Store was well stocked and very clean. Crew at registers were very nice. Not to many associates on floor, I did hunt one down and they were quick to help out!

Don’t bother coming here after the gym or unless you look 100% put together l. Multiple times I have came into this location and been agrresively treated as if I was stealing but only when I come looking casual. It’s happened twice. They profile you based on what you are wearing. I usually run my errands after the gym. So I’m casually dressed and hair a little messy. I also carry my tote as I run multiple errands and don’t want to have plastic bags .I get that their trying to diminish loss but there’s no need to be glaringly obvious borderline disrespectful . Normally I ignore it trying to be understanding but This past time I left earlier than normal because they caused me extreme anxiety and discomfort. An employee stood there directly next to me starring pretending to do something for minutes on end . If I turned as a I moved across that store she was there across DIRECTLY watching me. I caught her more than twice since she was just blatantly not trying to hide it. At one point she comes up to me and is like do you want me to put those back after I’ve walked across the whole store with the two 12 cleansers I’m obviously going to buy and she also seen since she’d been fallowing me around for 15 minutes. Towards the end she tried to make conversation but it was already obvious she was assuming I was taking stuff because She assumed I looked like I would, when I did nothing but browse around and get my lotion.. I’ve never taken anything from this location I always come in here and drop 100$ at least but at this point I’m going to take the extra drive to Tyler. The only time they haven’t treated me like that was if I got ready that day and it’s unfair. You can do your job without making it uncomfortable for you customers. I always end up leaving early and not even waking around to see what I else I find to buy because they make you uncomfortable and anxious. No one likes being treated like that and if you are make sure you treat every customer with the same rude behavior because it is unfair.

Got my daughters hair done for the first time ever. Fernando was her stylist. He was amazing!! Honest with her about her style and color choices and gave her alternatives that she loved to help her reach her goal. Ulta itself was very clean and everything we looked for was fully stocked. The staff was very friendly and helpful as always. Love spending mother daughter time here.

I love this ulta. Mostly because the staff are so friendly and make the shopping experience enjoyable. The staff are very knowledgeable on the makeup. They go above and beyond to find things for you even searching in the back. This particular location is very clean and organized.

Love the Tree Hub collections had lots of fun shopping here, however a little expensive. Customer Service at the register was very friendly at check out will return.😎

Security obnoxiously follows you to every aisle like a creep. Every time I was leaving an aisle or looking around at a product he was right there standing over me. I don’t know if he’s just trying to do his job or if he’s just creeping on women. Weird. Never coming back to this location.

I came in today and was helped by Whitney, she was super helpful when it came to shade matching me and making sure I got the right shade of concealer. She has great customer service and made it a really good experience for us, will definitely come back!

I sent in my best friend as an alternative pick up for my order. Since I was not around I couldnt check into the app for curbside pick up so she called in, they gave her such a hard time have the barcode and order number but the two employees I believe their names are Kendra and Alina were unprofessional and spoke to her as if they were bothered. I was in town visiting so I sent her to pick up my order since I do not have a car I know she was able to because I am a manager at an ulta myself so when she called me and told me the situation I was really upset and could not believe it because at my store we do not treat the customers that way. She went on her lunch break and did curbside pick up and they told her to come into the store if she was available to do that she would have done that from the beginning

This was the first time Ive ever been in an Ulta Beauty. When I came in the employees were really nice. I actually came in to try out fragrances. Its nice because they have the samples right there on the shelves, so you can try them out. Unlike department stores, where you have to ask for each sample to smell. I was able to really smell a bunch of perfumes I was curious about. I did kind of feel like I was being watched by their security, which I dont know why? Maybe they have alot of theft at that store, I dont know for sure, but it was a lil awkward. I did end up getting a nice bottle of YSL Black Opium Perfume. I was able to try it out and wear it for a while to see if I liked it. I saw a couple other scents I will probably get in the future.

Very clean and the sales representative are very friendly. I found a perfume I needed at this location. To bad that not all locations carry the same products. I went to the Hemet store and they didnt have the product. The sales representative did offer to order the product for me.

