The owner, Spencer, quickly responded to give us a bid and took the time to answer all of our questions. Our gutter technician, Jonathan, was absolutely awesome! I needed a new roof and new siding. I called several businesses and got many estimates. I chose Mainstream because their price was fair, their professionalism and the product.I received a new roof within weeks and it was only delayed due to heavy rains. The team worked fast and the roof looked amazing. The mess was cleaned promptly and we have not seen nails.Due to supply issues we had our siding installed a few months later. All along, the company called us to keep us informed of the delays.When the supply arrived, we were moved to the top of the list.Then we met Johnnie! He was amazing! He personalized our siding all along! We had a bat and he looked and made sure there was no more in the attic! His attention to detail was impeccable and so appreciated. I was in need of siding for my garage and Mainstream was recommended by a relative. The salesperson was personable and knowledgeable about the products he offered. I was told how long it would take to receive the choosen siding but I was pleasantly suprised when the produce came in way before the expected date. My siding was installed with great precision by Johnnie and when he was dibne there was no debris left in my yard.

I would recommend Mainstream to anyone I know without hesitation. They replaced every window in my house - 21 windows total. The entire team at Mainstream is amazing. Spencer came to do the quote, showed me samples and explained the options I had. Tim checked measurements before placing the order, and when the windows arrived they were able to get them installed much sooner than I had expected. The team cleaned up after themselves, and they were done within a couple of days. Tim and Spencer both checked back in after the job was completed to make sure I was satisfied. We recently replaced all the windows on our 70-year-old home and chose Mainstream and we couldn’t be happier. We received bids from several companies, both locally owned companies like Mainstream and from some of the national companies that are household names. From the initial consultation to receiving the bid there was no comparison. Mainstream was the most knowledgeable, answered our questions, and provided suggestions for a few non-traditional windows. Spencer came with samples of the windows they had available and spent time walking us through the different features with each model. They started out by asking what we wanted to accomplish and went from there. We made it clear we were going to get bids from several and did not pressure us to decide right away.Installation was within the window they advised and done very professionally, with great communication, and with minimal disruption (we both work at home and this was impressive). A representative from Mainstream checked on the work in person each day through the installation process and we received a call from the Mainstream office to make sure things were going well and asking if we had any questions. The quality of the installation and the windows themselves are both top notch. Clean up and haul away of our old windows was thorough. We didn’t have so much as a spot of dust afterwards. The final walk through process was thorough and Tim identified a detail on one screen we didn’t even notice and took it with him and had it back the next day.Our house got a significant face lift while keeping the details we liked about having an older home. We’ve noticed our house is quieter and cooler. Looking forward to the differences we’ll notice this winter. I highly recommend Mainstream.

We have done business with Mainstream for the last 15 years,2005 had new roof,gutter guard,and blown in installation done.2010 we had new replacement windows and doors installed.2019 had 2 windows that were left to complete the whole house. Had the owner, Spencer come out to quote 2 of 7 windows that need replaced. He advised I would receive the quote that day (9-10) so I called a couple days later inquiring about the quote and was told my email bounced back the quote I called again today (9-16) and its more of the ole well hes been at job sites for the last 3 days... and did we mention were not doing quotes anymore for windows this season so, due to their inability to email or call someone to provide a quote, I now wont get a quote since theyve stopped giving them

They moved all the furniture and and curtains and blinds, and put everything back in its proper place. Once they were here they stayed here until the project was finished and cleaned up. We have had our windows and roof replaced by Mainstream and we have been extremely pleased with their workmanship! When we first developed a leak on our roof, Steve (Mainstreams estimator/salesman) came to our home crawled up into our attic and made a temporary repair. This occurred on a Sunday afternoon. Once again great company!

We had MainStream do a gutter cover project. The product works great and install crew was very efficient and when the project was completed, there was no no sign that they were ever there. Cleaned up everything, nothing left behind. Jeff and his team worked with me on a few revisions, no questions asked. Excellent customer service and follow up. I had them do new windows on my house back in 2011. My neighbor had recommended them for the same work. They did an amazing job. They have now done siding and door work for my in-laws at my recommendation. Again great work. Last year Needed a new roof, and had them bid it. Very competitive pricing. There were a couple of issues with the roofing and gutters, but it only took 1 phone call to Mainstream and they took care of it, without hesitation. Mainstream replaced an old roof for me in April 2018. The owner met with me to provide and estimate, and he explained all the options clearly and was not at all pushy. The work was done at the time promised, and pricing was very competitive. I was out of town when the work was done, but the owner sent me text updates and even some photos of how the work was progressing in my absence. Cleanup was superb. I could not find any evidence of the work being done other than a beautiful new roof! Have received many compliments from neighbors on the project. If you are looking to get a new roof at a competitive price, I would definitely recommend you look into having Mainstream do the job for you.

We have been with Mainstream since June 8, 2009 when they replaced our windows. Since then they have installed vinyl siding, new gutters and a new roof. We were happy with each job.The latest job that we had them do this week was the replacement of a 40 yr old glass sliding door for our deck. Cedro and Tony did an outstanding job. Cedro, the lead carpenter, takes pride in his work. In this day of fly by night contractors, its wonderful to find craftsmen that enjoy what they are doing and take pride in their work.On another note, these Google reviews for Mainstream included a one star rating from some gutless person that did not identify themselves.Please dont take any such rating into account. It was obviously one of the fly by nighters who is jealous of Mainstreams outstanding performance.

Mainstream installed 9 windows in my >80 year old house. It took them about two days, and when they finished, it was if the windows had been replaced by magic. There was no dust, no splinters or other debris - they even took down the blinds and put them back up! The aluminum wrapping they did around the exterior of the windows was perfect! Unfortunately, I had to move away. Wish these guys had a location in southern Indiana!

2 years ago, MainStream did our roof. We were very impressed with the one on one contact with the sales/estimator, Steve. We then met with the job cordinator/ crew leader, Tim. He walked us through the process. Then the crew arrived.... On time if you can imagine that?! They did a fabulous job, and had the area so clean that you couldnt tell we had any work done!!This year when it came time to do the windows, we made contact and asked for a bid. Imagine my surprise when Steve, arrived! He was willing to work with us and get us scheduled at a time that worked for our schedules. (Which wasnt easy) And even gave me a few ideas, which I had not previously considered. Tim came out and we went through the process and discussed where wed start, end and everything that would come in between.Then the crew showed up.... On time!!! Imagine that!.I can NOT praise these 4 enough! Not only were they respectfull of my home, but were also considerate of my dogs. They did a fabulous job with the clean up, including vacuuming around the floor areas where they had worked.I do highly recommend MainStream to anyone wanting a high quality job at a competitive and reasonable price.We will likely be calling them back in a couple of years for new siding and gutters. Workers were very fast and effecient replacung 5 of my windows. It was inspected by the boss which was nice. I dont really have a complaint per se but im a list kind of person so having an actual install date would have been great however having to deal with mother nature is something i can understand lol..ty for the great job!
