I had been to about 8 other furniture stores and I was looking for something specific. They had a sofa on the sales floor and they showed me a catalog with what I wanted. They are the nicest people and we are very happy with the furniture. 😄

Deal time furniture is TRULY the BEST furniture store my husband and I have ever been to! From the shopping experience to the actual buying- these people here are so patient, and take the time to make sure you go home 100% satisfied! My husband and I took 2 days in this store making our final decision for our sofa selection. I have personally used your time furniture for over a year on several different things. Luis and the other guys that work here on the one in Hesperia are awesome they they absolutely help me with decisions and pricing and just overall very polite and courteous people. I have not tried the roll away bed for guests yet but the sales man is a very nice guy. He is friendly. He went out his way to make sure I had a great deal. The delivery staff were nice.

I went in and was held by Robert which I may say he has great customer service! Robert was able to give me a great price all day dining room table. Usually when you go into furniture companies you feel the pressure from the sales representative to buy not here, Robert was very hopeful and was not pushy at all. Thank you Robert for your help! They helped us find exactly what we needed and really were great to work with. We just had our cal king pillow top bed delivered yesterday and its wonderful so far!!! We have purchased couches and we just purchased a bunk bed due to our kids out growing the first hideaway bed set we bought from them 5yrs ago. There service is always good and honest about you get what you pay for. They listened to what we wanted showed us a few options on quality and let us make a decision without pressuring us to get the most expensive stuff knowing our kids will out grow it before it breaks

Me and my wife came here months ago for a rocking chair and we went in and keep asking for the price and they told us a $120 then a few weeks later came back to ask about the rocking chair again so the guy said I can order it from the catalog but it would cost a bit more so decided to wait. Then we happen to drive by and we finally see the same rocking chair and I go to try to get it and they said its $189 thats ridiculous shes about to give birth shed been waiting for months its not worth it.

The furniture is affordable, but its cheap and poor quality. Our leather couch was our first purchase. The leather began flaking off after a few years, and it turns out that its not leather after all. Its tiny pieces of leather that are bonded to cloth. It has become extremely messy. Our second purchase (before our leather couch turned in to a cloth couch) was a pillow-top mattress that appeared to be good quality. My husband and I are small, but the mattress didnt even last for 3 years. It began sinking in the middle and was very uncomfortable. We will not be returning. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned.

Very rude service and very insulting. I was just trying to ask simple questions and they continued to talk to me like I was dumb and as if I was suppose to know these things. I always try to support local businesses but not when you treat your guests that way. I can order online for a quarter of the price they are trying to over charge.

A friendly salesman named Robert (who no longer works there) made the sale. Tried to make it seem like he was giving us a deal, but come to find out they sell at the catalog prices - no exceptions.At any rate, the good service from that employee was not the mark of future events. My furniture was a week late and I only got it by hounding them with calls. The newest employee was clueless. I call and introduce myself with first and last name as well as what I ordered... only to get the response what?..... ugh. The furniture is good quality, the service is lacking. Im afraid i wont go back - not with many other places to choose from in the High Desert

We werent satisfied with our purchase,, an employee didnt help us make a good selection on a bunk bed that we bought,, beside the fact that we specifically told him for whom the bed was for,, he lied to me nd sold me the cheapest mattress they had nd my kids were literally sleeping on the rails of the bottom bunk bed,, it was a very uncomfortable week having to sleep on that bed,, I wouldnt recommend this place but anyone that needs new furniture with good quality try Best Deal on Main nd C