Amazing place .the good thing about this store is the reward portion .for every purchase they give points which combine to give you cash which is only use at ulta .

This was my first time shopping at Ulta. I was disappointed that the product I wanted was not at my local Perris store. Went to Mo Val store and no one on the floor to help me find product. Finally I found it myself. Had to wait in a long line after wondering store for one item. Not impressed.

Tried shopping there today because I needed a few things. Things were going just fine until I noticed one of the employees ask multiple customers if they needed a basket but yet didn’t bother asking me. I left it alone and even though I needed a basket I went to another aisle. I then stopped at the aisle with facial moisturizers. I’ve been needing one lately and I stopped. I took out my phone and I was browsing thru the Ulta app for good suggestions. Needless to say the same employee started walking around. She noticed I was in that aisle and not once decided to ask if I needed help. Then she proceeded to walk around many times. After a couple mins security started walking around. I had no items in my hands but somehow they were keeping an eye on me. I know it’s standard procedure to walk around but it’s never okay to make guests feel like they are not welcomed. I left everything I was supposed to buy today on a shelf and left. Not coming back to this store.

I love this store, the workers super sweet except a worker named Sam. Very disrespectful employee she was at cashier and I was showing her a coupon I had recieved to use for a discount but she did not want to scan it and when she did she kept making excuses that my coupon did not work when the coupon does not expire until the 31st of December 2020. I had to go with another employee who was the sweetest and actually said we could use the coupon. I definitely was not happy with the customer service from the employee Sam!!!

This place was okay I prefer Sephora over this place but then again this place has different things than what Sephora has and vice versa so maybe its the setup I dont like of the store. but I did get greeted multiple times and was asked multiple times if I needed any assistance that was the only good thing there.

Huge selection! There were tons of minis and sale items, as well as basically every brand Ive ever heard of so I went SHOPPING. Having never been to Ulta before I was a bit overwhelmed at first, but was offered assistance plenty of times so if I needed a specific item I would have been just fine. When I finally got in line the line had gotten long, but they got everyone through and the line down within 5-10 minutes. I will be returning soon to do more shopping!

Hard to navigate on your own if you dont k own what you want. Some reps are more knowledgeable than others. Get help. It kills 20-30 minutes of the time looking for whatever you need by yourself.

This is my first and last time at this establishment unfortunately. I came in looking for a certain shade of Covergirl foundation. I noticed that the shelves only had 1 color. I asked an associate if that’s all the shades that they have. She said they just got a new shipment and that I can come back in a few hours or tomorrow to see the other color choices..WHAT!? I thought to myself Was it too much to run in the back to try and find it? I would’ve waited because I didn’t have time to come back later or the next day! She needs more training on customer service skills.. I was planning on buying multiple items but since she didn’t bother to look I just purchased one item and left. The cashier Mayra was nice.

This place is something that my daughter introduced me to and Im glad she did! There are wonderful employees here! There is a lady in the front who helps with make-up! Shes awesome! Very knowledgeable! I will be returning!

My girlfriend left with a smile on her face. Im sure she was satisfied with her visit. They also have nice selection of cologne. Kinda small, but nice.

I come to this particular location because it is the closest for me. Sometimes the staff is very friendly, other times I do not get a greeting. Ulta beauty has everything from shampoos to curlers to makeup. They even have their own salon inside. I always come for shampoo/conditioner and leave in treatment for my hair.

Lets just say that they WERE good. Found a great salon stylist, but because she clashed with the store manager her schedule was messed with. There is nepotism and favoritism. I will NEVER go back to that store until the management is COMPLETELY REPLACED. POOR MORALE.

Excellent customer service. They have really improved the genuine vibe of people working there and have improved their supply. In the past they were often out of too many items and the people working there seemed pushy or showed lack of interest in what you really wanted and tried to push other items on you.

