Got a good deal, took a little bit too long with customer service but other then that employees were very respectful, helpful and jus real nice in general ๐๐ผ
To start off, I think Metro has good phone cases and stuff BUT Iโm disappointed with the service there. The last time I went there, the lady was really rude & she talked to me in a passive aggressive manner. I caught a glance at her name tag and I believe itโs selene. Now honestly, I donโt like going there so I try my best to avoid the place or I go to another location. It would be nice if the workers there were more friendly with their customers instead of being quite rude.

Terrible experience on may 2019. There is a woman attending this store (for a better description:with glasses, overweight and a kind of purple hair) who screamed to my old relative (a customer). I had toremain the calm, but she was totally aggressive because my relative was frustrated while he received a different customer service in a different Metro (and how he can know every Metro branch has their own politic?).She talked in a very rude way, and as he was her same age...and as a professional social communicator I know the attendant has to respect and understand the customer, or better donโt work in that field. I was going to get a phone line there, but for my internal peace better not. In addition, while the guy beside her was working, she was talking by phone for a long time about her personal issues. OMG!

I just came from this store and I am very upset with the customer service that was expressed. It started off with an employee named Celine who was taking a personal call on her cell phone as she was helping me. I needed her to unlock my phone but for whatever reason she couldnt. When I asked her if she had any alternative way to resolve the issue or ideas, she just shrugged and went back to her phone call. I persisted to ask her questions to come to a solution but she had no input. What really irritated me was that as I was standing at the counter, she just started helping another customer in the middle of our conversation because she didnt want to deal with me. If you must go to a metropcs store, I suggest finding another location and dont go to this one.
Metro has always been so good to me. I have had their service from the very first phone I owned. I recommend getting the 60.00 plan and you will always have service no matter where you are!!
Seems like the service is much better now. Metro pcs by t-mobile. That merge may be the reason
These are truly the best people when you need help they are always there for you certainly outstanding friendly and very very good at their job for me its been a pleasure going there because Im just plain stupid and without their help I would not even have a chance of using this phone I think them so much and I will never change just because of the people
PAY ATTENTION. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD.I was verbally told an accessory was included. I verbally verified a price and was charged a different amount. The end result was did you sign it thats a SCAM. THERES ANOTHER LOCATION. Try THEM
