Disappointing customer service. I had an up-opened product purchased from two weeks ago that I was trying to return with the receipt. Spoke to a lady on the phone before hand, before driving down, to see if I was able to return it-she said yes. I get to the store they say otherwise because they no longer take returns from other Sephora stores. Super inconvenient, even spoke to the supervisor and no resolution-she even passed the buck to her higher up, saying her supervisor might of been the one who was on the phone that gave me the ok to come. Very confusing and a complete waste of time.

Took my mom on a mini shopping spree to get everything she needs on her makeup journey the staff was so helpful even in these strange times we are living in

Stopped by to buy Anastasia color for my daughters eyebrows, young lady by the name of Jenny helped us ... super nice and helpful 😍 thank you !

I recently visited JC Pennys mens department to purchase some clothing and found great closeout bargains and a few items of apparel. Unfortunately they are closing soon so I would suggest finding deals here while you can. I did not visit the Sephora store located within, but I can say they are well known for high end merchandise and good service. Thanks have a great day.

Update: This Sephora doesnt sell the Laura Mercier foundation that I love. Thats the only reason I cant bring myself to give them a 5 star rating. They seem to be inventory challenged and are always out of something I want to buy lol last time I was here the gal told me to order online cause Ill get it quicker than waiting for a restock in store.1st impression: The employee that attended to me was very helpful, attentive, and actually understood what I was asking for/talking about. She gave me excellent recommendations for my skin and I am truly grateful for the service I received, it was my first time shopping at this Sephora and it was great!

I’d give this Sephora no stars if I could!!! They are always out of everything! I always end up heading to the Riverside Sephora. They should just close this SephoraThey are worthless. Finally when an employee decides to help me it always ends up like this....“Sorry we are out of that item but we can order it for you at the register”No thanks I can do that myself at home! Came to this Sephora on a Sunday and i was pleased with the customer service . Also there was hardly anyone shopping at the time which was great! I hate crowds . Will be back!

They have no idea what customer service its about. They should get taught or fired.

This sephora has failed each time I go. I dont understand how employees expect you to shop there. Dont ask for samples save yourself from the negative look its as if its costing them to give you a half of pea size of product. This sephora is a NO from me.
