I brought my laptop here to get simple work on it done; to get my keyboard fixed and have it run faster since the start up time was slow. I was told it would take 3 days until my laptop was ready, not 3 days for just the keyboard to arrive. Which it didn’t even take 3 days, it took a whole week which is understandable if I knew I was waiting on a part to come, but I did not. On top of that once the keyboard finally arrived a week later I got a call saying that THEY had ordered the wrong part and wanted me to pay $60 more for the right part, so I wasn’t even able to get my laptop fixed and they hadn’t even started on my laptop at all this whole process because they waited a whole week to tell me that they forgot to get the pin to my computer. It took an additional 2 days for me to get my laptop after already having it there for a week and they never even called me to tell me it was ready for pickup like they said they would. And when I got home and turned on and logged into my laptop for the first time all of my personal apps were deleted! I had to log back into my Google chrome accounts and everything else like it was a brand new laptop. Which tells me that all they did was do a factory reset on it and thought deleting everything would make it run faster which it did not 🤦🏾‍♀️ I basically paid $129 just to get my computer reset. They did offer me a refund for the keyboard service, but that’s about the only positive thing from this experience.

Went there two weeks ago to get my iPhone screen replaced after changing the screen I noticed problems with the lighting but thought nothing of it after about 1-2 days my screen started lifting and the screen would stay lit but go black when touched towards the bottom left of the screen. Then the following day the home button popped off and kept rapidly clicking as if I kept pressing it couldnt get it to stop or restart it till it died. Overall the customer service was good but the quality of the work is not worth the $80 dollars spent. Couldve had better work done if I did it my self

I came here to get my phone fixed about a week ago because i had screen issues where my screen wouldn’t respond to touch and a day and a half after they replaced my screen i noticed a LCD line going right down the middle, this has never been an issue for me so i thought it might be a system problem so i restarted my phone and the line was still there. i googled it at first and a majority of the technicians said it was due to an improper screen replacement. i was super careful with my phone considering i had just got it fixed and i was scared that it would break again. there was no outer damage to my phone. i had called a of couple of days later and spoke to the “boss”, when i spoke to him he refused to even acknowledge the fact that there was a possibility that they applied the screen wrong or they went wrong in any kind of way. which is a huge possibility. he was extremely rude over the phone and refused to listen to what i was saying. he told me to come in and i live 30 minutes away which is a huge inconvenience considering i’m extremely busy during this time. i came and i explained my issue and the guy at the stand just didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing, out of all of the people i spoke with he was the nicest though. he said he would look at the phone after i continuously asked him to, they didn’t even have the common curtesy to offer to look at my phone, like they knew they had messed it up. my screen also doesn’t respond to touch, i have to physically press the power button to turn it on and i showed him and he said he can’t do anything because of the line. like what does the warranty even cover?i came back and he said the phone had no water damage or physical damage inside or out meaning they put on a defective screen/ cheap screen or they probably allowed a static charge to damage one of the chips when the device was open. he told me he couldn’t do anything and even wanted me to pay EXTRA for them to fix what they broke in the first place, like why would i even consider coming here again. the worst part was the “boss” who i spoke with on the phone who acted like a complete CHILD and questioned me about why i had not came earlier and questioning weather or not i was telling the truth. i found him completely rude and petty. i told him i had even called apple and they had told me the same thing and he told me he was going to do the same, super childish. he then told me someone would call me the next day to further resolve my issue and no call back. they have horrible customer service and don’t treat people with respect. they claim that you can just call them and they’ll try and help you out but they don’t, their warranty doesn’t cover anything and they’re honestly just a huge scam.

This place is legit the guys there know what they are doing.

Went to get my screen fixed and got it back with a screen that doesnt fit and now I cant even charge it and the guy tells me he can recommend a place I can take it to but Im like you broke it all it needed was the screen replace I literally only had this tablet for a little over a month and now Im out of money and wasted time

I took my ps4 pro here because the fan sounded like it was apart of a jet engine . He cleaned and fix it up in 1 day. Now its so quiet i forget its even on. Highly recommend this place.