I’ve been to this store a handful of times and while the customer service isn’t great, it’s well stocked and clean as every other Ulta. The reason why I chose two stars is because I called in asking for a specific product two times, the first time I waited over thirty minutes before hanging up and calling again. The second time I waited ten minutes before hanging up. I could’ve made the twenty minute drive from home and checked myself instead of wasting my time. I called the Riverside store and within five minutes they checked their inventory, found it, and put it on hold for me.

I love ULTA- just not this location. Theyre always out of product so I end up at Riverside Plaza. Which IS much better anyway!

This is the best ULTA!! Kacie in the Clinique department has helped me so much!! She showed me how to do my makeup and went over skin care with me. Very helpful and sweet.

I love shopping at Ulta for my beauty products. Unfortunately at this location customer service sucks bad.. I went this passed Saturday which was a bad experience.Not one employee greeted, no one asked if I needed help with anything, needed help looking for certain eyebrow brush ( found it myself) One employee was on her phone sounded like it was a personal call while working, she cutted right in front of me without saying excuse me which was rude.Cashier blonde girl sucks at the cashier, too slow, too shy or something. Only nice one with customer service was the security guy.Train your employees again or hire new ones at this location.

You would think talking to the general manager would offer you a solutions. I spend half of my money in that store and when I got a problem you would think they can help you out with a solution. I bought something and it had a used different color than the box, and when I came back I didnt even get a sorry! Or anything very inconvenience. Horrible female manager. And said cant offer you anything wit attitude instead offering. Never coming back again! Your lost!

I normally dont post bad reviews but this place is horrible!!! Ive been to multiple locations and the people are the same in every single one. They are unfriendly, unapproachable, and completely clueless when it comes to their product. Ive been to the Moreno Valley location multiple times and my experience has been bad each time. Ive had to return all of my items because they did not work for me. Even after I asked the associates about the product! Every time Ive asked an employee for help, they either look clueless, or they make it seem like Im an absolute bother to them. After being disappointed so many times I just returned everything I had bought from Ulta and decided to never go back again. Their rewards system is great but thats not enough to make up for the horrible customer service. PLEASE HIRE MORE PEOPLE ORIENTED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE EMPLOYEES! Definitely sticking to Sephora and Macys from now on. The prices are the same everywhere anyways!!!

Ulta usually has everything Im looking for and I love that they have deal of the day and other saving promotions. Most of the staff at this location is not helpful. The staff at checkout have always been nice but when it comes to trying to color match or ask about a product to the floor staff its another story. One employee made me feel like I was bugging her by asking about products. Another day I was trying a new foundation brand and trying to match a color. Instead of asking if I needed assistance, the employee was using the same mirror to touch up her makup. Seriously! I continue to shop here because of the convenience but I wish they would hire people that were as excited about makeup as I am and much more helpful.

Love this store for the convenience of having a variety of products at one location. However, when it comes to customer service in general, as well as the salon ops.... They can polish up on ensuring that EVERY customer is acknowledged AND ASSISTED. Hence the low star rating.

Not my closest Ulta but I was in the area and decided to grab a few products I needed. It seems more cramped/smaller than my local Ulta, but its bright and clean. Associates were walking around asking if help was needed, which was nice. Checkout was a breeze. I think I was the 6th customer in line but it went by quickly. Dariana was my cashier and she was really nice and friendly, she even complimented me on my hair (just got a haircut yesterday).

Came here with my wife and its easy to see there is a ton of product selection to choose from. Endless colors. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Love going to Ulta to purchase makeup..but unfortunately the employees at this location need to learn to customer serv ..no one offers to help you and when I ask an employee a question of whats on Sale Today she gives me a rude look.. The only good helpful employee I encountered was the Hispanic girl in the MAC station. .next time Ill probably go to the Ulta at Riverside or order online. Hopefully the employees learn properly customer serv so that people want to go back.

