How is there not a review yet? I decided to take the time out of my day write this and let anyone who is considering a visit to the Benefit Brow Bar, PLEASE DO. It is worth every penny. Ive been having Kimberly do my eyebrows every month since I first visited (about a year ago exactly) and she does such an amazing job. I never went sans makeup before because my eyebrows were so sparse and badly groomed (my lack of skill). Because of her and her talented brow skills, Ill rock no makeup with absolutely beautiful brows. Ask for Kimberly! Shell give you instagram worthy eyebrows!
NOT DEPENDABLE, NO SHOW (VIOLET)I had been driving to Benefit Brow Bar at Macys Riverside for over a year to see Nydia who was exceptional. Because Nydia was no longer working there I decided to try Anita at Macys Moreno Valley but she had just resigned. Then I decided to try Violet at JC Penneys in Moreno Valley. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time to find that Violet was off work for a couple of days for personal reasons. Okay, I rescheduled the appointment. My first visit with Violet left me feeling like she really didnt want my business. I found her to be rude and rushed to get me out of her chair. By the way, she did not outline my brow, didnt ask me any questions, just preceeded to wax. Because I dont believe in jumping to conclusions and because of the great reviews for Violet, I decided to visit with her again. I discussed the issues I had with our first visit and thought our second visit went well. She did ask though where does your real hair stop clearly assuming I had extensions. My locs are pretty long, mid back length. On our next scheduled appointment (today) I arrived to find she had called off for the day. As much as I was looking forward to settling with a new brow person, I must say it will not be Violet. I have scheduled an appointment with Carla at Macys. FYI...Violet does not call to confirm appointments nor does she provide the cute little Tip envelopes as provided by the professionals at Macys.
