Overall great experience with excellent service. Though a little longer than usual wait times due to uncontrollable system failures, Stephanie and the team were able to fully process our order for our new phones. It gets busy at night so be there early.Most definitely recommend!
My girl friend did not want me to go anywhere else to get a phone upgrade. She always have had good experience with this store, particularly from their staff, CHRIS C & she was RIGHT! Let me preface by stating that I understand that in this time of the Covid Pandemic, it is extremely difficult for all business to function at a normal level. I have tried calling Verizon customer service several times to help me address my concerns over the phone but have never been called back. I was lucky enough to make it to this store after work while it was still open. My concern, though I thought it would be quick, ended up taking SO LONG to resolve. Despite that, Angelica who worked at Verizon, was incredibly professional, kind, patient. I know that it was a difficult situation to deal with at the end of the day, and yet, she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and had a great attitude, which helped me as a customer. I cannot say enough amazing things about her and my experience at this store. I have been with this company for many years, and most people are kind, but nobody has gone above and beyond like she has and I am forever grateful for her. She made a huge impact on me as a customer and as human being. Definitely paying forward that kindness and patience!

I had trouble activating a new iPhone 12 Pro Max. After calling Verizon several times and going into another authorized retailer with no resolution, I stopped by Victra Moreno Valley as a last ditch effort. I made a joke to Christopher Carbajal about him probably not being able to help unless he had a magic touch. Miraculously, he had my phone activated within minutes. I asked him what he did (that no one else seemed to know how to do) and he replied, I guess I have the magic touch. Chris was knowledgable, helpful, polite and cordial. It was a pleasure working with him and Victra is lucky to have him.

I just want to say we went to the Verizon store off Moreno Beach Drive in Moreno Valley and the sales rep Christopher Carbajal deserves a 100 % plus rating. My husbands phone got wet and he lost tons of his files and pictures and my phone had problems retrieving data when I got my new phone. He fixed both our phones and was so polite and very smart and sold us a glass protector for our phones and 2 extra memory devices for both our phones. Im planning on calling the corporate office because I think he needs a great raise and promotion. My husband and I even went and got him an In & Out giftcard for all his hard work he did. Im a gap customer and will go to Chris from now on as hes honest and I even appreciated his greeting when we went into the store. He said Welcone to Verizon. Horrible experience. Signed it to be put on a wait list. 2.5hrs later Im still waiting only to have them take in a different customer who has been waiting a lot less time than I have. Apparently she had an appointment. When I called to make an appointment I was told they dont do appointments. Another little while later after he finished helping out that prior customer, he came out to tell me that hes going on lunch and that they will help me out soon. Im still waiting. This was the first-ever review I wrote for Verizon. My prior experience dealing with them either by phone or in their stores have always been unpleasant --- could not remember a moment in the past when I ended up satisfied with their customer service; got nothing good to say but mostly disappointments which Id then rather shrug off than having to waste my time & effort to put on a review. I take exception however on my recent visit @ their store in Moreno Beach as this was the only moment I could say that Verizon has some great people after all. It was unfortunate that decision had to be made that day to replace my old phone, a Samsung S7 which had been my reliable partner in winning my bread for the past 4 yrs. I accidentally dropped it and before I know it, a big portion of the phone screen (not broken nor cracked) had turned purplish-black. I had consulted a repair tech and rather than wait for many days for the needed parts to come so the screen can be fixed, I opted to just buy a new phone praying that there must be a way to transfer treasured info into the new phone. Alas! Got no Cloud/Google back-up... the screens too black that it was almost impossible to even turn it on nor access the phones contents. But came to rescue was this very cheerful and polite young man named CHRIS CARVAJAL. While his colleagues stood there with the doubting Tomas looks on their faces (kindah like telling me, No way!....It-cant-be-done!), this young man just patiently worked on it; tried and tried; never gave up until he made it happen. After which, he had given this old school some worthy advice on how to better take care of my new phone and preserve info for easy recovery should same mishap happen again. Bless this young mans heart...May Verizon try its best to increase its tribe with people like him!

The employees here are the best of the best. If you are in a hurry, depending on business volume at the time, you may want to drive by. They treat each customer as though they are the only one in the store, and will not rush you out of the store to help someone else. I will always wait on Dina, Daniel, and Jesus to take care of my needs.

The Manager Nicolas is unprofessional, says he will do things and never does. There was supposed to be a $60 credit added to my account months ago. after going into the store, calling and leaving multiple messages by the time I was able to get a hold of him he couldnt remember why he had said he would do that (but the team member I had spoke with earlier that same day remembered me to the T). He said he would take care of it and still never did, even had the audacity to get snappy with me when I remained calm but slightly irritated. I work customer service and know how hard it can be, I would never be that customer whos disrespectful. This was all due to when I came in initially to add a line and to replace my IPhone 6 that just magically stopped working for me... the charges and what had to be paid upfront was discussed as one amount then new phones in hand ended up being significantly more and the team member who rang us up added multiple accessories we never got or asked for, just a bit shady...

Well if you need good help and honest people to sell you a phone do not go to this place. They are not helpful, and lied to me on the phone. They have an old policy about bringing in the original receipt, so if you misplace your receipt they will screw you with hidden fees. They say its company policy but I call Verizon and they said its bullshit they can print another receipt anytime. They gave me a jet pack for trial but when I returned they wanted to charge me all kinds of bogus fees for returning the device that I didnt want. They are just shady! Not to mention that they are clueless about iphones over there. Go somewhere else. These guys dont know the meaning of customer satisfaction.

They changed my phone plan, upgraded him to a smart phone, and signed a new contract, all under my 3rd line when he is not even authorized to do any of this on my Verizon account. TOTAL BS!! This store is the worst in customer service and management. Employee that sold me the phone and lied to me fired manager helping me out was also fired. Having to explain this to so many people to still be stuck with a phone I did not order while my new one came in is ridiculous. This is not a Verizon retail store it is simply a bunch of crooks who will rob you blind and take no responsibility for their actions. Seek help elsewhere for your cell phone needs. Verizon is also accountable for not controlling what people say or promise when their name is being used, but good luck trying to get anyone on the phone that can actually assist you or cares. I will try my luck with the district manager Curtis but wouldn’t be the least bit surprised if I was ignored or told there is nothing they can do

The black guy flat out lied and told me my S7 would not work properly because the S8 had come out. A FLAT OUT LIE. They GAVE me a tablet with the purchase of a stupid Google Pixel and of course they added a $10/mo charge AND insurance to my phone bill. NOT FREE - AGAIN A FLAT OUT LIE. They also sold me DISH cable services and swore the programs I watch would be included in my package. A FLAT OUT LIE. I had to upgrade and spend more money to get the programs I normally watch. Nicolas is a LIAR AND HE APPARENTLY TRAINS HIS STAFF TO LIE JUST TO MAKE A SALE. Take it from someone who is now looking at an $800 bill as a result of this store and their lies.

DO NOT go to this store! I recently switched from US Cellular to Verizon through this store. I didnt realize that they are a 3rd party, basically selling crappy phones with Verizon services. The phone i purchased for my Dad does not work. I called Verizon and the service rep contacted to store to see what my options were for replacing or returning the phone. The man who answered was extremely rude and refused to help us at all. He actually hung up on us! So at the moment, Im left with a useless phone. Lesson learned: Deal only with true verizon dealers, not a 3rd party.The service rep at Verizon has been very helpful. My only complaint about Verizon is that they allow people like this to sell their services.Again, make sure youre dealing with a corporate store.P.S. Wish I seen the other reviews before entering this store.