I went to the repair center in Moreno Valley and I dealt with a man named Victor. He was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He gave us a great price for a great product. We were so impressed the phone look brand new when he was finished and he said it would be finished in 20 minutes and that’s exactly what happened. I love this place I’ve taken two different phones now and got the same result. I would refer anyone and have referred people to this business thank you repair center.

IPhone X screen lasted about 3 months... Face ID no longer works, screen twitches as if someones swiping it. Was told that dirt probably got under the screen since they don’t seal it like oem, and that I might need a new screen for the other problem. Was told about there 1month warranty and that’s that.

The first experience I had with a screen repair here was awesome, the guy who helped was really nice and did a great job. However I brought my iPad here on Nov. 25 and this repair job is terrible. Firstly, when I brought it home I noticed little marks under the screen (bubbles maybe?) and also a hair... it is 100% my fault for not taking it back right away to be fixed but driving back to the mall with a toddler isn’t the funnest thing and seemed like more trouble than it was worth (kicking myself now but anyways) I am now noticing my screen is lifting and of course I can’t find my receipt. For a $75 repair, I don’t think the screen should be lifting especially when I don’t even use my iPad that often. The guy definitely rushed this repair. I’m not saying all the employees do a bad job because that is not the case. But if you come here, make sure you double check the screen before leaving just in case.

I always past by this place and never thought I will see myself coming here. But I broke the glass that covers the camera on my Note 8 and brought here not knowing if they can help. Eduardo helped me out less than 40 min later fixed done for a really affordable price. Had some issues with camera brought it back and Allen (I think he was the owner/manager) happily listened to my concerns and said come back less than 1hr. Came back and phone was good to go! FREE OF CHARGE!!!!!!!!! Thank you Allen or Alan will recommend.

So my phone went through a conveyor belt at the airport and thought I needed a new phone but the device repair center fixed my screen (that was the only issue) no problem. Very affordable and efficient!! They fixed my screen in 20 min and very nice personnel! Highly recommend for the rest of the clutzes of the world!!

This place was a nightmare. They replaced my wifes broken screen but then began other issues. I went back 7 times before they offered me a refund. The catch? Theyd put the broken screen back on, leave all the new issues, then charge me a labor fee for damaging the phone.Took 2 days off work to meet up with the owner and he never showed.Also worth mentioning that the second to last time there, the guy went into my wifes camera roll. That part of my complaint was never even acknowledged.Quick recap: tons of wasted gas, missed work, privacy invaded, had to get a new phone, and never so much as an apology or refund.WORST RESPONSE IVE EVER SEEN:You guys are so full of it. 4 times you got to work on it and 4 times it came out more damaged. There was no water damage reported or noticed until the 5th time.How are you going to tell me what is and isnt on your cameras like im supposed to take your word for it when your employee LEFT THE APP OPEN WHEN HE RETURNED THE PHONE.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE!! I was referred here by a friend to get my cracked screen replaced. The guy that helped me named Alan wasnt very welcoming but I figured I shouldnt expect a lot with the price. We were told that it would take 20 mins which turned into an hour. Shouldve known by that point something wasnt right. When I finally was given my phone back the screen looked great but my home button/touch id (iPhone 7) was no longer working. When I brought it up, Alan told me that the notification was already there on the phone when he received it which is absolutely untrue. My phone was in perfect working condition besides the cracked screen before handing it over. He then became very rude and unhelpful and made it clear that I was S.O.L because I signed a contract. Signing it was a TERRIBLE mistake. Fast forward to the next day and my screen has completely stopped responding to touch. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AND TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR PHONE! I regret trying to go the cheaper route and now have to buy a replacement and am out the $70 i was charged to have my phone destroyed. Wish I could give 0 stars

My screen was lifted and my phone kept glitching up. It would open and close out of apps and randomly call people. They charged me $85 to repair my phone and it took less than an hour. Great customer service and great service. They also gave me a free temper glass cover.
