible. They claim it is a defective product, yet they won’t do anything about it.

They treat there customers with respect and very fair prices.The workmanship is awesome too.

I couldnt be more pleased. Professional, on time and within budget. Willing to go beyond what was expected.
