Best customer experience ever. I stopped by the store, because my online order with AT&T was taking too long to process. The store manager, Isiah was very courteous and assured me that he will make sure he gets all my issues resolved. He took his time, was patient with the process and made sure all my 4 phones were ported from Verizon and working when I left. I got there early enough, but because of Verizons lack of customer service and delay in giving us the necessary pin to port number over, we ended up finishing the transfer about 40 minutes past the stores closing time. I was feeling bad and telling Isiah and team that I will be OK to come back the next day, but they insisted they want to wait however long and assure they take care of me. This is the best in store experience Ive received in a very long time. Its really nice to know that there are customer service places that still genuinely care about the customers and are willing to go the extra mile.Thank you so much Isiah and the other two individuals that were there (my apologies for not remembering names). You guys ROCK.
I was greeted politely as soon as I entered location, provided an accurate wait time for assistance.Sales associate Alex was knowledgeable about products and very professional in performing tasked.If you are interested in someone being respectful of your time go see Alex at Morgan Hill location.

I went into AT&T to buy a new phone and add a line. I was helped by Adrian who knew exactly what was needed, the best way to handle my account, and made the whole process easy and thorough. This was the easiest interaction I have had with an AT&T rep. I highly recommend others to work with Adrian.
The store is closed . I went there around 2pm Sunday and it’s closed .
I have been using T-Mobile for more than 8 yrs, changing to a new provider (AT&T) is not an experience that I was looking for. Adrian Pantoja helped me to navigate the process and made it super smooth. He was very patient and very knowledgeable and answered all my questions very well. Provided me options to guide me with decisions, and you can see his honesty and willingness to help customers and not just to sell products. He worked extra mile to make sure that I am satisfied and even sent me follow up text to make sure that everything is ok. Adrian is a GREAT example of a what a customer service should be! I highly recommend looking for him if you are looking for a new phone!

Great customer service! And not only great customer service but also great service on the phone, I was on sprint/tmobile and the service sucked, kept lagging and buffering, to the point where it was very annoying. With AT&T I havent had that problem at all!! I love it and recommend it 100%
I was there on Monday September 21 and there was only one employee, Omar, working upon entering the store I was greeted and it looked busy but he still said welcome in and let me know how many people were ahead of me. My kids were getting some yogurt so I asked if I could just go sit with them and he give me a call, he took my number down but I went back with my kids before he could call and there was a customer that wasn’t there before when it was my turn he apologized to the customer and helped me out luckily I didn’t take too long! Great Service out of this store thank you!

Small place and the customer service is Horrible & they have barely know anything bout the phones. Your better off figuring out your phone yourself.
I went to this store for an upgrade. They gave me the wrong phone. I called immediately when I got home. They told me they were closing and could not help me. When I finally returned the phone and got the correct one (hours and days later) I was told that they couldnt credit the restocking fee and it would be applied to my bill!!!! This was a lie!!!! The manager wouldnt help me and said his supervisor was sleeping and I couldnt contact the supervisor. I have tried countless times but the staff does not let you speak to the supervisor. They are a authorized retailer so AT&T will not help! I am extremely frustrated with all the hours I have taken to try and correct this for their error. Do not go to this AT&T and make the drive to Gilroy.
Some staff are great and super knowledgeable! Others... Not so much.
I set up a new account with them a couple of weeks ago. They automatically signed me up for two features that add charges to my monthly bill without asking me if I wanted the features.I didn’t find out until first bill. Their customer service said I had to go to the store after 14 days to get rid of one of the features. I went to the store today and was told it was a month and I had to do it with their customer service. I asked if he was sure because I’d been told by two reps that it was 14 days and it had to be at the store. As if by magic, he was suddenly able to remove the feature he had just told me that he couldn’t. Stay away from ATT. I was with T-Mobile for years and they were a little less shady.
I wouldnt have givin them 1 star but I guess I had to to even be able to say...... HORRIBLE... HORRIBLE... HORRIBLE....Every Single time I have called the Morgan Hill store & Gone in person ABSOLUTELY NO ONE SEEMS TO BE ABLE...OR EVEN WANT OR TRY TO HELP.And Honestly if thats how you run your business.... YOU PROBABLY WONT EITHER..... Rotten to the Core .
I came here on Sunday morning 9/27/20 when they open at 11am. I was waiting outside at 1058. By 1120 the store was still not open with a line forming behind me. Finally a few minutes later a tall, skinny, employee in a sports type cars pulls up and rushes past us to unlock the building. He says “20 minutes guys” and we say “Oh we thought you open at eleven” he then says “I was stuck in traffic and got a speeding ticket. 20 minutes” and then closes the door in our face....Totally unacceptable and awful customer service to people who have never even been late on a payment!!

Excellent customer service. Attentive and patient in answering my questions. Friendly staff. They went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered and my phone issue resolved. I use my phone for business. I walked in overwhelmed because my phone was dropping calls. I could not connect live with the inbound and outbound calls I was attempting to make. Fortunately, Rafael Silva, the Store Manager assisted me and made sure my phone was properly backed up to transfer to my new phone. Contacts, text messages and photos saved!
Omar helped us out today. Saved us a bunch of money on our plan and answered all my annoying questions with tact and patience. Cell phone stores are usually a nightmare. This place is where to go to avoid all that.

5 stars!!! I had went into this AT&T aggravated due to some billing problems. Not only was the staff exceptionally professional they understood my frustrations and handled my problem with ease! The gentlemen that helped me out assured me that everything was taken care of before I left this location. I recommend anyone in the Morgan Hill area to pay this store a visit.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Assisted me right away. Manager showed a lot of professionalism towards his staff as well as the customers.
They fixed my phone in like 2 seconds and didnt charge me a penny! It was some gunk stuck up on the charger hole. Thought very nice to do it for free (especially after spending $25 on the cab).
This store has out standing service & timeliness.I go in to pay my bill all the time and even when they are busy they get costumers in and out while still being polite and friendly.

If I can put Half a star I would of, because of the good location only, but bad customer service, and forgot to cancel my order due to no color on stock. Everything I asked Michael he said hes out of stock! Today I called him and asked him why he did not cancel my order due to lack of stock and I asked him to help us to contact the Gilroy store because we are going to head at that store, he mentioned to us he couldnt call and verify the corporate store. He hang up the phone on me. Really?