I’m a big fan of Ulta and have been shopping at this location since it opened. I always get my eyebrows done at the benefit bar. So I go in today to see if they have any openings mind you it’s around 6 and I know it’s a holiday so I wasn’t expecting there to be any openings, but I thought I would try. I asked one of the employees if she could see if there were any openings so she went and asked the girl if she had any openings. Unfortunately she had one more appointment and then she was off for the day and they didn’t have any openings for tomorrow. I was like ok thanks anyways. I continued to walk around and shop. The girl who helped me out earlier and the benefits girl( a thick girl with bright purple hair)happened to be standing behind me I could see them because their was a mirror in front of me. The benefits girl told the other girl my last appt is late and I don’t think she is coming, so the girl told her well she is interested(pointing to me) in getting a service done and I could see the benefit worker in the mirror shake her head no like she didn’t want to take me. I thinks it’s rude of her to automatically reject a paying customer like that especially when I was standing right there. I even would have tipped her good because I was the last costumer and she would be doing me a big favor by squeezing me in, but next time I go and if she happens to be the one to do my eyebrows I’m definitely not tipping and I’ll also tell the manager about my experience from today. I just wish I had got her name.

So many products for personal hygiene. They have body washes, face washes shampoos, and anything you can think of that for Cosmetics or personal hygiene they will probably have it or something close to it. They also have personal care items such as dark spot corrector, damaged hair correction shampoo, hair dye, nail polish, and so much more.

Most of the items I needed where sold out and out of stock. The place is unorganized and a bit gloomy. The lighting made it hard to color match so I walked out buying some new concealer that could have given Trump a run for his money with how orange it turned my face. I had to go to another location to get the items I needed.

Very nice and convenient has all beauty needs MAC, NYX, ALL Perfumes from Macys, lotions, and body products.

The staff at this location were not helpful At all I asked like 3 girls if I can get color matches and they all said that they would send someone my way and no one ever came. So sad because I really love Ulta but I will not be returning here again!! Also the cashier who checked me out (Brenda) had a very bad attitude and when I asked for the free Gift that applied to my purchase they were “all gone.” Then I asked if I can get something else and she said she can get me a sample of a perfume ridiculous! I called three times to get a hold of a store manager and didn’t get an answer! Do not spend your money where you won’t get good customer service everyone!!!

Do not come here. I spent $300, 5 hours in a chair and my hair is now an uneven balayage and feels like straw. The salon manager gave me a refund but my hair is so damaged now that not even money can make it better. Dont make a mistake like me and just go somewhere else.

Lines are way too long

This place is terrible. Poorly stocked, poor staffing, they keep you on hold for 12+ minutes before telling you no one is in to take appointments when they could’ve just said so when I first asked to book an appointment. Ulta should just stick to online because their brick and mortar stores are just poorly managed.

Will never shop at this store again,and maybe the company as a whole, im 2019 we as African Americans are still be followed and and stalked by a security guard and whe. Confronted him and told the manager he proceeds to yell racist remarks. A very uncomfortable situation. My mother myself and my cuzin continue our girls day as best we could. Even spending over 400 in the store. Just to show, we dont have to steal. Work for our money. And will be spending it eles where from now on.

I enjoy walking around and looking at everything ULTA has to offer. The fact that they now have Morphe products for sale at all ULTAs now is a big plus because theres no Morphe store in Moval. I love swatching shadows and finding new, cute makeup items to add to my growing makeup collection!

Walked into the Salon portion at Ulta and not one person approached the counter. Instead they proceeded to ask if they could help me but never really stopping what ever it was they were doing. Not one client was sitting in the chair. They told ne they were booked. 4 stylist sitting around but they were booked. Way to loose a 1st time customer. Never going back.

Love the products offered high end and affordable but the employees here give you ugly stares. I felt kind of uncomfortable shopping here. Definitely need friendlier and more approachable employees

Horrible customer service!!!!! The lady literally followed me around the entire store like I was a thief or something... When I saw an opened product in the hair care section, I picked it up and was immediately snapped at by one of the rude workers. Ulta, please hire workers who are people oriented and respectful. Until then, my money will be spent elsewhere.

I went in looking for eyebrow make up but instead I got an attitude. The customer services was horrible. While having a conversation with a sales associate she walked away to help a new customer. They didnt offer to help all they did was talk to each other. My personal input on this store is dont go in their. You should go to sephora or even Mac way better stores.
