I highly recommend Extra Space Storage on Carmichael road in Montgomery, AL. The storage spaces are clean, affordable, and I love the fact they they have flatbed hand trucks (dolleys) right near the entrance for tenant usage. They also sell boxes on sight, and the young lady who assisted me (Beth) was very polite and friendly.

Yes, This was the Best experience i had so far at and storage facility. Beth was so nice & had a pleasant attitude. When explaining about the property and the lease agreement she was well knowledgeable about everything. I give this property 5 stars .

Getting a storage unit has been easy 😌 the clerk was nice and easy going. She was willing to answer all my questions with ease. I reserved a larger unit but it was easy to request a smaller one after looking at it. So far I think this will be a good experience.

She made sure every question I had was answered and even gave me directions to the closest walmart since I just moved to Montgomery! This location is beautiful and so clean! Even though they didnt have what I wanted Christina gave me her card and told me about another store that had what I needed and I will be going tomorrow at south blvd to get the unit! She passed away this year and I needed to see about switching the account into my name, so I can keep the storage unit until I can get there from Maryland to sort everything out. I spoke with Shannon. He explained what I needed to provide so he could change the account into my name. He was extremely pleasant and helpful. He definitely made dealing with a difficult situation much easier.
