Had an appointment for Coronavirus shot After 15 minutes and no movement to the people in front of me I left to go elsewhere. There were 2 employees for 10 people in 2 lines 1 for shots one for prescriptions didnt understand why adequate staffers werent available? Walgreens care more about profits than providing decent customer service

Quick and easy flu shot October 2020

Do not recommend this pharmacy. Last night Friday 2/26 I sat in the drive thru for a pick up for 27 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. I arrived just after 8 pm and understand they must have been very busy... guess the man taking out the trash had his mind on that arduous task instead of the 3 customers in queue.Be right with you its a little busy isnt that difficult. Taking future Rx and all business elsewhere.

Old lady (Carole ) was VERY RUDE. Had a very sassy attitude with me and when I asked for a bag practically threw it at me.

I waited in their drive-through line to pick up a prescription for almost 45 minutes. They are understaffed and need to hire new employees in order to be more efficient & not lose more customers.

Went a few weeks ago and meet the manager who was fairly nice however I Went back in last week and the experience was horrible. I was helped by Josie who has a tattoo sleeve, not only was she incredibly slow at processing my transactions, but Josie apparently thought it would be alright to walk away in the middle of helping me checkout and assist someone on the photo area! Unfortunately my survey expired but I hope Walgreens sees this! Thats the reason there are other employees on the floor, theres even a code to call ! Josie needs some help with her training so she can fully assist in her capacity as shift supervisor. I wont be returning here anytime soon

The pharmacy located at 490 W Huntington Dr, Monrovia, CA 91016 has a fantastic staff.Specifically Maureen and Rob.These two individuals have gone above and beyond to care for my entire family in recent weeks. I dont know where we would be without them.Thank you so much.The Wolf family.

So my family are here from AZ. Stopped in here to get some coughing medicine, sudifed, cough drops for my kids. We came in at 9:50pm picked out our stuff and used their bathroom. Wife came in because she has the card to pay. She came in at 10pm and the guy gave her a hard time. I told him she has the card to pay. While I pay my wife went to use the bathroom and the guy didnt want her to use their restroom because theyre closing at 10. Im sorry you have to wait an extra 3 mins. Worst customer service ever!!!

Best Customer Service ! All of the employees at this location are helpful and professional. Yesterday. I had surgery yesterday and I filled my pain medication prescription at Walgreens. I returned today to speak with Maureen to ask her advice about a possible allergic reaction I was experiencing from this medication. Maureen offered to call my surgeon.amd ask for an alternative. I was very grateful for her assistance!

Some people just don’t have nothing better to do then bash people whether it’s the service or race. I would understand if a person is being rude then ya be mad but not if a person is working trying to help everyone. Some people have high expectations and need to realize that everyone isn’t perfect.

Terrible service. I waited over 30 minute without any help!! They are the slowest pharmacy Ive ever been to. If you are wanting to get something filled in even a decent amount of time and not be ignored- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

1.12.19, old lady was very rude and not helpful at all. Prices are very misleading,,Revlon lipsticks says 89 cents, 99cents but when I tried to purchase them all, it wasnt those prices

Went in a couple of days ago to pick up a new prescription for my mom. The pharmacy tech Carina M. was so rude and she was just in a hurry to get rid of me. My mother could not believe how rude she was. This is not are normal Walgreens but it was convenient since my mom lived up street. We asked her about the prescription and what the instruction were. She kept telling me my mothers doctor should have told her and the worse part she said the instructions are on the bottle. Was so disappointed in this place. We will not return to this Walgreens.

To the person who gave it one-star, no where on the Walgreens website does it say this is a 24-hour pharmacy. They list their pharmacy hours very clearly. I love this Walgreens, clean, friendly, helpful staff.

Worst pharmacy experience ever. After having a tooth pulled tried to get a prescription filled and had the worst time. Tried several times to help them get in touch with my pharmacy provider and they still called my health insurance! Paid full price for prescriptions just so I could go home and take my pain pills. Will go somewhere else if I need to get a prescriptio in a hurry.The bad part is I have maintenance medicine I take and get my prescriptions filled at the Walgreens in Pasadena with no problem. Dont know why they couldnt figure it out.

It has recently been passed that ANY convenient store in the state of California is not to sale ANY tobacco products in a convenient store that has a Pharmacy, which this Walgreens is in complete violation of. They have a Pharmacy in back and sale Tobacco at the front counter. Ive also came in with my girlfriend to buy wine who is 23 years old and i am 22. When at the register the night time lady manager asked us both for our IDs since we were both standing there which was a little shocking to both of us. (I just lost my ID and have my dmv paper work as a copy of me while waiting for my new one in the mail) at this point she refuesed to sale us the wine and told me i need a valid ID which i then explained with my paper on the counter that this is my valid dmv ID card while i wait for my new card in the mail. She declined us and we walked out. Will never return to this walgreens ever again. And i pray they get fined for the Illegal sale of Tobacco in a Pharmacy!
